Every time I come to this store there’s always something wrong with the dog wash. I wasted my time in line for 10 minutes over an hour before close but because of waiting line with my dog just to be told that the wash closes an hour before close(even though I got there before the hour and wasted time in line that caused me to go over the hour mark). Not to mention times before something is always wrong with the dog was. Broken blow dryer, ex. And the man that told me the wash was closed was super rude about it. I’m in line with my dog without any product obviously wanting a pet wash . I waste my time coming here every time I try I end up going to the other tractor supply. It would be helpful to have those hours clearly marked on outside of the building. It’s kinda redundant to close it an hour before you close. That’s like a kitchen closing at a restaurant a hour before close and being told you can’t eat even tough there’s still a whole hour left.

I’m not sure if I had offended the individual that ho brought me the product I ordered but I must say the attitude was absolutely unnecessary considering I was just trying to let her know that my trunk was unlocked so that we could maintain a safe distance. I recommend you go anywhere other than here for your tractor supply needs.

If there was 0 star I would put that instead. Worst place to shop if your Hispanic. My husband has spent plenty of money over the years here to get disrectpect today. He said all the staff was rude and 2 of them wouldnt stop following him and his coworker. Than his coworker over heard that they said their stealing. My husband does not steal nor does he need too. They lost our business. Poor business.

I really like this TSC. Its one of my favorites for sure.

Showed online they had what I needed in stock. But when I went in to purchase the item there wasn’t any in stock. When brought up to one of the workers that it shows to be in stock on the website. He replied “that’s the website that’s not here”. Very big inconvenience to drive out somewhere just to be disappointed.

I love TSCs in general, but this location is horribly managed. Inventory is inaccurate based on the website, but the other store in town is usually accurate. Long lines at checkout with only one cashier like a Walmart. The poor cashier even called for a backup but no one showed up. A disheveled employee casually strolled by and joked with her about how long the line was getting. The same disheveled employee tried to give me a 4 post when I paid for a 6 post. He said this is the only post they have and tried to give it to me again. (Website inventory showed 6 in stock, imagine that.) What prompted this review was my wife placing a pickup order and getting to the store and finding out the stuff she needed most was not in stock even though the website showed in stock. I probably sound like a glutton for punishment but this location is 10 miles closer to me than the next location. If Im not in a hurry I still drive 10 miles further and go to the other one.

Buy our dog food here. The lines can get pretty long but they move through people fast. Nice fully stocked store

Picked up an online order within 30 min of purchase. Went to pick up, item was pulled and ready to go. Staff was great. Baby ducks and chicks were a treat. Got a fuel storage tank and ready to bug out in case of the apocalypse -).

I love the employees there! I walked in only with a description of a tool bag thats like expensive he wants for his birthday. The woman who helped me went straight to the baggy wanted knew who wanted it and knew exactly what it was for thanks so much for all your help guys. He loves his new tool bag

Even though TS is focused on farm/ranch animals it is a great place for the small pet owner as well. Extensive pet gear, food and treatments. Plus a do it your self PET WASH. Very reasonable price and they supply everything including a bib for you and blow dryer for pet.

Its what you would expect from Tractor Supply. They have a lot of different stuff that can suit various needs. They didnt have any 1/4 chain at all and the employee helping us didnt seem to know much about farm and ranch supplies and needs. It was an okay experience, I just wish they had more qualified people working there and had a better stock of their merchandise.

Very affordable and friendly service never leave disappointed

They are open after five so i have time to get 2 cycle fuel and other items that you cant buy at stripes or other 24 hour stations. Its a store that has top brand apparel and good service .

Nice and friendly staff that were also very helpful and informative too. I recommend checking out thier clearance sections all over the store. I bought a cart load of tools for about 40% of regular price. But they have every nut and bolt or tool you could ever need. And pet supplies for every species from a duck to a cow, dog, cat or even a baboon if youve got one. Check em out. Youll be glad you did!

I waited 15 minutes for someone to come give me a puppy vaccine from a locked case in this store. There was another male clerk standing around uselessly, fawning over another lady customer with tight fitting jeans,and 2 dogs. He was doing absolutely nothing. The register clerk had to call another lady clerk, who was busy unloading a truck to come and assist me.

We always get our cat food and liter there, plus my husbands work shorts and pants, they have really good deals

Went looking wild bird seed that had been on sale. But as luck would have it we were 2 days late for the sale. But store management was very nice and let us have the bird seed for the sale price anyway. Yeah!!

I bought a Montana silversmith necklace for my girlfriend for her birthday on Oct 12th. The blue jewels fell out so I tried to take it back and just exchange it. The manager was real snooty and informed me absolutely no exchanges without a receipt. I left and will never shop at tractor supply ever again. Gebos is right around the corner and much better selection!

Dont buy puppy vaccinations here. You will give your dog parvo... They dont regulate the temperature well enough. Outside of that, good store.

I bought a gas powered water pump from here a few days ago.....the cashier had a lot of knowledge about it.....excellent customer service.

Store. # 1525 at 4605 I 27 Lubbock Tx. My husband and I spend. about. 600.00 a month at Tractor Supply had been trying to take more business to Tractor Supply even though most of the time they are out of products we use and we have to make multiple trips to get what we need and usually during the week most employees will at least check on items that are not on shelf. But yesterday the two employees that were working at 2:30 pm Ticket # 321237 would not look in the back We have asked multiple times also if maybe those items could be increased when ordering. I guess not Beginning to get a bit discourged by this and have been looking at other options for our multiple needs

Well, first of all I would like review the review by Kenneth Waggoner......If you need a good laugh this is the one to read! First of all Mr. Waggoner there is a big difference between 6.5 and 6.5.....and if we are speaking of exact measurements it would be 66 and spoken as 6 feet 6 inches or 6.5 and spoken as 6 inches and 1/2 of an inch......... the punk, as you put it, was right and you were wrong. The pole was much longer than 6.5 (6 inches + 1/2 of an inch)Anyway, this Tractor Supply store is outstanding. They are always professional, helpful and friendly. If there is anything that I need they are always willing to get it for me and they match prices!!!! I highly recommend shopping there!

4Health dogfood is quality dogfood at a reasonable price point. Both the dry and canned dogfood are big hits with my Dogs. The store on I-27 has made improvements with layout and inventory. Parking lot is really dark, and be sure to check store hours because they verie.
