One day I went to pay my storage and I dropped my wallet in the office and the lady in the office returned my wallet with a couple thousand still in it in touched. Very honest lady my wallet was there a hour or more. I trust her

My storage unit was broken into three times while I was using this place. Lawn mower, air conditioners, tools, saws, guitars all gone. I will never use this place again. I highly recommend getting the insurance as I personally feel they are targeting those that decline it.UPDATE: why would I reach out to the local property manager when she lives on site and my unit was broken into 3 times? 2 times the lock cut off and 1 time the actual lock of the unit? Seems suspicious

I rented a storage a couple months ago and I just had to take some time to write a review for the lady that works in the office at the Lufkin store. She is always smiling, she goes out of her way to make sure she provides excellent customer service. I will refer as many people as I can as long as she is there.

Ashley in the Lufkin store is AMAZING! She is always very nice and friendly when I come in to pay my bill and answers any questions I have.

This place is a rip off! Somehow I owe for a months rental when I wasnt even a customer. My shed was broken into and the lazy slob manager is a liar. They dont take payments when due electronically like they say even though you request it. I am not to sure that the manager isnt partaking the robberies here. He seems like a weasel.

You guys are great. Cant say enough kind things about Rebecca, the young lady in the office there. ( I think that is her name). She got me all squared away and into my storage locker lightning fast. Thank you again for everything. Cheers.

I wanted to wait to review this place when we were done using it, but as of today our building was broken into and we lost a lot of our stuff and the unit next to ours was broken into to. I cant blame the on site manager because its not his fault. I wished that i would have read the reviews first before i rented from there. I wouldnt recommend anyone using this place.

Ive been trapped in locker 49 for a month please help me 10/10

Rented a unit for several months and our unit was damaged on the outside and it let water in and on top of that we got a pest infestation in our items and had to throw away some of them. If you rent, make sure you dont have a damaged unit or one with spiders and bugs.

Never went from this storage facility my storage unit was burglarized all my stuff cuz it looks like cible was stolen and then the insurance that I had to purchase when I got the unit wouldnt even pay the ink for the break-in!

The Lady that works in the office is so nice and polite. She is so helpful anytime I have questions.
