Here to have the 4 tires I ordered online installed. My appointment was at 4pm. My tires were nowhere to be found. I had to get them from the online pickup section at the front of the store, then have them carted back to the automotive section. At 440 work actually began on my car. To have 4 tires mounted and balanced took an hour and three quarters. Now, all that to say, I also paid less than $80 per tire for V rated radials. Killer deal. They ride well and for that price Id do it again, but Im now also aware of how to handle Wal-Mart logistics now.

The employees and store is just fine, its Wal Mart . My issue is that I buy black venom nitrile gloves and they decided it was okay to literally double the price and also did this with the grease monkey gloves which says 100 count for call it $10 and right next to it is an 8 count for the same price. Price gouging on items to keep people safe and clean during the pandemic is disgusting. Heres the venom gloves

Parking not to bad.. Walking in always see a greeting employee.. A lot of merchandise in the aisle. Bathrooms need a little more attention.

Place is alright. Honestly feel like there could be a slight improvement in customer service, most employees act as if they dont want to work there. A majority of the time they also dont seem to be stocked on there groceries. Just putting my own opinion out there, hopefully everyone else has a better experience.

Absolutely joke of a location. Completely forgot about my online order for delivery. After multiple calls all day and over an hour and a half on hold still no manager has time to talk to me regarding the situation.

The staff and service is good the goods sold are reasonable and serve people from every economic level.

Never ordering from this Walmart again. I placed a grocery order for delivery between 12pm-1pm today. 1pm comes around and still no order. So I call the store to see what’s going on and was placed on hold for half an hour then hung up on. Called back and tried to explain the situation and the associate was rude and interrupted me, said she was going to transfer me back to the grocery pickup/delivery department. It is now 1:45, there is no explanation as to why I haven’t gotten my order and I’m back on hold. Again. This is ridiculous.

We been sitting her nearly 2 hours and still havent got the order . Never do it again. And say it faster . Ha slow has hell

When to check out at garden center Sunday afternoon about 2:00. Clerk was gone. Ask young man to see if they were checking there today. He said she should be right back they paged her and after 15 minutes went to self checkout. About 20 people in line there. Gave garden center another chance. Nope no one there. Left sprayer. Long time before I go back. I think we may be short on checkers.

To the rude customer service mgr and the person who worked the self checkout at 10:45pm tonight at wal mart on 4th and Frank-ford. I understand what shrink numbers are, and loss percentage and whatever else comes to play, because you want your nice bonus at the end of it and your store numbers to look great. But if your boy apparel puts a whole 3 “arms” of the same shorts on the $3 rack yet they ring up $6. Obviously, the customer should get it at that price at the expense of your employee/coworker not doing their job right. I would understand if it was just one short randomly put there, but 3 “arms” obviously it was intentionally. Then to have attitude with me was very unprofessional!!I’ve never been that person to complain about sales price but if the customer service manager can’t even look at me and tell me the wrong doing. Then to talk about shrink numbers and percentages to his “lead”, in front of me is another thing.Obviously who tagged or marked them was doing it wrong. So he tells him what the “right” thing to do is.As a single mom of two, every dollar counts. Maybe you will see that someday!

Typical Walmart where the customer service department needs work on their communication and customer service skills. Theyre rude and have a huge dont work with the customer.

I give this particular Walmart only 3 stars because they dont have as many options as the other Walmarts in town. It seems that they are always mass stalking during the day time hours, taking up much of the isles and blocking products. I was under the impression that the stalking was being done over night during closed hours same as grocery stores often do. On the up side it is kept clean and the staff seem to be very helpful when needed.

I ordered a 16 X 20 ($40.00) custom canvas photo print for my wife for mothers day, to be picked up Saturday, the day before.First,since standing around looking intentionally lost wasnt getting anyones attention, I had to interrupt 3 employees (who were clearly too busy to offer help to the guy who was blatantly lost.) It took me asking 3 different employees how to retrieve my photos since there is no photo department at this location, (a fact unknown by me when placing my online order which had to be paid for up front).I finally am pointed in the direction of the very busy electronics employee who can help me and he retrieves my order from the back of the store. It comes in a thick white plastic bag that he had rolled up. My fault for not interrupting the flow of shopping for others and unrolling the bag to take the canvas out to have a look.When I got home and excitedly opened the bag, there was a shameful excuse for a piece of hangable wall art that absolutely no one one would hang anywhere where somebody else would see it.The most frustrating thing is that the problem was easily, very easily, fixable. All I needed was greater resolution, any photo employee on the planet would have spotted that and recognized it. A simple phone call (they had my number and contact info) would have fixed it. I could have resubmitted the same picture with a much higher pixel count to sharpen the image. In fact, they could have easily done the same thing on their end to rectify the wrong.I suppose that would be asking too much. So instead, they were perfectly comfortable taking my money and giving me a subpar, picture that my wife never got! It was bad enough for me not to give a gift to my wife on Mothers Day (by the time it was too late to shop for anything meaningful).Lesson learned! Ill never order photos from Walmart again. The problem is, theyre so big they could care less about the customer experience.

