Went for a gift. The salesperson was nice. They didnt really ask if I needed help. But when I asked for help they did great in assisting me.

My experiences at Vera Bradley have all been great except at this location. Staff their discriminate and think everyone shoplifts. Most uncomfortable shopping experience.

My Daughter, and I were ran out of your store in Lubbock for not having a mask on. I have a serious anxiety called claustrophobia. I can not wear a mask. Im a disabled veteran that has many anxieties from the Gulf War, and claustrophobia is one of them. We will no longer spend our hard working money there, and will let others know how we were treated.
