My experience at North End was excellent from start to finish. Mark Atkinson and Bryan Johnston were wonderful. I was unsure whether to buy new or used and what make or vehicle I wanted, so I visited a lot of dealerships. This was the only one that made me think, I hope I end up buying a Mazda so I can buy from them. Bryan and Mark and the whole team over there were helpful, knowledgeable about the cars and how to get the best deal, and, most importantly, they were extremely respectful of my decision-making timeline and process. I never felt pressured, but rather supported. My car is AWESOME to drive and I will be glad to go into the dealership whenever the need arises. Great experience!

Phenomenal: that is the only word that aptly describes the service which Rob gave me at North End Mazda. When my engine blew up, I heard through the grape vine that North End Mazda is not only willing to work on speeds, but they work with customers to meet their needs. That should be pretty common sense right? A dealership should care most about its customers, contrarily it’s typically all about the money. Rob, the service manager, came up and met me personally. I explained to him my situation, that I had blown up my engine and I have an extended warranty. He jumped into action giving me a loaner and saying that he will personally handle all the communication with the extended warranty company, which again, should be common sense but is rare to see. He then led me to Collette who was the kindest and easiest going service advisor Ive had the pleasure to talk to. Not only was their work exceptional, they went the extra mile to contact me every step of the way, send video diagnoses and update pictures and videos. I highly recommend coming here for any and all things car! They go to any end to ensure customer satisfaction, and it’s refreshing to get that from a dealership.

Honestly they were the kindest most professional people I have ever worked with they even sent a video to me of the under carriage inspection because I was away when they were fixing my car. If you are ever considering a new car of just a repair I highly recommend seeing the sales manager Matt or the service department.

The sales man, Mark Atkinson, was professional, highly knowledgeable about the product, courteous, and responsive. Matt Gledhill, the Finance Manager, pulled all the documents together in short order, patiently explaining everything to me. I love my new car and would highly recommend the dealer.

Great service, very polite and courteous. They had trouble resetting a sensor and did everything possible to make things right, including a loaner car to make up for the additional time needed. My car came back with new rear brakes and a great vacuum and car wash.

I purchased a 2017 Mazda CX-5 Touring Edition and I absolutely love the car. I could go on and on about how fabulous it is, but Ill spend my time instead focusing on the great service that I experienced at this car dealership. Mark was the salesman I was working with and Im so happy that I was assigned to him. He is so great, kind, caring, and helpful. He took the time to go over all of the features and ins and outs of the car when I purchased it. He gave me advice as if I was his own daughter. He genuinely wants you to find something that is a good fit and he wants everything to go well. This was my first time purchasing a new car and I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I thank Mark for everything.With my luck, I got a flat tire after driving through road work (a screw was on the road and guess who drove over it!) on day 2 of having my new car. With the free road side assistance that was included, someone came out and changed my tire with the spare. The next day, I went into the service center at this car dealership and they replaced it free of charge. I saw Mark there and he said hi remembered my name and everything (I mean sure, he just saw me a couple days ago since I just bought the car, but still!) Great professionalism and care.If youre shopping for a Subaru or a Mazda and live in the area, come here. If I were you, I would ask for Mark. Im sure everyone else there is very capable, but he was fantastic and I can only speak out of experience.

Matt was absolutely fantastic. He listened to everything I was looking for plus what my price range was and searched all possible options to find what was best for me compared to Hyundai or Toyota who put themselves first. I absolutely love my car and would go back to mazda north end for my next car.

I just got my Mazda CX3 GT detailed. I chose the five star detail and WOW!! Its like my car is brand new off the lot again. Couldnt be more pleased. 3 reviews1.0 star rating 1/7/2017I bought brand new Mazda CX5 that comes standard with GPS navigation. I also negotiated following add ons1 - All weather floor mat2 - Roof rack3 - Cargo tray.They delivered the car without1- GPS navigation chip (GPS doesnt work now)2 - Roof rack3 - Cargo rayI made a mistake of trusting them. They told me they will send the GPS chip in couple of weeks. This was in December 2016. We are in March 2017 now. I still dont have my GPS chip after several e-mail exchange and phone conversations. They kept telling me we are sending it now it should arrive shortly. I am in touch with Mazda customer relations department. If i cant find a resolution in Mazda, my only option is to go to small claim court.Cargo tray is supposed to arrive shortly :)...They claim they delivered the roof rack. According to Mazda USA what they delivered is side rails. They should have given me cross bars as well.

Been to a few dealerships and none was anything like North End! By far the best exspereance I have ever had, absolutely painless! They answered all are questions and went above and beyond the expected. The kind of exsperence you want when you buying a car. Marc was always in contact when needed, even on his days off, Jeremiah was also a pleasure to work with. Very comfortable atmosphere, I will recommend this dealership to anyone, and will go back, but not for now, Im enjoying my new ride thank you 😁

We purchased a 2017 Miata MX-5 RF from North End Mazda. The entire purchase experience was excellent. Shortly after we owned the car we started to see a slight defect in the paint on the trunk lid of the car. Clearly this was not caused by North End Mazda, but, as our dealer, we wanted North End Mazda to correct it. We dealt primarily with Rob Newton, the service manager, regarding this problem. Rob handled our issue professionally and expediently. He kept us aware of the progress of the repair, and the car was ready sooner than Rob had promised. While our car was being fixed, Rob provided us with a loaner to use. Our car was flawlessly returned fixed, and clean. Based on our experience, we would certainly recommend North End Mazda to anyone looking to purchase or service a Mazda... and thank you so very much Rob!!

Currently in the process of buying my 4th Mazda from North End Mazda and have had a great experience EVERY time. The sales team is friendly, honest, and up-front with everything. No bait and switch, empty promises, or upselling. They just don’t play the games that thebother dealers play.At the other end of the building is the BEST service department I have ever dealt with. Like the sales department, they are honest and don’t push unnecessary work on you. Their repair techs do excellent work and the prices are very competitive.Simply put I won’t buy a vehicle anywhere else. The fact that Mazda’s are just plain fun to drive is icing on the cake.

Just purchased a new Miata. This was the best car purchasing experience I have ever had. I walked in and as I had called, Mark Atkinson had the car pulled out and weighting. They honored the Mazada web incentive to price with only a $299 processing fee. They offered me financing that beat my personal credit union. I was out the door with my car including test drive, paperwork and car prep in under 3 hours! I am very happy with the whole experience. No weird head games or gimmicks- just great customer service.

Bought a certified pre-owned Mazda from them and so far the service center was by far the worst part of the experience. Sales was ehh didnt really get a good deal but was assured of new tires and brakes when I drive of and a good cleaning as it was driven alot from when they got it back. In short the stain on the door was still there which they said was discoloration which I cleaned off myself fairly easily and the brakes and tires were rated red for in need of replacing when I went back to have them check a head light that they also didnt fix. The Subaru side repair was excellent for my Outback but the Mazda service people are always trying to sell you replacements and quite obviously dont do the work they charge you for.

Service Staff is like no other Ive ever experienced. Service Manager Rob, Advisor Collette and Parts Manager Zach came in on Sunday which is a closed day for service, to host a small Mazda raffle cookout car get together. This will be my goto dealer for my Mazdaspeed.
