My wife and I recently moved to Lufkin and needed our Hyundai Kona serviced. We pulled into the service drive at Hyundai of Lufkin and were quickly greeted by a very nice young man. He immediately took our car in, did the service we needed and had us on our way in about thirty minutes. Hyundai of Lufkin is a 5 Star facility.

Hyundai of Lufkin has been the best dealership I’ve ever been too to buy a vehicle, they never let you down and there all super friendly when you walk in, it feels like your at home! And they especially have the best people to help you find what you’re looking for!!!

I had taken my Genesis GV70 for an oil change, when I got the car back, the technician left the tool and trash inside my car, smelled bad. Broke center mirror cover, replaced under warranty. Replacement mirror cover installed unprofessionally (loose ends) I had to tighten it myself. Never going back gain!! They couldn’t reset oil change interval cycle. Not well trained genesis technicians.

Quality service! Geniune people working with people! Kind, helpful and when you get your car back cleaner than when you left it with them that is a bonus. The oil change may be a bit more than others but I have never had better service anywhere else. Attention to detail is key.

Wanted a used car they had and went in with an offer from a certain bank. Had to get into an argument with their finance guy to the point that they didn’t use the bank I had wanted, and they failed to mention that to me. Not even a year into owning my vehicle the computer system is messed up and needs to be replaced, sensors are messed up and needs to be replaced, front headlight isn’t properly sealed and needed to be replaced and the inside air unit that’s stuck on the ceiling fell on-top of my kid. Safe to say will never repurchase from them.

Just purchased a new Palisade and was very happy with the experience. Malik Carraway walked me through the entire process, and I was very pleased with the level of service that I received. Malik was very friendly and knowledgeable. Not a pushy car salesman at all. He helped me and my wife find the exact vehicle that she wanted and worked with us to make it a great deal. I was also very pleased with the finance and paperwork portion of the deal. All in all, it’s a perfect score for Hyundai of Lufkin. I had a great credit score when I went in and told them I could afford 500$ a month, they ran close to 20 credit checks and got me the loan at 478$ . Good busines would have told me to I had good credit but no revolving accounts and what to do to repair my credit so I wouldnt have to pay such a high interest and payment. If I had not told them what I could afford was my mistake. I would not recommend them.

I posted a poor review earlier today, not long after I received a message from the dealership, after a short conversation I would like to say I apologize for the review, I misplaced anger my own anger of other things I had going on, the salesmen was very nice, not pushy at all like some dealers I have been to and it is of no fault of the dealership that the deal did not work out and I was informed by my salesmen that a deal may still be able to be made. I apologize and hope we can work out a deal on the truck in question.

I dont live in Texas but my friends were looking to buy new Hyundai and they end up dealing with Dwayne. Went to the service department to have my car checked on water leaking into my floor board and they got right on it. It was a stopped up line and was fixed in about 15 minutes. Everyone in the service department was very nice. Also they washed my car for me and everything was free.
