This company looses your property and doesnt know how to repair anything right had to keep returning do not recommend.

I have my mower worked on there always,great work and great price they are 6 weeks backed up with work on push or ride mowers.

5 stars for my past experiences. Only place in town I can find that carry the parts I need for my Ditch Witch sk350. The older gentleman that was there would take one look at the parts in my hand, go to the back, and shortly return with the correct parts. Quick and painless.My recent experience knocks off 3 stars. Some woman I hadnt seen before assisted me. Condescending, belittling, and rude. Customer service was garbage. Im not a mechanic and not always certain what I need. I dont mind figuring things out...especially easy to replace small engine parts. I was given a huge price range to replace the part ($60-$300). I was asked if I wanted to just purchase a carburetor kit instead, but they would have to install and clean, etc. I asked what the kit would include and how much it would be. Condescendingly, I was answered and never told a price for the kit. $20 just to take it to the back is the only fixed price I was told.Got on Amazon and ordered the part to be delivered the next day. Threw in a new air filter. $19 and a few minutes of my time. Ill have the new part installed on the tiller tomorrow. I guess Ill still get my Ditch Witch parts here, but I am keeping my eye open for someone else in town who carries them.
