One cashier open during then busiest hours. Line all the way to the back wasn’t even though I love coconut water it wasn’t worth the wait. Disappointed

The food and service at the deli counter are the absolute best in Lufkin. If you like Mexican food, this is the place. And, you cant beat the prices, either.

Food is all greasy, beans taste sour, the lady behind the counter is extremely rude! They dont understand simple English and she literally threw our food in the bag aggressively and threw the bag at my husband very rudely. She dropped our food on the top of the counter the first time we ordered and our food went everywhere in the trays. She needs to be fired and replaced ASAP. Smh. She didnt even bag our food nicely. She was very rough and careless with our food.

Love this place and their preseasoned meat taste lovely. Produce is fresh. Tacos taste good as well. Sweet bread is good too.

Pleasant employees, English/Spanish is spoken, large variety of produce and dry goods. Fresh clean meat market with butcher on premises to answer questions. Hot food bar with traditional Mexican recipes, reasonable pricing. Also fresh pan dulce. All store prices comparable with other local grocery stores.

The market has great produce and meats, and the clientele mostly Hispanic, which is a good sign when you want authentic flavors of Mexico. The little taqueria inside the store is a treat! Genuine Mexican/Central American goodies, cooked by ladies who know what theyre doing. The tacos are amazing, and the condiments buffet has a great choice of stuffins for flavor from mild or TexMex to really challenging, Mexican hot stuff. They have al pastor, lengua (tongue), and even chicharrone (pork skin/fat) tacos, and the little corn El Salvadoran sandwiches called pupusas, plus tortas, flautas, all very authentic and muy sabroso! Very affordable, nothing fancy, just good happy-belly eats.

Worst place ever.Too much salt on food, my taco tortillas over heated and crispy, many flies flying around my food.No fresh salsas. And also I found a small hair on my fajita taco🤢.

You can find what you need in groceries and Mexican snacks. The only thing that does not help them is the customer service in all areas of the store. I have even time for the covi-19 you can order by phone, but the way of dealing with the customer does not help them, postponing the purchase penalty and section denying your orders.
