Ive had my car serviced here multiple times, mostly because of dinging a side mirror. The most recent was was repairing damage to my car after being rear ended. Although on initial inspection the outside damage didnt seem so bad, it was worse on the underside of the car.Calibers work is excellent. It doesnt look like the back of the car was ever in an accident including the paint work. The paintwork is smooth as though the entire car were painted at once.Im very happy with service I received. I highly recommend this shop for auto body work.

AVOID. One of their workers test drove my car after repairs and got a $150 red light ticket while doing so. Reached out a couple times to their “community manager” but they don’t seem to care to respond. What’s the point in having a “community manager” who won’t respond?

SCAMMERS!! SCAMMERS!!!This is absolutely the worst body shop I have ever dealt with. This shop kept my car for more than two months(2 months past the original estimated completion date) and its still not fixed correctly. My car has scratches on it that wasnt there before. Do NOT use this shop. If I could give it zero stars I would.

I had accident few months and was referred by a good friend of mine. who said they do great work. my friend was right i was indeed impressed. i like the professional and friendly manner of the shop. i would definitely go back and do business with the shop if i and another accident

I was rear ended in Suffolk County and my Ford Explorer was sent to Caliber Collision. The first person I met was Michael Perillo who was just the nicest person ever. Calm demeanor, pleasant, professional and informative. I was very impressed with how promptly I was taken care of ... I had an appointment and they never had me waiting. They did a fantastic job repairing my truck and I’m a very happy customer. Yes I was inconvenienced not having my truck over the Christmas holidays, but it was worth the wait. Wow!! Must say great customer service, most of all what a fantastic paint job!! The painter matched my color I wanted perfectly without flaw. It’s amazing!! I just cannot say enough about this place. Definitely not a fan.. The service is impressively slow.. I feel like you could any of the other 50 body shops that are in lynbrook/valley stream and definitely get a better job done! And if your insurance company says that you have to take it to a specific body Shop tell them no! You pay the premium of the insurance every month not them and youll take your car where you want.

I took my car in to Bobs Auto body for some hail damage repair.Tom helped me out and took me through the process of working with my insurance company.They did a fantastic job. Bob is a complete scam artist. Bob told me I had structural damage and quoted me at 5000...went to another shop nearby and was quoted 1500. Avoid this scam artist at all costs. I love the work that was done by Bobs auto body shop. I have a 2016 Nissan Maxima i was amazed to see the work they did on my vehicle.I would definitely refer everyone to go here if you need any work done on a vehicle. Bobs is the place to go in Lynbrook if your car has any damage on it. This shop has done great work for my family and friends for over 15 years. They may charge a smidgen more than others but thats because the work lasts and the paint jobs are undetectable. No rippling, no color turns, no peeling. The crew are fantastic and will drop you off at the railroad if need be and for a Body shop, the office looks like a bed and breakfast.

Excellent auto body repair shop.

They couldnt repair my car in the stated time (took 2.5 weeks as opposed to the 1 week promised) and work was not great. I had my door fixed there from a minor fender bender and the doors plastic frame popped off after a week back from the shop. I went to get it fixed a few months later and they told me they were too busy and that I should come back.
