Dixon helped me bounce back from a really hard time (house fire) Seth took care of me personally and treated me like family. I needed a bed. He quoted me a great price then dropped it more at the time of sale. He encouraged me about my situation, made me comfortable in the store (I have injuries from fire), and the guys stayed late to make sure it got delivered same day. Tossed in a mirror on the way out. Who does that? Left in tears of humble gratitude for my experience. Crying now all over again just thinking about it. People of Lufkin need to know this is a great place to do business.

If I could put no stars I would got a a.c from them worked for 6 months told them about it they gave me the run around still have not warranty It. I would not use them.

I went on my lunch break and was able to find multiple items and bargain with Seth to get a good deal. I planned on picking it up so no delivery arrangements were made but it has rained and will continue to rain for several days so I called to reschedule pick up day and Micheal had it delivered to my house for free! Both Seth and Micheal were so very helpful, I will not shop for furniture anywhere else!!

Ive been getting furniture here for years so here are the positives Not to pricey, furniture looks good, interest rate wont kill you,they will work with you, and give you some good deals, negative side is the selection of electronics they only carry a few Brands so if you want that Samsung refrigerator with a built-in tv your not getting it here. Theyre kinda generic with some stuff but they wont break your wallet. They do have delivery.Ive always been able get what I need when Im in a bind just add it to my account. Good service nice people 👍.

Went to pick up packing material for shipping a piano and bench to Oregon. Eugene was outside and very nice and helpful. Plent of customers there so Im sure the deals are happening though. I would shop there when the need arises.

Dixon Furniture is a business that has been in Lufkin, TX. for years. They have a large selection on home furnishings. They are also reasonable on prices too. The owner will make you feel like family.

I will buy more hear if and when I need some furniture. They have always been write on the spot to deliver it the same day as you buy something. There prices are very good allso. .

I recently purchased a king size memory foam mattress from this company. I read the reviews listed below, but decided to take a chance with them anyways. I am so glad I did!!! The delivery was ahead of schedule and the drivers did look a little rough, but were some of the most courteous and polite gentlemen I have ever had the privilege of meeting. They was very passionate about their jobs, and you can tell they loved working there. I was almost done paying for the mattress and my TV went out, so I called and spoke with Michael Ditsworth and was amazed with his professionalism!!! I called him at 11AM, and had my new TV by 4PM the same day!!! I have been very pleased dealing with Ardie and the Dixon Furniture staff. I have nothing but good to say about this company.
