I have Essential Tremor, which can cause some really bad neck and shoulder pain. These wraps are perfect for helping me cope with the pain. You just heat them up in the microwave, to a heat you can tolerate, 2-4 minutes, and use wherever you have aches and pains.You can also put these wraps in the freezer, and use them for sprains, or swelling. I highly recommend these therapeutic heat wraps, for anything that ales you!

I am a 28-year diabetic, I suffer from diabetic nerve pain, peripheral nerve pain and pretty much any other kind of nerve pain and my feet and ankles. I use the therapeutic cold wraps on those nerves and the pain is much better. In May of last year I suffered an accident that left me unable to walk. Right now I am learning to walk again with a walker and my leg muscles hurt. That warm heat wrap for 10 minutes the pain is so much better. I suffer from headaches cold wrap on the back of your neck headache suddenly isnt so bad. I dont know what I would do without these therapeutic heat and cold wraps. And if you dont have one or two or six, you are missing out. Thank you Ms Brewer for having these at my disposal at any time.

We LOVE our wraps, and all the sizes!!The large was the only thing that made my husband and I feel better during our time with covid. After warming it in the microwave it helped the body aches tremendously! Definitely recommend having them around the house to help with migraines or even the kiddos ouchies!!
