I never like going to the dentist but he was very nice, made me feel as comfortable as possible ( poor man) and the assistants were great.

I think Dr Brian Humphreys is a wonderful physician who cares very much for his patients. I believe he has excellent surgical skills and in turn gets great outcomes. I have had the pleasure of working with him for years in San Angelo and his patients still stop me to ask about him. They kindly tell me how great he is as a person and physician. As a nurse and a co-worker he is truly one of the best in his field. He was my and my daughters physician, his surgical out comes we’re outstanding!!

Walked in exam room and didnt ask the first question. announced if he came for a pill to fix him, wasnt happening. Told husband he had onset dementia. This doctor is NOT a neurologist. Only a cat scan from hospital from an ER visit and in office hearing tests used to make this diagnosis. Barely looked at ears. Said needed hearing aids. Certainly did not suggest any further testing even though my husband tried to tell him of unusual symptoms. Went back to our PCP. He did an MRI and found a large pituitary tumor. Sent husband to Houston Methodist. Dr. Baskin at Houston Methosist removed benign tumor crushing pituitary, around brain stem, pressing optic nerve and entwined in carotid arteries. Had it not been removed he would have gone blind and worse. Never will recommend Brian Humphreys.

I was sent to Dr. Marotta because of a cyst on my neck that I had for the longest time that had recently become infected. First of all, she is an amazing, nice, and funny person, second of all she is the best doctor I have ever been to. The surgery went great and the incision is healing perfectly. I am so thankful to finally have my cyst gone, and I couldn’t ask for a better doctor. The entire staff is pretty amazing as well. I look forward to every visit.

We have used Dr Humphreys for allergy treatments, illnesses that arose and surgery, he is such a knowledgeable and caring Dr. As a parent I couldnt ask for anything more. He is a parent and he understands our worry and to me that means the world. His staff is very pleasant and friendly my daughter even has her favorite she thinks they are BFF :). Its those relationships that make the visits tolerable for my child. We recommend Dr Humphreys and his staff every chance we get!

First Ill say, I love my GP, but you have to face it, some things require a specialist. Not only for their knowledge, but the special equipment they have to investigate issues further. Having said that, this practice was great. My initial encounter with the front desk had me wondering at first. It wasnt bad, just not the same as the friendliness Ive come to expect with my regular doctor. However, that changed quickly. Receptionist was quite friendly. The assistant (dont know whether he was an RN or other) was very helpful and seemed quite knowledgeable. Both doctors I saw were very down to earth and extremely informative with explaining my issues and different routes that could be taken for positive results.I was overjoyed with the visit, cleanliness, professionalism, courtesy and yes friendliness of the entire staff. I hope to not need to return often, but if I do, I will do so with complete confidence in this entire facility.

Dr. Humphreys is amazing & very compassionate. He did surgery on me when I had thyroid cancer. He is very good & I highly recommend him! He is fixing to do another surgery on me this year. The staff is also very kind & professional. Love them all!

I had an appointment at 11 am, so I showed up at 10:40. I got in the exam room 45 minutes after arriving (25 minutes after my appointment time) and sat in there for another 45 minutes. I finally walked out and told the front desk I couldnt wait any longer. They didnt offer to explain anything, including what would happen with my copay. Now I have to spend even more time on this wasteful experience making sure I do not pay for it.I wish there was a separate rating for the doctor himself, because he is the only good part about this place.

Everyone there was very personable and polite.

I suspected of having vertigo issues that might be helped like Dr. Humphreys office. I was able to get an appointment on short notice, seeing Gia Marotta MD. Her expertise and exam were beyond what I expected. She quickly diagnosed my problem and provided some recommendations on therapy that would reduce or eliminate my symptoms. I was very impressed with the office staff and my my results.

While the Doctor seemed very competent...the 3 hours past my appointment time I waited to see him was a little much. Total time in office 3hrs. 45 minutes. 4 scrips that with insurance still cost me $97.45 is a little much for a fixed income SS recipient!

I didnt have to wait long and thats great considering Im a new patient. He was fast, efficient and directly to the point. Go back in 3 weeks and I expect to see results.

The staff was nice. Dr Humphreys was very adamant in his diagnosis, but couldnt offer any real solution. He was so sure he was right and didnt seem open to other possibilities. I often felt dismissed amd unheard. I suppose he tried and he was professional and a bit aloof. Prices were affordable.

The staff is wonderful kind and very knowledgeable... Went there with my mother for her thyroid nodule she was experiencing, the doctor was very thorough, answered all our questions, did her surgery and had a wonderful outcome... and the staff was very helpful through it all.

Great doctor!! Staff can use some work. The office manager is the rudest office manager Ive ever met!! I would suggest not having to deal with her EVER! I will not be coming to this office anymore, just for that simple reason.
