As we all know a cracked windshield is kinda an annoyance and pretty inconvenient when there is not enough time of day to get anything done with work, errands, chores and family..What saved the day was Scott and Fawn who will install the glass wherever you are! I let them know the best time for me (while I was at work) and they made it happen with no problem. Very professional and a nice clean install. A beautiful new windshield made my long day after work drive, such a lovely moment ☺ With me owning a vehicle that was a bit older and hard to get parts, due to no junkyard that has my vehicle on their lot, made it such a relief. Their prices were way better than expected. Instead of wasting time of calling others, I should have just trusted my gut and listened to what others have said.. So next time, hopefully not a next time lol, Im already know where Ill be going back to! Yall rock over there at East Texas Auto Glass just sayin! Thank goodness for yall and the great work yalls technicians do!

Not the cheapest in town but I preferred a job well done over saving a few dollars. Come to find out these guys are the only technicians certified to do auto glass. I was surprised when they told me this and decided to look up the info myself and indeed there is no other auto glass shops listed as having certified techs anywhere around Lufkin. They also pointed out to me what to watch for to be able to tell if someone is trained correctly or not. Im a little horrified that I never knew. Will use them for now on and refer to everyone I know.

Wish i could give 0 starts was gonna use this company but found out it was the people who owned Lufkin/Zion Glass. Do not recommend very rude and disrespectful owners. There work is good but they are not professional at all with there last business. Your wife was the owner Fawn Zion and you worked there as well. Both very unprofessional.

Before moving to Hawaii I had to have my windshield replaced on my FJ Cruiser. After driving for a month the top molding came off the clips had been broken and it was glued on and the bottom two side molding were loose from being installed incorrectly.
