I would give the Glass Technician a 5 start review but unfortunately when you have unfriendly people answering your phone and cant answer questions politely it ruins the experience. She certainly needs additional training on customer service.

A do it all glass and just about anything else house or construction wise place. If they cant take care of you then they will point you in the right direction (very polite and old world charm)

They installed a window in my moms home a few months ago, had to reorder it several times, took forever to get it in they said then still had to wait two weeks for install.
