The store is good but the customer service and experience is poor. Before coming to the store to pick things up from the deli I always call first to ensure they have in sick what Im looking for. Many times I will sit on hold over 10 minutes getting routed back to the operator every 3 minutes waiting for someone to pick up in that department.

Some of the best barbacoa and menudo in town...No joke! Carne guisada burritos are loaded, and great price, too.

Today was not ok in the cocina ...My only issue is please work on your communication skills and decent attitude . I understand you are busy and it gets frustrating but today to me was highly unacceptable.

I have family in Lubbock and shop at this store when Im in town. Pleasantly suprized how clean and organized this store is.

I ordered a 50 mixed chicken from La cocina and it was ready on time and I added sides to my order last minute, 1hr before and they had it all ready! Got so many compliments about the chicken and Mashed potatoes at our party. 👏👏👏 PERFECTLY COOKED AND DELICIOUS!! 🤤Good Job Amigos👍👍

Great place to find ingredients you cant find at other grocery stores. Their meat market has excellent choices and their deli has cheeses and sauces you cant find at the other United locations. The selections at the food court are also delicious!

The prices are a little expensive, but well worth it because the staff is always super nice and the vibes are amazing. The workers always take your groceries to your car for you, even if you don’t need it, which is amazing. They also have a variety of products you don’t see at your typical walmart!

I love too go early as I possibly can and well I always love to find something new too cook. For me and my family

I like to go to Amigos because I think they have better produce more often than other stores. They also have area where you can get as much salsa, Chilli and other sides as you want. Plus fresh made tortillas.

Amigos always has everything you need for authentic and tex-mex cuisine. If you cant find what you need in other supermarkets then make a trip to Amigos and you will surely find what you are looking for.

The price is right, they are conveniently located; and if you like to eat fresh chicken or to just check out their in store restaurant, this is just the place.

I used to like going here but I recently had a bad experience with a lazy mouthy women that works in the part of the store where you can get shredded cheese and stuff like that. I dont think I will be coming back to this store. There are other Hispanic stores to get my items at and I am sure they will appreciate my business.

Asked the meat department to run a couple of pieces of round steak through the meat tenderizer today . No other united has ever had a problem doing this for us . Always seem happy to do it . But not this one . They turned us away immediately. We spend a lot of money here and wont be back.

Parking lot could be improved and clean up. Lot has a dirty vibe. Store is about a C+ on cleanliness, has a certain smell to it. Shelves are stocked. Produce section looks clean.

Menudo have more corn than meat that was awful

Ordered a cake for my grand daughters birthday the icing was fresh the cake was dry and stale. Just old tasting. Very upsetting. Kids did not eat it and it wasnt even good enough for my dog. Love shopping here but bakery is now defenatly off limits for any birthdays. Trashed half sheet of cake down the drain.

Its a United, geared towards Mexican food and the like. Great place to find that item you need (speaking to you Goya Mojo Criollo Marinade) but cant find. All most items (aisle signs, signs, etc.) are in both #Spanish and English. Some items are much more expensive than they should be, but it is a United. I dont shop at United, but when I do, I shop here.

Amigos was originally created to cater to the Hispanic population, but I have had the privilege of meeting many other cultures, there. They have the best menudo in town- absolutely no doubt. They are always cheerful and go out of their way to help anyone. They offer fresh, hot tortillas with a splash of butter-just enough to satisfy your palate as you peruse through the store. Its just a very friendly, warm & fuzzy type of store. You feel like family when youre in there.

Each time Ive gone to Amigos off of university Ive went to put my groceries up to pay for them and a regular customer cut in front, talked to the cashier and payed for there stuff. First time I said nothing, second time I asked and the cashier didnt even give me a response, third time was this morning 01/22/20 @0600-0615. Couldnt find a cashier, finally found one to help me, another customer walks up, lays his stuff down and the cashier starts ringing him up! I finally said Wow thats messed up! The cashier looks me dead in the eye and says oh are you next? I walked out. Never going back.

This is a really nice store. They have lots of unique selections you cant find another United other supermarkets. Thats a nice food options and lots of Mexican themed options they are hard to find.

We used to go to grocery shopping here when we were students. Fresh meat, fruits and vegetables. Very friendly place. Have never had any bad experience with cashiers or so.

Pretty busy today but we love the produce variety and cleanliness.
