I had a simple request that my brand new mattresses be protected in plastic and was told by the owner that they only blanket wrap mattresses after they are on the truck. He became angry and dumped all of my previously packed boxes in my driveway as they spend away in their truck! I had to hire some other guys to move my boxes back into my house!! I would never recommend this moving company...terrible customer service!!

The owners have really clean their place up. Would recommend to anyone that needed to move to their new home or place their belongings in storage. They have great rates for moving and for their on-site storage facilities.

Friendly, professional movers and staff

First they showed up and didnt have a moving truck. Then when they went to get the truck they charged me a hour for a 5 min drive to there office. Bearly moved anything in the 2 hrs they where there tried breaken my washing machine after being told how it needs to go to be fixed in its place. They flat out just stole the money my self and one other person done more work in an hour then they done in 3 hrs.After talking to the owner he did make things right with me.

Guys were nice, but they didnt use any of those wool blankets to protect furniture during the move. It also looked like half of the stuff had fallen over in their truck when they opened it up at our new place.Some of our stuff was damaged/broken and our wooden furniture has scratches all on it. My girlfriend nearly went to war with you guys over that.Basically if you plan to get this service watch the movers closely. If they dont use the blankets call them out on it immediately. Youre paying $400+ already they might as well do it right.They are either being lazy or ignorant because I saw two stacks of those wool moving blankets in the back of their truck.It should be noted we moved 6 months prior and used a different company. They cost a couple hundred dollars more, but they did it properly and our stuff wasnt torn up. Again, this could be case by case. They seem to know what theyre doing so you should be able to make sure they use wool blankets as padding and then hope they put it in their truck right.
