Great place to go to get spray cans of paint custom blended. They are a little overpriced, but who isnt?

I went in to get touch up paint for my Cadillac. The lady at the counter asked for the car paint number? I had no idea what the paint number was and she told me that she needed the car paint number in order to get with touch up paint. I told her I did not have one but I had the Vin number. She told me that wouldnt help her and she looked out the window and asked if that was my Cadillac. She seemed annoyed, but got a catalog and went to Chrysler and started looking up paint colors. I told her that my car was not a Chrysler; she then somewhat angrily said, Cadillac is made by Chrysler! Wow, this is an auto paint store! I told her Cadillac is made by GM. She told me I had to go to the Cadillac and get the paint number and then come back. I just went to the Cadillac dealer and bought it there.

I am a shop owner in Lubbock Tx. And shop daily for supplies at Lubbock location! Roxanne is usually the sales person I deal with and if not Pat! Can not be more satisfied with the help and hospitality I experience with this team! I have used other supply houses and stay with English behind the great customer service,great product lines and most of all the great hospitality!
