Always a pleasure shopping there! The layout of the store makes life much easier for personal shoppers like myself. The staff are knowledgeable and never hesitant to help. Most recently, the Assistant Manager Matthew went above and beyond. That man was all over the store doing all kinds of tasks from stocking, wiping down carts, and collecting them from the cart corral in the parking lot. Either that means they are short staffed or he goes out of his way to get the job done. I believe its the latter and that he deserves a raise!

Easy and convenient location on corner of slide and 73rd. Clean,bright and organized store. Wasn’t greeted or talked to by employees. Kinda strange. Even checker was quiet. Did tell me about rewards program so that was positive.

Great place to get everything natural you want and helpful staff

Natural Grocers is a great place to get organic foods, essential oils, supplements, and beauty products. They have a vast selection of items to choose from if you are trying to live a little healthier.

I come here to get supplements unfortunately they were out or quite selling the CBD pain supplements I take and the sleep one as well but they are the only store who sells blue sky soda so I will continue coming. The people who work there are pretty nice as well.

You will find high quality organic certified food products at Natural Grocers. Some prices are high, but many are quite competitive. The layout is smooth and sensible. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They also have an extensive selection of supplements and natural beauty products. They are a great place to slowly stroll through to see all the surprising products they carry. Perhaps you can do that while you wait for one of their afternoon informative programs they give often on weekend afternoons.

My favorite place to shop, I just wish they carried Alcove Farms eggs produced locally here in Lubbock TX.

First time to go here. It looked expensive so I never stopped. Went with a friend. Great fruits and vegetables. Great prices on vitamins and supplements. I didnt have check the meat but I am sure it was good. Will be going back.

I usually love shopping here-today the checker was sick. Lots of sniffing coughing and wiping his nose. Barely spoke to me. Did not count back my change from $100 bill. Receipt says Shane V. pretty sure his name tag said something else but the sniffing kept me far away from him

This is a great store! I shop here on a regular basis, and get niche health and nutrition products that I cant get elsewhere. And to boot, you can get regular (healthy) groceries too!

Its nice to have a natural grocer. I found the peanutbutter but not the chunky applesauce.

I love this chain, but this specific store has a few unprofessional employees that waste your time and it’s really unfortunate. One is a cashier named Rocky. When they’re working I already know I’m going to be waiting & that’s not an exaggeration. This is over a span of 4 months. They will continue a conversation with an already checked out customer or a coworker and not multitask by helping who is next. I have also been in their register line multiple times when there is more than 3 people with carts full and no back up is called. There are a few good employees and the manager seems nice so I don’t understand some of the employees that are still there. I recommend this chain, but not this location if you’re time sensitive or don’t like risking dealing with clearly inconsiderate employees.

Does not enforce use of face masks on orders from Corporate headquarters. Corporate headquarters does not care and does not respond. People in Lubbock and elsewhere should not expose themselves to disease by patronizing such stores where people dont follow guidelines and dont care.

Disappointed they are not enforcing masks for staff or customers.

Clean place like their foods, soaps and miscellaneous items.

Totally love this place. It small and it has a lot of good variety. Food is natural and u can tell everything in the store is healthy. It is on the pricier side but than again if u want to eat healthy u going to pay a little extra.

The staff were too busy following me and my friend around the store. Didnt have much time to enjoy looking around for a new natural grocery store. I will never step foot in that establishment ever again. I could understand if we walked in with a giant purse, but we literally had nothing on us except wallets, phones, and workout clothes without pockets. I can see why many people just recommend me to go to Sprouts. At least they welcome new customers.

They have pretty much any healthy food youd want. Lots if supplements. And some great snack foods. Great price on eggs if your a member of the rewards thing. Friendly staff.

Love, love, love this store. I can find all-natural, organic, non-GMO food that I cant find anywhere else. I could shop all day here!!

Great store, this one doesnt stock Coco Yo and I drove a long way to be disappointed, but nice store anyway.

My family does not need to scour ingredients lists here nor double check to see if the produce is organic. I can feel good about all the available selections.

I really like this little store, would like it even more if the bulk items were Self Service instead of pre-packaged, but at least I know a hundred people didnt run their fingers through my dried fruit before I get there. They had Jerusalem artichokes, which seemed hard to find in other stores

A great little store!! Very helpful staff & quality selection of products. I routinely purchase nutritional products to help with my chronic pain issues. Book & personal products depts are my favorites. My only gripe is that the selection is a little limited; but the cozy feeling & treatment far outweighs that!

The Store Mgr is Wonderful and Helpful. But Im VERY DISAPPOINTED that corporate decided to take Hemp off the shelves the same week it was introduced. Ill go elsewhere along with about 60 friends that wanted to purchase it.

Very excited to find such a high quality grocery store here in Lubbock. Many vegan and gluten free products. Nearly everything organic. Some fair trade products like coffee.We only found one loaf of bread that didnt have sugar or corn sirup. It was frozen. Not a big deal, I think sweetened bread is just the norm here?

Extremely racist staff. I watch how they treat their black customers. They need to focus on the black mold surrounding their cold produce.

Last time I was there it was clean and the employees were friendly. Lots of selection. The downfall is so expensive. Lots of exotic meats, milk, spices, ect.

Nice place to find items, but had a funky smell

All organic produce, naturally-raised meats and poultry, grass-fed beef and dairy-- Hands-down the healthiest selection in Lubbock, stocked with only the highest-quality items. Its hard to buy groceries anywhere else after shopping here. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful too, and the store hosts regular community classes and events.

Plenty of organic and FM food. Also, an ample selection of supplements and essential oils. Bring your own bag.

I can never get my favorite RISE bar cocoa almond.. they are always gone or out empty or no box on the shelf.. tired of driving over for nothing.

Not many #healthier choices (per se) here in Lubbock; however, this place does offer an alternative to your local Walmart or Target. We went in expecting it to be hella expensive but we were surprised that for the most part it falls into the realm of reasonable. Some items are better left to get elsewhere, but for the items you cant find elsewhere, this place is great. Just be aware that a lot of the items here are still #unhealthy and read your labels.

Not one person was willing to help. It seemed very understaffed and the people who were there didnt seem interested in helping. I was able to find what i needed by myself and left after my purchase. I wouldnt go back except it is the only place i know of that carries the supplement my husband uses.

I understand why they dont offer bags for your merchandise and you have to buy their special bags but why does the staff have to be so rude? Theres no offer of help and when they do talk to you theyre condescending. That is if you can get their attention, sometimes they go out of their way to ignore you. Oh but they can walk through the store playing a ukulele, thank God they have time for that.

This is a company that discriminates and fires employees with no regard. They are hungry for your personal info to spam your email. Overpriced, you can find what they carry elsewhere in town for cheaper. There rewards program is a joke to say the least.
