In the past I loved buying gifts and cards at this store. Unfortunately they now have awful hours that are impossible for working people during the week. Hope to see the hours adjusted to something more accommodating.

To many high prices but they got some nice things

Owner was very rude. Made a comment to my daughter when we came in to look at wedding invitations and my daughter reached out her hand to introduce herself and the owner said, oh ok I can sanitize I guess. She then gave us a box of old invitations they had done told in the past and asked us to rummage through those and pick something. The quote then came back at nearly $3,000 and this still required us glueing the liner in the envelopes and addressing them! She was very little help and didn’t even attempt to ask us if we would like to design one of our own! It also took three phone calls just to set up the appointment for our session that day. Big price tag for something you can do yourself online. Won’t be back.In reply to your reply.... there definitely was a lack of communication and customer service. There was no time spent talking to the bride to be at all. You seemed very uninterested and very busy eve though there were no customers in the store. I just wish our experience had been equal to the prices you were quoting. We should have walked out when you were rude at the door about shaking a person’s hand. Best of luck to you. I do support local first and am sad we couldn’t do business together.

Just WOW! Kandice was so nice and helpful. On top of making the most gorgeous custom invitations, she also sent us a sweet, genuine handwritten card after our wedding to thank us for our business. She is always on top of it and produces nothing short of perfection.

Barque is my go to place when I need a gift that is unique! They put so much into making selections to have on their store. Their card selection is wonderful, funny and beautiful designs. I have always been so welcomed when I visit. The ladies there are always willing to help customers put together a perfect gift!!

Barque was recommended to us for printing invitations by a friend who had recently gotten married, and we are so glad that we took the recommendation! Kandice printed our wedding invitations, RSVP cards, programs, and personalized thank you notes. We were so pleased with them that we went back for rehearsal dinner and bridal breakfast invitations, too! Kandice was a very easy to work with and communicate with. She made the process easy and stressless, and we loved using her paper products for our wedding.