Went to every Walmart looking for what I needed. Thought this one would have because its bigger and would try to keep everything stocked. Needed help but employees would walk away and disappear.

I liked it. It was nice not to have all the other merchandise like the other Walmarts do.

Today was the 1st time I have been in this store & It was one of the cleanest, brightest & there was signs showing the departments & when I asked a question about where an item was they looked it up on a device they had. They also have online grocery order pickup. I loved being in that store more than any other Walmart I have ever been in.

Was trying to send money to my son. After waiting 45 minutes at customer service was sent to the money area (not very nicely).

If I could give less stars i would. I came to pharmacy on crutches...they close at 7..told me I needed my id..I told them I had it in left it in the car..she started to close their windows...I stated Id be right back, cashier behind window stated were closed...never get my meds here again..sorry a***...

So at the grocery pick-up theyll have 4 employees unloading one customers order. I saw them do it numerous times. It didnt matter if the order was small. I can understand 2 people helping with 1 order BUT 4?! Cmon, people are waiting too long because they are working extremely inefficiently

Filthy, rude associates, pallets on floor, pallet Jacks on the floor, safety hazards boxes on the floor, stocking during daytime hours, bathrooms a disgrace, never see a manager/coach on the floor and shopping carts all over parking lot. Walmart should be ashamed of this store. The Market Team should have cleaned house a year ago.

Would give 0 stars if I could. This place is a curbside pickup nightmare for groceries. The pickup spaces have a phone number to call to check in and they refuse to answer the phone to check you in leaving you to wait over two hours for your stuff. Have to call inside to the managers and they are extremely rude! This is the 4th time this has happened. These associates and manager need to be fired.

They dont have anyone on the register so youd think the person at self checkout would be alittle accommodating and break a 10 dollar bill so I could pay the rest on my card, but the person at the selfcheckout wasnt helpful whatsoever and very rude. Came at 8:42 pm on 6/20/21, maybe Michael the manager can train their employees to do a simple task as breaking a 10 dollar bill that they were going to spend there

We did an online pick up order that was supposed to be ready at 6 pm it’s currently 7:52 we’ve been here since 7 pm and it isn’t ready! This is crazy. We didn’t place the order last minute they have had plenty of time to fulfill it.

We went here and saw a car run over a cat. The cat then ran under an employee’s car we beefed and begged Walmart to help or at least let the employee pop the hood so we could get the cat we stayed for 3 hours and no one helped. Pretty sure that cat is dead now. Thanks Walmart.

Why would they stop people from making transactions at the register and then shutdown the Money Services Center! I wait in a line 12 plus deep and the transaction is done the exact way it was done going through the register. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE BETTER! DONT PUNISH THE CUSTOMER! There was No Fraud! There was an Employee Mistake!!!

I ordered groceries to be picked up last night 7pm-8pm, they did not text me until 9am this morning that it was ready and when I went I waited an hour and was still not helped and had to leave .. do not recommend ordering online I would go to H‑E‑B lmaooo

Awesome shopping experience shopping cart sanitized and cart team double-check to make sure it was easy to manage shopping cart in working condition before they handed it to me, handing out masks offered me a mask when I forgot mine in the car. Efficient team.

Nice and clean. Only complaint is its hard to get the attention of some employees. I waited at jewelry for about 30 minutes and even tried getting the attention of members walking by. But I eventually gave up and convinced myself that I didnt need a particular necklace.

They need to have better employees at night time!

I like this location because Ive been coming here since I moved to Lubbock and I am familiar with quite a few employees and this makes me feel important and wanting to return. Ive never had a problem with any of the employees lacking any customer service skills such as being rude. So go ahead and take a trip youll want to return.

Very clean facilities and well organized. Beyond that, its the usual walmart with a McDonalds inside. Didnt interact with any staff while shopping but the door greeter was very polite.

Im a doordasher and do all the walmart groceries. But Tyler at this location has to be the most helpful walmart groceries employee that Ive met out of all lubbock locations. Hes always keeping everyone informed if there is a delay. Keep up the good work

Curbside pickup is laughably slow. How is that Target and Best Buy are much better and efficient at the same service?

Put in an online grocery order to be picked up the next day. It took 2 additional days for it to be ready. They hold your money though so you can’t cancel it or it takes 5 business days to get your money back. I called everyone I could, was told there was nothing they could do. Even offered to physically grab my own groceries but they wouldn’t let me. I haven’t been back since and I never will. They made no effort to make it right. When I was able to pick them up, I got half my order.

The pick up was fast and efficient, friendly and everybody still in masks. Next to no wait.

I cannot wait until this WalMart is back to being open 24 hours. It makes it convenient for those who work late and cant get to the store during regular business hours. They seem to consistently keep things stocked unlike a couple of the other stores. I end up going here often because other locations are out of something I need. So go here if you want to make sure what you need is available.
