My wife and I bought a J-495 in May. We LOVE our Jacuzzi! If you are undecided, our vote would be to get a larger sized spa - it is nice to have the whole family in but still get space to relax. David was super helpful through the entire process - he gave great recommendations on where to place the spa, worked with us on customizations for the spa, and gave us helpful tips for the filters. We have the lights (which look great) - one stopped working but a repair person fixed it back to perfection in about an hour. My parents are visiting and my dad tried all the different settings in the J-495 and felt MUCH BETTER after a nice soak. Speakers sound great as well. If you are on the fence on purchasing all I will say is we have enjoyed every minute of our spa, and it’s nice to know that if you need help it’s a quick trip (if you are in Lubbock) or call away. My mother in law bought a spa from this group years ago and still got a small repair done right. Highly recommend!

After a ton of research, we bought our hot tub here back in 2019. They went above and beyond explaining the differences between each unit, and helped us pick one that suited our needs. Not only that, they ensured we were comfortable with the maintenance moving forward. We still love our hot tub, and are super glad we chose to go with Jacuzzi!

The staff and the service at Jacuzzi Lubbock is awesome!.....I would recommend this place way over Alcoe! In fact Alcoe was so unprofessional that when I called them; the guy that answered the phone actually told me that Jacuzzi is terrible and that I should write a bad review about them. Shame on Alcoe! BUT 2 THUMBS UP FOR DAVID AND HIS STAFF AT JACUZZI SPAS!

Absolutely horrible. They never call back or follow up on what they say they are going to do. The two women whom answer the phone arent knowledgeable at all and so very disorganized! Lost my business for good. Try Pools West.

We bought our hot tub in 2016 and the pump just went out on it. Graig came out and replaced the pump at no charge, great people to work with. Jacuzzi of Lubbock is the place to buy your hot tub!!!!

We bought our hot tub from West Texas Jacuzzi in 2016. This spring we had a small leak. CRAIG SIMPSON came to repair it. He showed me were there was a leak and had the job done in 15 min, no charge !! He was professional and efficient, thank you all!!! Make a referral, it pays!! I purchased my J-325 hot tub two months ago and i have loved it! It has been completely trouble free and has been easy to maintain. This replaced my older hot tub and the higher quality of product if very evident. The entire experience has been very positive so far and I would highly recommend them for your next hot tub.

Best service and pricing in town. The only place you need to go if youre inquiring about a hot tub. David was so helpful in explaining the difference between each tub and benefits of all of them. There are a few other hot tubs places in town but I would not even consider them. They even came out to my house help me set up the unit and educated me on the upkeep and maintenance.

David and his team were great to work with. We purchased a Jacuzzi hot tub from them at the Mall sale 4 years ago and we love it. We had one service issue which was covered under our warranty and they were quick to resolve it.

My family came in and Jim was very helpful and knowledgeable. He didn’t pressure us and spoke intelligently about his product (Jacuzzi) and other products we were looking at.We loved the Jacuzzi and will probably get a Jacuzzi brand in our “forever home” but opted for a cheaper competitor’s tub since we’re still active duty military and know the movers will inevitably destroy whatever we purchase.Great selection of tubs on site, clean store, great prices.

Absolutely no support once you buy the tub. I like the product. However, all mechanical items will need repair. My tub had a faulty sensor and heated the water to over 120. Way too hot. So while leaving town, I left the key to the back yard so the repair guy can fix it. We returned four days later to a cold tub with the cover off. Leaves, dirt and trash ha blown into the tub - so I go to the store and ask that they clean the tub. The head of service fellow says they will take care of it. Five days later they finally come out. They have been busy the repair man says. Now if I had asked them to clean my tub and they were busy, I would understand, but when they trash my tub and dont immediately take care of it - I feel that is very poor customer service. On the third day of waiting for them to come to my house, I emptied and clean the tub. I bought it to use it, so they never cleaned their mess. They replaced the sensor and the tub is heating correctly again. This is the second unsatisfactory encounter with them since buying the tub.

All I can say is wow. Great product but some of the worse customer service after the sale I have seen or experienced. Would not recommend.

Went into the store and my family paid for two hot tubs in full. Both needed to be delivered to the houses. We had to call them multiple times to get them delivered. One was the wrong one when it got there and they were rude about it and tried to talk us into it. Took them extra time and multiple calls to get the correct one in. Very rude over the phone and no help after you pay for the equipment. I do not recommend anyone using this company.

All these reviews are for sure from friends of David. Jacuzzi makes a great product, but what makes a franchise great is the service after the sale. The salesman sold a 5 year warranty that covered everything, but in our case has covered nothing. David the owner has instantly gotten irritate over the phone with my wife and me over simple questions about whats covered. I wish they would have at least shown some respect towards my wife. Despicable. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This company is terrible,only one person who can (fix) the hot tube but for some reason its been down more than its been working.says he will show up the next day and about 3 days later he shows up but no surprise its still broken and he wont be here for about another 3 or 4 days to say its (fixed) only for it to be down again.poolswest is so much better wish I would have bought my hot tub from them.im only hoping to save other people this experience.

We bought a used tub from these folks a few months ago, and it has been wonderful! We had a problem before our 90 day warranty was out so we called to have someone come out. It took a few days and we started to get concerned since we read the reviews about once they get their money they don’t care. Not the case at all, I went down to the store to see what was up and it turned out they were swamped but they were very friendly and got a service man out that evening. It did take a little while to get the correct part since the tub we bought was not the brand they sell at the store. They outsourced a couple of guys called the spa doctors and they would come out in the dark and cold to get us fixed up as soon as they could. Good experience overall so far! Love our tub and we use it every day!
