The guy at the front desk was very disrespectful. I came on time to have my oil change using Groupon voucher. He told me that shop is busy and can’t service my car even after making an appointment from a week ago. I ask if I can come back tomorrow but he aggressively told me I’m busy come back next week. He even said I don’t take Groupon and rudely told me to take my car somewhere else. Facility is not very nice people and don’t know how to arrange appointments. I would not recommend this place.

Jagger was a great help, I came in cause of a low tire pressure sensor, he checked the pressure on all of my tires, and locate the issue and then helped clip my bumper back into place and didn’t charge me a dime.Very helpful and customer service orientated.If I am in need of work on my car, I will be back for sure!

I heard of this place through Groupon as I just needed an oil change that wasnt overpriced. From Groupon reviews and even Google reviews, this place sounded like they had good service.Well, I showed up on a Friday on my lunch break after making an appointment on the phone two days prior. Was told that one guy called out. No worries, I just need an oil change. I come back an hour later and the car wasnt even worked on. Was told to come back Monday. No worries.I come back Monday on my lunch break and drop the car off for an hour and a half. The shop didnt look too busy today. When I came back, they didnt even look at the car.I ended up wasting two days and my oil isnt even changed.I would not recommend this place at all.

I recently moved to NJ and am glad I found this gem of a spot. They are both honest and reliable. A small shop but very knowledgeable and I have taken both of my foreign vehicles (BMW & Mercedes) there for regular maintenance service in the last 6 months. Today my check engine light came on and they ran the diagnostic and fixed the issue in a timely fashion. I knew what the issue was but didn’t say anything to see if other error codes would pop up on the diagnostic. I’m glad they provided me with a printout of the diagnostic and it was exactly what I thought it was. They didn’t try to upsell me on unnecessary parts or labor. It’s really rare to find an honest mechanic and because of that, this service center has my recommendation 150%.

Every time I go, they have you scheduled in perfectly and theyre very quick. Not only are they quick they have attention to detail and theyre genuinely helpful. I had an issue with my car that even the dealership couldnt fix after I went back several times, but tja fixed it for only $15. Not only did they fix the issue they check the computer to make sure there was no codes that were showing up that suggested any other issues, And they took the car for a test drive to make sure that it was really fixed. Great mechanic!!

Recommend this business as they have been straight forward and professional. During my first oil change, I was a first time customer, and had purchased an oil change through Groupon. I had recently had a rear tire patched, and was waiting for a tire order to come in as my front tires were very heavily worn down. They performed the oil change, and their only comment was regarding the condition of my front tires. I appreciated that, as I was aware of it and so their only recommendation was one of importance. I always liked going to mechanics with some sort of awareness of everything that needs to be done, and this time around they seemed to be spot on. Came in for an oil change and brake pads and pretty much knew I was going to need new rotors for the front axel. And boom: exactly what they recommended. Would trust their judgement, even with unexpected finds. I try to stay on top of maintenance but unfortunately tend to slack. Prices are great, especially through Groupon where you can throw on a promo code and save even more. Location is spot on and isn’t difficult to get to if you’re from a surrounding town. Also, called them today at 1:20, was able to come in today at 2, and was back on track within about an hour and a half.

Worst service ever! Made an appointment to replace taillights. Came exactly right on time - they told me that they are too busy. Unbelievable!!!

Great and Friendly service. They already know my name/car after only coming once! I had some small issue with the new belt that was put on either too tight/loose/or bad belt. They are super concerned I get it properly by asking I ride it for a few days to make sure its working. Its been a little more then two weeks and the issue has come back and they are still helping me correct the issue, not once thinking of dismissing me and saying its too late to come back. They are wonderful!

The absolute best mechanic shop in North Jersey. Family run and owned. Quality without the price is what they stand for, and they back it up with their excellent service! Need an honest mechanic? This is one to go to. Got a fully synthetic service here, where they used premium Mobil 1 oil, and it was $30 cheaper than 10 minute. TJA also fixed my alignment on my vehicle. The machine they hooked it up on was so cool and modern and high-tech. They will work with you, and they have the supply to fix anything from computer malfunctions, A/C recharge, trans service, but their specialty is in wheels, tires and alignments. There isnt any other reason to go anywhere else to get your car fixed, service, or get new tires!

Took my family to Mideivel Times. When we came out, I saw that my tire was flat. I called TJA. They told me that they were closing. I explained my situation and they told me not to worry they would wait for me. The staff was amazing. They made sure I was able to drive home with my family. I can’t thank them enough.

I had the best experience at TJA. I have a 2015 BMW diesel and I changed the stock run flat tires from Pirelli to the continental pro contact gx ssr. I purchased the tires that they reccomened for my vehicle and have to admit that I will never buy another tire again. After having these tires installed I drive to PA and called them thanking them for the tires. They gave such a great ride! Honestly I didn’t even feel like I was driving the same car. The guys over at TJA really know what they’re talking about. I would recommend these guys to everyone I know !

So much goodness about this business of 2 trust worthy people/employees, its not often that u can find a well over all honest, reliable, straight to the point, no sugar coating/ no words of bull crap of the the issue of your vehicle,( you get real truth of what is wrong with your vehicle from them)that you bought to the wonderful location of J&P automotive they tell u the truth about the problem of your vehicle, Paul & Jose go over & beyond on there mechanic/technician duties that I so admire, I have been going to this wonderful location for years, the owners always give you reassurance, you bring your vehicle in knowing it will be well taken care of, then you leave with your vehicle issue fix knowing that you were taken care of well,the work done on your vehicle is worth the $$$$$$ because you know time well done was put in (BLESSINGS to the owners/ company)
