Brigs-Straton dealer. Air-cooled is definitely the place to go. Helped my aunt get a part that no one else could find. Took some time to get help, but there arent many employees who work the counter. Which isnt all bad, I felt like I had Chriss full attention and after I ordered my part, I felt like I was only there for 5 minutes. Definitely dont be afraid to sit on a mower and wait, probably couldve talked me into buying it, not that I needed it, but dam, it was comfortable. Judging from the controls, anyone could operate a zero turn mower, would recommend. I didnt have to pay for the part when I ordered it either, you have the option to pay on delivery, granted youll have to return to pick it up, which isnt an issue really. Shelby is knowledgeable and knows her stuff too. Very polite, great smile, nice girl. Will definitely be recommending people to this business.

Very knowledgeable staff. Had to order new parts for my zero turn and they helped me out. It took about a week for my parts to come in and I wasnt even overcharged. I found similar parts online for the same price do youre going to get a good deal. If you need something for lawn and garden, check them out!

Very clean shop with knowledgeable staff. They did a great job replacing the engine on my mower through Briggs warranty. They even bolted the engine back on instead of using flimsy pre drilled holes.It took two months but I believe there was a large back up or the mechanic quit right before I brought it in. Either way it was winter and i didnt miss mulching leaves. Overall I would recommend. Just dont get in a hurry, its grass.

Omg! This place is extremely horrible in customer service!!! If your trying to get a part for your personal project with out them working on your equipment they will not help you much at all. They act like they dont know what your looking for, even if you have the part with you. Its like talking to your 2 year old child. Complete nonsense, they give out the stupidest answers to every question you ask and will try and not give you any information that would be helpful to you in any way. Only way to get any good customer service is if your going to buy something brand new off the show room floor. Wow I still cant believe the nonecens, cant believe I walked in to that store to completely waist my time and effort

Brought in on Monday, called on Wednesday to check progress was told it was ready.. no one had called to let me know..$164.00 for a tune up on push mower. Change spark plug, drain gas and clean carburetor .. started for about 10 minutes, died and wont start again..
