Excellent customer care. They worked with me to get the most effective hearing aids and did so in a timely manner to ensure it was processed on the medical plan fiscal year, as I had already met the deductible.

When my right HA failed, I mailed it to Cornerstone, who had it repaired injust a fed days . I was unable to pick it up until yesterday due to personal reasons. When I picked up, it paired up easily with my other HA. Both are working perfectly now. Cornerstone personnel were pleasant, friendly, and competent, as usual.

As always, for many years, Cornerstone has performed above and beyond expectations. Service is timely, courteous and accurate. Hearing aid recommendations are always exactly what is needed.

This was my first time coming to and using this company. I highly recommend them. The customer service is excellent, the building was clean, easy to get in an out of the parking lot, and the staff were all very nice to talk with. I came about 15min early to fill out paperwork and was seen on time by the young lady that was checking my hearing. The whole experience took about 30 minutes to an hour. Again, I highly recommend this company for all your hearing needs.

I should have given five stars, but I feel there is always room for improvement. Keep reaching for a higher goal!

Went in not really knowing what to expect. Left with new hearing devices and every question I had answered. Left feeling like I had been a client there for years rather than just a hour. It was a great experience. Dr. Christina couldn’t have been nicer and went out of her way to make sure I felt comfortable with the new devices.

The service specialists are very courteous and competent. They also can clean your hearing aids (free of charge) quickly while u wait. Dr.s Hubick and Wann are very knowledgeable and helpful.

My mother is 89 and has dementia. Dr. Courtney Arnold was very patient, kind and knowledgeable when testing her hearing. Moms hearing aides were 7 years old and Dr. Courtney explained why they needed to be replaced. Moms hearing in her left ear was so bad she was just getting garbled noise and so confusing what she heard. Dr. Courtney recommended Mom be fitted with new technology where the sounds from the left ear were sent to the right ear hearing aid. Moms hearing was instantly improved. It is amazing the difference this new technology makes. We thought she wasnt comprehending what we were saying when in fact she just wasnt hearing what we were saying. Another hearing place that had tested her did not test her individual ears to figure this out. I highly recommend Cornerstone and Dr. Courtney Arnold.

Have had an exceptional experience with these people. I have sent them several customers who have been using other audiologist in LUBBOCK and they have all switched to Cornerstone. My hearing aids do not cause issues when there are sharp sounds like ice or paper. If there was an option for 6 stars I would have given them 6.
