The brisket was dry and the pulled pork was over salted. The macaroni and cheese was microwaved. The fried okra was really good and the jalapeno cornbread was pretty good.It might have been the cook for the day but the brisket I was expecting was supposed to be moist and able to cut with a fork it was not that pretty disappointed.

This is a very nice store, missing only a few of our preferred foods. The staff are friendly and everything is well organized and efficiently laid out. My only complaint is that I wish the preferred foods were tastier — we’ve had quite a few and nothing stands out.

I stopped if for just a few things and while I was walking by the seafood section I noticed 4 types of salmon in the counter. I asked the guy behind the counter about the fish and he stopped what he was doing and took the time to explain all about the different types of salmon and their flavor, where they come from and a quick lesson on how to prepare. I decided on a nice fresh piece of sockeye for myself and a really nice piece of king salmon for my wife since she enjoys a lighter flavor. He trimmed the pieces and wrapped them up . This is a store that has the freshest seafood in town.

It was wonderful. They were very friendly. I walk with a cane,they assisted me and was glad to help. I eat lot of fruits and vegetables. So far everything been fresh been good. I love shopping there. They been professional and a friendly smile. I say thank you.

The produce at this location is better than the rest, but other than that it is not as enjoyable as HEB. I used to love coming here but it feel like since it got bought out by Albertsons it has been on the decline. The quality, variety, and most of all the customer service. None of the employees Ive encountered seem to be happy, likely due to not being paid well. If the prices are going to be high at least pay your employees. Also, if nobody that walks past is going to offer to take my groceries out please put cart racks in the parking lot.

This review is specifically for their deli. I love eating here because of the large variety of options and generally reasonable prices. However, I wish the quality was consistent. Every so often, you will get food that is cold / hardened beyond enjoyment because it has been sitting in its own grease so long. Please focus more on quality control when serving fresh food.

I went to get allergy relief. I need the prescription strength with sudafed. The clerk started to act strange and I was denied the medication I needed.

I used to eat breakfast sometimes at the Market Street deli, or sometimes just meet a friend for coffee, but I no longer do since Starbucks was installed and now is the only choice for coffee. I have not forgotten how Starbucks had to become so political. The previous coffee shop in Market Street was just fine, and their coffee was less expensive too.

I used to love market street. I still shop there often for convenience but I’ve certainly noticed their quality has just gone down hill majorly since COVID happened and even before COVID. I see carts all out in the parking lot now. Their hot foods never change, they never offer anything new or seasonal unless it’s for green chilies. So if you don’t like that then I guess it’s chicken tenders. The soups are always the same (minestrone, green chili chicken, loaded potato, or beef stew) never new items in meals to go. It just seems like nobody really cares anymore. It’s fine. Moving soon so I guess HEB will just be my new go to.Added 8/22/2021: again I just went to grab a quick bite. The oldest, most stale, worst tasting pizza I’ve ever had in my life. School Cafeteria Pizza beats this in every category by a mile. Soon I will never have to use United Again!

First time stopping at this particular Market Street and although it might not seemed as big as some others it was very nice and actually had better offerings than some of the others. Very impressive store.

Market Street has comparable prices, fresh produce, and innovated ideas. Its more than just a market. Its a florist, wine tasting, sampling products and a 24 hour pharmacy. The only reason I didnt give them a 5 star is, because none of the employees asked if they could help me. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY

I love my Market Street on 19th. All the United stores get my check of approval. Moving here 5 years ago from San Antonio- Home of HEB, I was surprised to see baggers take customer’s groceries to their cars. First I attributed it to West Texas kindness as I have seen so much kindness shown through this act of service. That little bit of service gets people safely to their cars and groceries loaded. Then I realized this service greatly helps keep United parking lots clean and serves as a deterrent to trouble.Some items are a bit higher priced at my Market Street than at HEB and I don’t care because my Market Street feels like family❤️

Last weekend my family planned a surprise party for my 70 year old aunt and of course the cake was one of the main attractions. Well when went to pick up the cake it was not of our liking. The gold looked yellow and the fondant was falling apart. The manager (Mark) came over and I showed him the picture of the cake we wanted. He told us to come back and they would remake the cake. When we returned the cake was AWESOME and even better than the picture. Mark also took upon himself to go out and purchase toppings for the cake (we forgot to get them) and needless to say the cake tasted as good as it looked. Thanks so much for your GREAT customer services. I have told this story to so many people because it was the highlight of our party planning.

The market stree is always very busy, which means to me very good. Well liked and clean with dine in available along with a great super market.

Everything was professional and courteous and I found all items on my list.

First time in store and i loved it nice people and lot ofchoices will go again this lady named jennifer was really sweet to my kids and I told her i take my stuff out and she insisted she would take it out

The Market Street at 19th & Quaker is open 24 hours and has everything you could possibly need. The cafe area has a beautiful high ceiling with a massive skylight. One of the best spots in Lubbock to get some work done with access to some of the healthiest food options in town. (Easy cheese is not one of them, but remains a novel curiosity!)

Love going to this store after midnight. Less people to deal with, employees are always friendly and courteous. Great variety of different items,well stocked

Large wellbeing area stocked full of vitamins, supplements of all kinds, protein powders (both conventional and vegetarian/vegan) and many beauty products.Coffee shop with free WiFi, sushi and seafood counter, bakery, butcher shop and much wonderful things to peak interest in healthy eating and well living.Well worth a visit.

