Walked into the store for a filter for my sprayer. Grabbed it and then proceeded to stand in line and wait for 30minutes! There was one other person in the store and 3 employees working. Nobody spoke a word to me they just acted like I wasn’t there. I’ve never walked into this store and been anything more than disappointed. Don’t waste your time. I ended up just leaving. They watched, said once again nothing.

I just love Carlos our sells Rep. he goes out of his way to match our colors make sure we have everything we need, we buy over 10,000 around Turn. I will continue where ever I go to make sure we get Sherwin Williams because of Carlos.

Very disappointing experience and had no interest in providing good customer service. Only making excuses as to why they couldnt help instead of at least trying provide a good experience. Guy was new and clearly knew nothing (Charles). Recommend putting someone more familiar at the front to help customers.

Both frankford and 50th street stores are run by idiots. Neither one can color match stains. Wish they would leave people in one store. Alan the old manager was amazing at his job. Last few times we went back they where out of basics like strainers and sandpaper
