I had to drop my truck off for service, the staff that i interacted with were very accommodating and easy to deal with. I am working out of town and couldnt get to the dealer before service closed and they did everything they could to help. over all a great experience.

Never had problems with repairs. Just dont expect speedy service. Dropped for oil change had appointment made a week prior. Still had the truck for 5 hours! For an oil change? Response... takes a hour, this isnt jiffy lube.

I have bought 5 vehicles from Chapdelaine over the years and I cant recommend them enough. I recently was looking for a new GMC Sierra and went in with a vehicle and price in mind. They got me the exact vehicle I wanted at a price that was even better than I had hoped for!

The dealership was excellent..... but Im very disappointed in GMs quality and its canned response to a lemon of an 8 speed automatic transmission. It was explained that the poor performance issues with my 8 speed such as low speed drive line banging, chatter, hesitation and surging that a consumer would consider faults were labeled by GM as acceptable characteristics of the design. Come on GM what are you really going to do?

Will never refer someone here again.....good friend bought a truck there and had issues since day 1. The incompetent mechanic unable to find the problem spent 10 minutes yelling and trying to humiliate my friend because of it and in return was told to not come back.....This may have once been a friendly family businessbut not anymore. Not great diesel service here at all....I would never recommend bringing your vehicle here as you have a better chance at jiffy lube for good service.

Ive gotten my last four trucks in a row from Chappys and it has been the most enjoyable relationship with an automotive dealer I have ever experienced. It is EASY to do business with them and that is what keeps me coming back. They take good care of me and my baby :) I live very close which is also a reason but I would drive a long way to get the kind of service I get at Chapdelaine Buick GMC. It is a family run business and I get treated like family. I would recommend them to anyone.

Went in without an appointment for an inspection sticker, and got all of my routine maintenance done just because it was due, even though there appeared to be no time in their busy schedule. They made time to take care of my trucks needs and went above and beyond expectations. Best of all, it was done at no charge since all was covered by the agreement that came with my new truck when I bought it! If I could give 5 stars plus, I would!

Not our regular dealer but thats where GMC towed my wifes Canyon when she had trouble and advised her not to drive it.. Took them over a week to figure out what was wrong and fix it. Suspect they resented having to do warranty work on a vehicle purchased at a competitor.

Hi, Made my appointment with Don to schedule a greas and oil, very pleasant and asked if I would be waiting for the truck, and what would be the best time for me. I was scheduled for 7:30 am, right at opening. Walked in and Dons already helping another customer, when done Don addresses me by my first name (personal service) and asks for my keys. I was all done by 8:15 am, and had the rest of the day. One thing that keeps bringing me back for service is the fact that they know what they are doing, have all the tools, parts, and are well trained. When you come into this dealership you get nothing but the best service, knowledgable people, and a genuine feeling of being part of the family. Great Job.Rick

Unfortunately, I have to give a horrible review to a local business. Chapdelaine Buick in Lunenburg, Sold me a Defunct 2015 Buick Enclave that consistently wont start. Had the vehicle 3 months, it has died 5 times, 3 of which could not be jumped without a supercharged box (which I do not own). Mr. Chapdelaine (the owner) says theres nothing wrong with the vehicle, yet has willingly replaced the battery 2x in the process. He has done everything he can to avoid the idea that his mechanics put a car with immense electrical problems on their lot. I honestly am beside myself, as this vehicle is the car I use for my 2 businesses and to bring my family from A to B. I guess this is what you get when you buy an American car from an antiquated dealership. Today, after finding nothing wrong with the vehicle, they are forcing me to take my car back in the middle of a snow storm and refuse to take no for an answer. I will continue to warn other businesses, consumers and clients about the unfortunate business practices undertaken at Chapdelaine Buick.

Worst customer service and maintenance department. Brought my 2011 enclave in for a recall to have the lift gate piston changed out. They backed my car into another car and told me they would just buff it out. The car had a lot more damage than just a buff and needed to be brought to a body shop. When I dropped it off to be fixed they told enterprise just to give me a sedan. They refused to give me a luxury SUV for a rental which is what I should of got because thats what I dropped off.I had brake issues with the same vehicle and they told me it was normal wear. The back brakes had to be replaced after less than 30,000 miles. I had to do my back brakes again after 10,000 miles and they still told me that it was normal wear.I ended up trading my 11 in for a 14 enclave which is not supposed to have brake problems like the 11. I will never go to chapdelaine I would rather drive to Westborough for any maintenance. When I had to have my vehicle serviced in westborough they gave me a loaded Tahoe for a rental and their maintenance department was very professional.

When I decided it was time to trade in my 2000 GMC Sierra for a new truck, there was only one place to turn. Chapdelaine GMC. I purchased my 2000 GMC from Chapdelaine and also had them performance all of the service. Everyone at the dealership is always friendly, professional and real to assist. For the purchase of my new 2014 Sierra, Ralph Phelps did an excellent job of describing the options and pricing as well as searching for the exact vehicle I wanted. For the delivery, Jay McHugh did an excellent job of describing and demonstrating the new features in my Sierra. The ladies in the office quickly completed the paper work, including the Massachusetts Registry process before closing for the afternoon. Additionally, was warmly greeted by owners Mark and Mike Chapdelaine in the showroom. I’m confident that is any issue arise with my new Sierra, the Chapdelaine team will be ready to assist.