Spent and hournand a half shopping for groceries. Except $252 ran through the register later, their Apple Pay system wont operate. But rather than just manually entering tne card number theyd just rather have me walk out empty handed.HEB forever. HEB for always.

A red haired lady in customer service was very rude to me when I said I couldn’t hear what they were saying to me due to the many customers there speaking loudly around me. I expected one of the customer service ladies to speak louder, but the attitude I got with it was unnecessary. I’m disappointed in the choice of staff. I’ve never had a problem with this store or it’s employees before.

I go to Market Street to study. Free WIFI and comfortable chairs. If you get lucky, you can sit close enough to a plug to plug in devices as well. It is my favorite study hangout

This is probably my favorite of all United stores because its in a central location and open 24/7. They have a lot of quaint decorative household items too. However, the store is pricey; everything is expensive. I rarely shop at any United store and, even though this one is my favorite, the prices are ridiculous.

Hate to give a United a bad review but its important. I went shopping today and was gonna buy yogurt that was on sale. They had numerous yogurts for sale that expired in JANUARY. Its April.. I gave 2 starts because the manager was receptive. But there is no excuse for this. This isnt the first time I have found food expired way past its date from this marketstreet. Always check your expiration dates at this store. Do better guys youre gonna bet people sick.

I travel all over the world. I visited Market Street while in Lubbock and this is one of the best grocery stores that I have visited anywhere. I try to eat extremely healthy and the selection of produce and other healthy food here is outstanding.

I usually enjoy morning shopping. Cashiers are always so nice day or night. Evening shopping is awful though. When it comes to sacking its like no one is to be found. They have like 5 people behind customer service just looking around. Not to mention undercover shoppers that make u feel uncomfortable and show it. Not good at blending in with shoppers.

Yup...everytime I go in there the people have the biggest smiles and I end up spending more than what I plan-I like the walking around. A bakery went back on her promise of Super Bowl mahomes cupcakes and never showed up-I went straight there and WOW...you had the cupcakes the size of footballs-so I also bought cookies-Texas size cinnamon roll...Thank you for the service and the nice ladies at the bakery section.

Everything is good the only thing I really hate is not that lost prevention follows you and it’s quick to profile in person no not that but that they go grabbing produce and groceries our fresh food and then to put it back who knows where their hands have been these last prevention with their khaki cargoes nasty besides annoying. It’s not a big store stay back besides touching our food stay back

I bought coffee at the Starbucks inside the Market Street in Lubbock today. The nice Starbucks cashier asked me if I wanted to also pay for the two muffins I picked up from the aisle next to the Starbucks and I said sure. I paid for coffee and muffins ($1.69 each) using the Mobile App. and didn’t get a receipt. On the way out I remembered I needed to buy a box of sugar from the store so I picked a box up and went to the cash register. I asked the MS cashier to put the muffins in the bag because I was also carrying two cups of coffee and told her that I already paid for the two muffins. She asked if I had a receipt and I said I paid using the Starbucks app and didn’t get a receipt. The cashier said she needed to check with her manager, but the manager was busy and said she would try calling the Starbucks cashier which was a 30 second walk away. I got frustrated after waiting for a long time while my coffee was getting cold and finally suggested that they walk with me to the Starbucks cashier to check with him if I paid for the two $1.69 muffins. The rude manager kept on looking at me from behind the customer service counter and didn’t bother to move or call someone to help insisting that she needed to check that I paid for the muffins. I finally got one of the cashiers to walk with me and the Starbucks cashier immediately verified that I paid for the two muffins. I’m from a different part of the world and honestly feel I was discriminated against because of my tan skin color. People were staring at me like I was a thief during this time. Very disappointed to be treated like a petty thief during my visit to Lubbock to get my son settled in his dorm room at Texas Tech ...

Hands-down best place to study in town. Kind employees, well air-conditioned, always very clean and organized. Ive been studying here for over a year and Ive never had any problems. Fast wifi!!Only complaint: the music tends to be quite loud (even louder in the eating area and bathrooms) and I can usually hear it over my headphones.

This market street in particular seems extra clean and the layout feels really thoughtful. It feels the most decorated of the market streets in Lubbock. Customer service is 5 stars.

I could have given a fifth star for the overall experience but on occasion they run out of my brand of milk... probably more of a covid thing but I get frustrated when I go specifically for milk and they make me pay higher prices for small containers which magically stay available while the larger containers are gone. I guess if you’re trying to make your customers pay more for their milk that’s the way to do it

My wife had dropped off a FedEx packet at their customer service. She accidentally left a very important card inside the packet. She went back to the Market Street customer service desk and Gail and Brandi helped her out. They were not only professional, but kind and caring. They helped put her mind at ease and she says they went above and beyond.

Definitely my first favorite weekday grocery store. Very friendly staff every fancy grocery item you could need. A little pricey if you are not going just for the sales. But lots of good specialty items, great deli, sushi, bakery, Olive bar and salad bar. I love that they spotlight the local farmers. As for the only thing I wish they had, it would be the bar like the one on Milwaukee.

When it comes to spending money, almost everybody wants to spend less and get more. Im mindful of my spending but no less mindful of the customer service that I receive. Market Street may not be the least expensive place to go food shopping but I never regret what I spend there.
