Store is well organized very clean well organized with lots of selections

Love the new super United store! They have a good variety of gluten-free items and the manager and his staff are always helpful & friendly to me! There take-out section is gluten-free so I love getting a meal to go and knowing its healthy for me also!

The Customer Service has gone downhill. The kids that are doing the bagging really dont understand the meaning of double bagging nor paper or plastic. I just might go the few extra miles to HEB where the Customer Service is excellent. This bad experience cost me a bottle of wine but of well.

Its United.... they even have stuff you didnt know you needed... the prices are s little higher, but quality is second to none.

I have been the regular customer for this location over 10 years and I always go shopping for my restaurant over $20,000 here every year. I always have good experience here but not today.I have a motorhome and always come here to do my registration renewal here. Today I wanna do the register again but the lady doesnt let me do it. The manager doesnt let me do it either. I tried to explain to her but she doesnt listen and said only TxDMV can do it. So I went to another United and then they let me do it there.After that I went back to the United here try to show them. But Service center have one big black guy with glasses talk to me very rude. He doesnt take care of the customer and I will not come back anymore.

Exactly what a Supermarket should be. Its not Wally World or a Super Store, but the people there remember the regulars, they bag your groceries and even offer to carry them out to your car. Just like the old days.

Nice people that worked there. Very helpful. Every that worked there that passed me said hello how are you. It makes it nice to shop where you are welcomed. Most places just past by without a hello, but today was different, and made for a nice shopping day.

One of the few United stores in lubbock that still has that small town feel to it. Unfortunately that small store feel also comes with less variety apparently because they didnt have gluten free hamburger buns this evening. Im sure that they usually have them because they had hot dog buns. Super friendly people though.

After picking up my groceries at another certain large grocery store in town, and finding that they didnt have many of my items, I went to United. They had all those items, and then some. I also had a nice, friendly conversation with an employee while he worked in the produce department, something that rarely happens at that other store. I think Ill be shopping United from now on.

Its a great store. One of the older ones so they dont have room for everything. But it is a wonderful neighborhood store. The folks who work there are warm, humorous, and willing to do what you need.

United on 4th and Slide. These are some of the rudest people I have met. I was questioning the cashier about their sanitizing practices. When I walked in the kid sprayed the basket with two small spritzes and walked away. The chick in register two who claimed to be a lead jumps in and starts chastising me for having the nerve to ask. Almost lost it but didnt. In the beginning they were great. Ill be crossing this store off my list. My money doesnt pay for rude.

Excellent customer service! Everyone in the store greets you and is polite. I shop at the store on slide road near 289 in Lubbock mostly. The market street store also has excellent service on 19 the street.

Good Supernarket. Customer service is good and selection is good. Was worried when they sold to Albertsons but they have continued their community involvement and their customer service has rebounded from the change over.

Everybody is friendly as and helpful. And they have electric carts.

The store was very clean, straight, and full! The lady that helped me in the deli was very nice! The produce Manager was also nice! Ernest the district Manager for produce was also very nice and talked to me for a while! The cashier and bag boy was also very happy and talked to us also! What a great visit! I always get great service at this location! I feel like they go out of their way to be kind, and its a wonderful feeling! ------ OK. ITS A YEAR LATER & THIS STORE HAS TO BE ONE OF THE BEST GROCERY STORES IN LUBBOCK!!! NOT ONLY ARE THEY STILL VERY FRIENDLY, BUT THEY ALWAYS HAVE ENOUGH CASHIERS WORKING!!! THERES RARELY A LONG WAIT IN LINE & ALL OF THE EMPLOYEES HAVE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!! IN MY OPINION, THEY SET THE EXAMPLE THAT OTHER STORES SHOULD LEARN FROM!!!

Guy at the guest service desk was extremely rude. He wasnt wearing a name tag but he was a bigger black guy with glasses. He just had a rude attitude.

United supermarket is mix of local and global market. They’re professional and also friendly and sell local fresh food. I understand why local people love it. Don’t surprise if they help you to carry you bags to your car.

This is a smaller store than the rest, but its easy to get around in. Its clean and smells good. However, the deli is always understaffed. The cashiers and carryout people are always friendly and smiling.

Love the feel of the smaller neighborhood market. I prefer to come here over market street just because It is not too crowded and has a friendlier feel to it.

Not bad for essentials but dont expect to find anything fancy. Beer selection is okay. Seriously you lock all razors and shaving items on the shelf and theres no one around to help release them?

I usually go to the Market Street but since its almost Thanksgiving, I decided to go to the United closest to me. They are always so helpful with finding things and even though they were busy, the line went really fast.

I usually shop at this United as its the closest to my house however after my experience yesterday, I will not be returning. Im not sure what kind of issues this location has been experiencing but following customers around is NOT okay. Im a young black college student who was just trying to get dinner and a glass a wine, yet the whole time I was being eyed down by their cop. Im a law abiding citizen and the obviously the only think I did wrong was shop while black. Disgusting.

4th & slide united supermarket are as sweet as they can be, and make you feel like you belong to a small town community. At home. I had a sacker who was an angel. Thank you for ❤

Theyve moved a couple of things around, including adding a fountain drink dispenser so that they can sell combo plates, and Im really liking the changes. Its one of the smaller stores of the chain, but it doesnt feel crowded. For the record, this United does have sushi, which may be surprising for the size.

Great place to shop. Staff is nice and considerate. Always have specials of some sort. Place is clean.

The store itself is clean and organized. I do not care for the bakery department. Ive had two came orders that were not decorated properly and when I brought it to the bakery managements attention, nothing was done.

A good supermarket. The staff is a bit inattentive and lines can sometimes get ridiculous at check out counters. Usually well stocked with good prices.

Not sure why this place gets so much love. Over priced and often crowded store makes for a miserable experience. There is nothing that United offers that makes me feel like Im an actual customer rather than a ten digit number (read: phone number). Yes, other stores are the same, but cheaper and less stuckupish.

Love this grocery store, only wish it wasnt owned by the people who use to own Albertsons.

Great location and size of store not as big like others in Lubbock...

Came in to the deli to get a drink and burrito, they only had Chorizo, then the lady offered me bacon and egg. Right before she was going to make it, she said sorry no more bacon and eggs it fell on the floor. I didnt hear the pan drop, and instead of cleaning up asap, she continued working on the breakfast biscuits. Nuff said )-:
