First and last time we ever will buy a car from here. The lady who sold us the car obviously knew this was our first time buying a car of our own and took advantage of it. We bought a brand new 2020 Corolla off the lot. The paperwork said it had 20 miles but once we drove it, it had 100 miles on it! We are constantly having issues with the system messing up and we took a road trip and ended up getting a nail in the tire. We took it to the dealership they said they had one last tire left and put it on there but how ironically the same tire they put a new one on constantly keeps going flat. Im convinced they just patched it up and said it was new. I will never recommend this dealership. Also Ive been waiting a hour just for a tire change....I honestly should of done it myself.

Worst experience I have ever received from any business. We could not agree on numbers which I completely understand. That is not my issue. I have a 2 1/2 month old and he was crying because he was hungry.. the salesman and the sales manager would not return my keys to me for my car .. that is unacceptable. To put my son in that position is not professional just because they wanted to keep me there to discuss pricing. Will not recommend to anyone.

Recently went into this location for an oil change with no appointment and was given first class treatment. My wife had hadn’t eaten so they offered theyre shuttle van and driver to a restaurant of our choice so we could get a bite to eat while we waited . The oil change was even free as it was apart of the sale agreement and we were not even the original purchaser. Mason gave us great treatment and would highly recommend . It meant a lot to me.

Received an email concerning my passenger airbag. Supposedly, this was the second one. Wrong never received the first.Made an appointment for July 20 as I was told they had the part. I sat there for over an hour before they came to tell me they didnt have the part. Not happy in the least with this business.

This dealership has made me a Toyota fan for life. They are courteous and professional. From the moment I walked in until I left with my new RAV4, I felt they understood what I wanted and they worked very hard to make it happen. They are the best car dealership I have ever dealt with. Although I did not buy my car at this dealership, they are fantastic and helpful. Personally I think I bug them over silly things but they are patient and do try to please, Justin is my favourite sales rep he was super friendly and helpful getting the best deal on my mother-in laws Camry which was purchased here and was not pushy on the sale of the car (which is what I experienced at Mercer Nissan and the Dealership at which I bought my Camry down in Houston)Junior in the service Department is also great, when I took my Camry in for a recall, turns out I didnt actually need it as my car was built with whatever it was already in it.Overall great staff, great service, 10/10 would recommend!

For the second time in a year the sales man and his team did not listen to me when I asked them to finish my application and let me know what was going on... They took it upon themselves to send my credit report all over to every one but where I asked them to.. they have put money in front of buisness and has made it harder for me to get something...I will never refer them or any of there sister companys.. To anyone else and when asked who should they use I will tell them to stay away from Loving Toyota.. Ill be doing business out of town and spending money with a company that really wants to make a deal rather than make a check because they cant sell vehicles

I have now bought 4 vehicles from Loving Toyota...and I live 4 hours away from them. This most recent time i actually went to two dealerships near me first and had bad experiences. Called up Loving and they were just as I remembered. Will never make the mistake again of going anywhere else. Scott Ratliff was my sales guy and he was awesome. Straight forward, very knowledgeable, and responded within minutes every time we traded emails or texts. Great price right up front, very fair offer on my trade and he had it delivered to my driveway. As someone who hates the 2 hour long dealership game of let me go talk to my manager, this was a perfect buying experience.

Some salesmen are sly and will not carry out on agreements. They will walk the fence on honestly and push into “stories” to get the upper hand. A man is only as good as his word. I was promised an extra “non remote” transponder key and was told it had to be ordered. It was mentioned at least four times before the paperwork. Four days later, “sorry that agreement was after the deal was made” and “they don’t make them for the new corollas” and “we are out”. All excuses in a 15 minute period. Don’t sign anything until they’ve delivered what their promises. Other than this dishonesty, I was happy with the price of the car. Now I’m looking for a truck. Even though I love Toyotas, I’m looking at the Ford dealer first.

My husband and I are on vacation and had a freak mishap while traveling through Lufkin. While driving, something hit our front passenger side glass and completely shattered it on both of us. Needless to say we where both shaken by this event. After we gained our bearings we could see Loving Toyota just up the road. We pulled in for help and was greated by one of their employees who did everything he could to help us. They did not have a replacement glass for us in stock but helped wrap up our window so we could make it home to Houston. During all of this we never got his name. Bad with communication

Had to have warranty work done on my moms car. She was told it would be 2 hours, reality it took a full day! I had to call the dealership in order to get an honest answer about when her car would be finished. Thankfully I took the day off from work to follow her up rather than letting her go sit like originally planned!

Bought new Highlander from them 1 month ago. Good experience. Bought a 2016 TUNDRA today, but then some issues came up. Just when I thought the truck I had found, was not to be, the GM steps in. No details are needed but this is what I will say, quite simply. At that moment, my hands on the door, he could have stepped back, or stepped up. He stepped up and made things right. Impressive. Only experienced the used market side but they were nice if slightly over priced. You have to hard ball them a bit. Good quality vehicles parked out there though thats for sure.

I bring my car for service often. Fast service, done right the first time. Service advisors are very good. I would suggest a courtesy car wash before delivering the cars after service is done.

