Amazing staff. Heading to the beach and tire pressure alert went off on the highway. We googled nearest tire shop and it was north Carolina tires. We drive up and it was closed and sketchy looking. We searched again. Found discount tires. Guys were amazing. Didnt find any issues and reset the tire pressure at NO charge. Best service.

I bought a set of mud tires for my lifted Tacoma November 2018. My job requires long commutes to my clients. I’ve rotated them a lot but not like I should have but still got 50,000 miles off of them. Their service was fast and friendly, the tires performed better than expected, best price in town and I’m headed there this week for new ones. Best place in the county and looking forward to doing business with them again.

Never had a bad experience here. I’ve moved 2.5 hours away and if I needed new tires I’d still make the drive to get them here! They’ve also fixed my alignment multiple times from where other places have really messed it up. Definitely come here!

THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT, i came in and addressed that i was having an issue with my Light with the TPMS SENSOR in my car yesterday 8-12-2020 and brought he car in, those guys turn the light off within a matter of 15 min at the max before closing at 5p, i love the way how they put customer service over business and which it means a lot to me. all i can say once again is THANK YOU fellas FOR getting this light out for me

We found ourselves with a tire issue on our 5th wheel trailer at the end of our travel day. We randomly chose Discount Tire Lumberton based on their high online reviews. We definitely chose the right place, they were able to order in the required tires end of day and had them installed first thing in the morning.Staff were very professional, hard working and very attentive to our needs. Hands down the best tire place Ive ever been to. Ive been to a million in several states on the east coast. I was on a long trip when my tire light came on and thankfully I got off at that exit on 95. The guys there are amazing, courteous, and funny. They checked the issue and corrected it for me within minutes. If you live in the area or are just passing by, go there for all your tire and rim needs. I visited this business on Valentines Day and bought two new tires for my car as a gift to myself lol. I was very impressed with the service I received. I didnt have an appointment just came in and there were three other people ahead of me, they have a comfortable little lounge for the customers to sit and watch TV while waiting. The staff were very friendly and treated everyone who walked in the door the same. The wait wasnt long at all I was very surprised with how quickly it was done. The tires were very good quality and I will definitely be back for all my tire needs!

I was driving to Florida and had some car troubles. Found this place on Google so I called and they said to come in. They found the issue, fixed it, and had me on the road in less than an hour. They even let me bring my dog into the waiting room with me so he wouldnt have to be outside in the heat. They were very friendly and the price was reasonable.

Tripp and Staff run the best tire store in Robeson County. This place has a clean and comfortable waiting room with ample parking. They have the lowest price for tire installation. Will do business with them again.

Very disappointed and will not return. I am a return customer and i was going in for a new set of tires and alignment. I was the first appointment of the day and after several calls was able to pick my vehicle up 6 hours later. When i left, my vehicle was shaking to the point that it was not driveable. Brought it back the next day and the son told us the machine had not been calibrated that they would balance the tires again. Still was not driveable 2 hours later. Took my vehicle to another shop and they fixed the issues. Returned to discount with proper documentation and the owner would only refund a portion of the service money i had paid, talked to me like i was stupid, accused the other shop of altering information and took up 3 days of wasted time for a simple, routine service. Have used this shop for years and will never return!!!

This shop is a life saver !!!! Had some issues with my front brakes, going into it I already knew I would most likely need new pads and rotors (don’t judge me lol). Originally took my car to Blacks Tires here in Lumberton where I was quoted the exorbitant amount of $972 !!!! And then was told that I could pay $572 for the necessities! Said I needed new Calipers, new lines/hoses, brake flush, pads rotors.. all kinds of stuff !! Didn’t take the time to answer my questions, and gave me short answers just said I needed it all …. Called Discount Tires based on a friends suggestion and spoke with Trip. He was very friendly over the phone and very helpful, gave me a time to bring my vehicle in to get looked at for a free estimate. I came in, didn’t even have to wait, took my car straight back, within a few minutes I was told what I needed and that I didn’t need new Calipers, just needed the pin’s cleaned. I was in and out in less than an hour !!! The gentleman (didn’t catch his name) explained to me how everything worked in detail and made sure I understood. Total cost $177 !! I would say that is an amazing difference. And my car runs great now, major difference. I cannot say enough about my experience at this Shop. Please go see them if you have any issues with tires/brakes etc. They really saved me on this one.

These guys are awesome. Had 2 wheel studs break headed south on I95. Another shop wanted to charge me $400 (according to the book it takes 4 hours) . I knew this was wrong and so called this shop. These guys, upon hearing that I was traveling, took my car right in and worked on it for about 45 minutes and then charged me so little that I literally said, you guys have to charge more than that. Could not be more pleased.

Top shelf got 4 tires and a front end alignment took 1 hour and 15 minutes fast friendly and cheap

Got a new set of tires here and they dont do alignment unless you have an appointment! I had an appointment for getting tires! Nope! Have to make another appointment for alignment! And they didnt re-learn my tire pressure sensors so my ECM couldnt tell which tire pressure was low. When I asked if they did it, they had to do it in the parking lot where he told me one of the sensors was defective which was not the case. I went home and performed the relearn process myself and all sensors work ed fine including the defective sensor. Very competative pricing but beware. If you chance it, question everything!

Awhile back I got an alignment and oil change. When I went to Walmart (dont judge, it was convenient at the time), for the next oil change, they refused, saying that the oil cap was jammed, which could cause significant damage if removed improperly. I went back to Discount Tire, and they were rude to me. The person on the phone hung up on me midsentence once they got the date, time, and service requested, then the front desk wasnt much better. Now Im told by reliable people that my alignment was not only done improperly, but such that it has completely ruined my tires. I can only hope that this was only a rare occurrence, and that others have not had similar experiences.
