The ladies here have excellent customer service from the time you walk in the door until the time you leave!! They are all so nice and the specialists are very knowledgeable. I absolutely love this place and will refer everyone I know here. My dgtr has been deaf since birth and the Office Manager in front even knows some sign language. We felt loved here!

I have been bringing my mother to this location for years and We have never received the treatment Ana has offered us since day one! Really both Ana and Courtney have showed us the best customer service we have ever received at miracle ear! (Please keep them both) Due to COVID it’s been so hard to get my almost 93 year old mother out to her appointments, Ana calls me the day before to confirm her appointments and if I need to reschedule or simply just running late she always finds a way to see us! They are very flexible when it come to same day or next day scheduling. Not only that! the safety protocols they are offering by asking me COVID questions and giving me the choice to do curbside and get this Ana will even bring you snacks ams coffee to your car! This truly makes our visits easier and also gives me a peace of mind knowing they care about each person who goes in there. Both ladies have gone way above and beyond to accommodate our visits. So if anyone wants to receive the best customer service along with the best technology where your annual hearing exams are free, and as many cleaning you want are completely free there’s no doubt this is the best place for anyone!

Started looking for a hearing aid in October of this year. Had an evaluation, Rita was very professional, and decided to wait a little longer. Not once did we receive a pushy phone call. In December I got my hearing aids and have not had any problems. Thank you Rita and Anna for being such nice people.

Love my new hearing aids. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful with ensuring they are the best fit to my hearing ability and comfort. This is my third pair of hearing aids and the best. The technology Miracle Ear uses is above what I have experienced with other hearing aid providers.

But that fear is gone.After six visits to Miracle Ear Lufkin, Rita and Anna are just ‘Tops’! Rita is a very qualified Technologist and practices as a Therapist, or I should say Audiologist.