He assured me it was not how they handle most situations and invited us to give them another chance if we are in town again. ***In response to the General Managers response to my review-- as I stated in my review, its not that I wasnt willing to wait for service, I chose to leave because I did not feel comfortable leaving my vehicle with your staff. I understand why you would want to stand behind your business and employees, but the ability to listen to your customers and work towards improvement is a skill more valuable than just making excuses and becoming defensive.Red flags from the service department. I made an appointment for routine maintenance covered by the pre-paid Toyota Auto Care package that I purchased along with my new 2018 vehicle. After waiting 45 minutes, and witnessing an employee lock another customers keys in her car, the service department comes back and says they could not locate my vehicle or the pre-paid maintenance information in their system. Even after looking up my truck by the VIN and showing them the official printed vouchers, they were still not sure of what to do. I purchased my vehicle in Austin, Texas and it has been serviced at regular intervals by other Toyota dealerships in TX, CA, and UT using the pre-paid maintenance package. I have never had any issues and have always felt like I was in good, capable hands until visiting this service department. If the service department isnt even capable of simply looking up my truck or honoring the Auto Care vouchers, then I certainly dont trust them to do any type of mechanical work. There seemed to be a lot of disarray and too many red flags so Ill have my truck serviced by another Toyota dealership instead.

I am a long time customer with Loving Toyota. (10+ yrs) my last purchase with this dealership has been very disappointing. I purchased a 2015 Sienna on October 30 needless to say I finally got my license plates today. What was the hold up? Toyota could not find the title to this particular van. So every 20-30 days I had to go to the dealership and ask for a current paper tags for the van. Today I finally had enough, I went to the Dealership to return the van. I did not want to continue to pay for a van that I could not get license and registration, not to mention a title. Guess what, immediately they found my plates in the back. They were registered on February 18. My problem with this is 10 days they sat there. No one called me. I had to come and ask for them. As I said I have been a loyal customer for years but after this experience I will not advertise for this dealership ever. I will not buy from our local down home dealership ever again. One customer may not mean much to these guys but Im not one. I have treated all my family and friends to nice new plate holders. Yes I have spent my time and money on removing the Loving Toyota name and logo from 5 different Toyota vehicles in our home town area. And I wont stop there.

Negative 5 stars would be a compliment. Do not trust the sheep clothing. After I returned an unsatisfactory vehicle they tried to force me to keep it. Tried to keep my down payment then finally received it. They illegally ran my credit for financing after I already returned the vehicle to try to force me to keep it. Spoke to me very disrespectful and condescending. There was no love at Loveless Toyota......My credit reports shows my credit was illegally ran on the 9th you only had permission to run on the second of May 2019 which was the day of purchase. I returned the truck on the 9th. Why was my credit ran after I returned your vehicle?These illegal practices are being reported to the credit bureaus. You guys knew I was disabled and tried to take advantage of me. Shame on you.....

Youll get what you need whether its service, parts or a car. It wont be anything less and nothing more. But for the majority the employees are very nice but they still have a job to do.

I had very good service. I had gotten set up on the VIP service was lead to believe I was gonna get the car I was looken at even after I told them about my problems and stuff. But was turned down for now. Please dont build someone up if you can not deliver. Only problem I had. Just glade I knew the out come before I went. Still will keep in mind when stuff gets right.

We have bought 2 vehicles from Loving and had great service from a Salesman named Scott, great kid. I went to have my oil changed on 6/8/14 at noon. I set up the appointment online. I arrived at 11:45ish and had my car checked in, at 12;30ish I saw a Toyota that looked like mine sitting in the service lot ready to be picked up. I waited, and waited, my kids were playing in the play area and I had a book, so I figured an extra 10 minutes would be okay. Still no one came and said my car was ready. I finally went to the front counter and asked if the car in the service area was mine. I got a small run around for another 10-15 minutes. I saw someone with a master key move the car that I thought was mine, which it did turn out to be, out from under the service area into the parking lot. I finally did receive my keys and service report around 1:45. I then was asked by a mechanic if I had a service record/report in the car. I told him I had my copy, but I didnt have his. Usually the service is fast, great, and friendly. Today it looked like a JV Football Team running the place. We finally left at 2:00.

Car dealerships are all the same the staff is the difference. Some of the staff was nice but others you could tell didnt really want to spend much time with you.

Im not one to write reviews, but my experience with Loving Toyota needs to shared. I purchased my Rav4 from the great guys at Loving Toyota! They were caring and professional, and I was treated like family.

Taylor Ridley was being awesome and helping me look at and test drive some options for cars but, they just didnt have exactly what I was looking for which is fine, however it was definitely not okay when Allen Chhay the floor manager (or something like that)decided to get really pushy about selling a car and acted like I never really wanted to buy a car and was only there to test drive them and waste their time. Other than Allen Chhay trying to shame and bully me into buying a car even if its not what I want, they seemed okay.So 2 out of 5 seems okay considering the only redeeming factor was Taylor Ridley.

He was straight forward, made no promises and always verified everything so I knew exactly how everything would be and what to expect. He also made sure to answer all of my questions on every aspect I inquired upon. I purchased a beautiful Toyota Prius C hatchback and was very happy with it.Quinton let me drive it on the road to make sure I was comfortable in the car and explained all of its functions from how to use the radio to how to open the hood. Normally car salesman use high pressure techniques and to force a sale on you with all kinds of extras you dont need. Quinton made me feel at ease and made the purchase process free from pressure.
