Took 5 minutes to get sales rep attention. They were to busy talking to each other. Customers are not acknowledged when entering the store. I was directed to sales items instead of being asked what type of mens shoe I was shopping. I understand why people are shopping online or going to Conroe and Houston to shop. Not sure if these small town malls understand that malls like this one are closing everyday. Customer service needs training or make over. I was ready to spend alot of monet but since I was judged. I will no longer shop Hibbett in Lufkin Mall.

Best spot in Lufkin for apparel, hats and sneakers. They get new inventory regularly. Good sales people.

Sales staff are very knowledgeable and always let us try on to make sure equipment is a proper fit.

Someone will always greet you with a smile-and personally help you find what you need!
