This place is a 5/5. The staff is phenomenal. Steven was my Sales Advisor. He communicated very well throughout the process especially what’s all needed to be done, from working with my credit union to the status of my vehicle being delivered. Got my vehicle a day earlier than expected and the staff did a fantastic job! Only issue was some panel gaps, and alignments issue of the interior and exterior trim. However, Jodi addressed my issues and got it looking great! Thank you to Lyndhurst team!

Its modern with an organized service department. Using the Tesla Auto app for booking service,either mobile or in the shop, is quick and easy and you dont have to wait in line or on the phone. Updates are given to you through the app or by text so you know the progress being made on your car rather than left in the dark. I like that. Both the sales and service will find out the answer for any question you have. Thank you for taking care of a wonderfully built machine.

I will never purchase a car through another dealer again. It is such a calming experience where they dont sell to you, they just answer your questions.

Do not bring your car here for repairs. I brought mine in after someone backed into me and dented one of my rear doors. After fixing my car, they left the door horribly misaligned, my interior trim all messed up, and the paint job is riddled with overspray and orange peel so bad that it looks like they left the car in a hail storm.

I scheduled a test drive last week and the staff couldnt have beeb nicer! Very positive experience.

Had my second test drive today at this location and loved it! The emlpoyees are always polite and greet you with smiles on their faces! The test drive itself was very informative and fun, every question asked is answered passionately. You do not feel pressured to buy the vehicle, but you can enjoy the ride! Love the fact that this is like no other dealer ship. Dont have to deal with salesman trying to force you to buy a car. Everything is done online and just go to pick it up once its there. Super easy and COVID friendly. Didnt even have to go in! Now if only they can get some superchargers in the Akron area!

If I could give this location zero stars I would. I have had my Tesla for going on 4 months now and still do not have appropriate license plates on my car. The dealership did not transfer my previous plates as requested and have been dragging out the process to get it taken care of. Once you have delivery of your car they no longer care about your satisfaction or care to help you. I have spoken with a manager without resolution also. Will not return to this dealership.

Nice & easy process to purchase a vehicle. Limited contact after purchase during COVID which is challenging if you never owned a Tesla like me. Otherwise this is a 5 star location.

Very disappointed that this Technology Company treats it customers that require service so poorly. They push you to an app, which is fine, but the app gives you no clue about the duration of the repair. So no information to plan alternate transportation.Then the app said your vehicle will be ready when the service center opens. I arrive and they apologize that it’s not ready and to go wait.A combination of no information coupled with wrong information is upsetting. To add insult to injury, the arrogant attitudes of many folks was really disappointing.Not sure I’ll buy another Tesla.

Driving a Tesla is great fun but I am not sure I would buy it again. $65,000 for so much hassle! After the car got clipped/dinged on the drivers side rear end, it took a month to get in the shop because there is only one shop in the state of MI that does collision repair. Other shops have opted out recently due to issues with Tesla service in parts procurement. Now I am in the process and see the examples. There is a rear panel on back order they need for my car. It has been a week and Tesla has not even responded whether it is available now and I know because I am included with a Tesla service account shop made for me. So the shop wasn’t sure if they should keep the car/start for the past week and we are in limbo whether to get the long contract for the loaner car. The parts apparently can’t be returned to Tesla (unlike others car companies) once ordered so it makes for repairs being done in several stages, doubling the time at least. Also, heard from another owner they have sent the wrong parts for her car several times now. Pure Idiocy. They need to stop doing useless software updates and flashy PR and get their customer service/parts procurement in order. I waited a long time for this environmentally conscious American technology but they don’t deserve our loyalty at this rate.

Took my Model 3 in for some minor adjustments and the service team was great. They listened to my concerns and were able to fix all of them in a day. Getting a loaner wasn’t hard either like it is at other dealers.

We had a good experience with salesperson Steven Litchfield who helped us order a Model Y after a nice test drive.

My 2021 model y has lot of road noise and wind noise, I raised a ticket and mobile technician has come in and drove himself and said the complain is true but he cannot fix and has to go to service center which I took it and another technician drove there and said the things are normal . When I talked to manager she said mobile technician could have misspoken that there is noise he is a new technician etc and we couldn’t do anything about the noise or the gaps that your car have.

Just stop in to take a look at their cars with my daughter and I couldnt believe and nice and helpful the staff was at answering my questions. They let us sit in the cars and showed us all the features. They were extremely nice to my daughter and myself. They even let us drive one of the cars even though I was not looking at purchasing a car right now. I was just shocked at how nice the staff was and wanted to share it. If you are thinking about buying one of the Teslas this is definitely the place to go.

I have nothing but good things to say about everyone here. I havent had any real issues with the car itself but for minor maintenance, theyve all been friendly and fast.

I bought a model x which was part of their inventory. the service light came on after 3000 miles of driving and no one was available to take care of the issue. not sure if this is a general tesla problem or a problem with this location. mostly tesla just has a non-person screen your call and no way to get in touch with the service department. i have been calling for 3 daysThis is a follow-up. They basically told me to use the service app on your phone. i buy a 100k car from lyndhurst location and they cant get me in touch with a service person for a two minute phone call to discuss why the service light comes on. i have only driven this car for 2000 miles. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS LOCATION. they are available to talk to you before you buy the car but after you spend the money -- THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU THE TIME OF DAY

We were in the area and decided to stop by to take a look at the Model 3 in the showroom. Impressive car. We also did a test drive of the Model S to get an idea of what driving a Tesla electric car may feel like. Verdict: its mostly like driving a regular car but without the pollution thing. Go try it, but be sure to first call ahead to schedule your appointment.

The team at Lyndhurst is quite incompetent and rude. Had an appointment for a test drive, shifted my schedule to accommodate their timings, drove over an hour and was told that the model I had reserved to test drive was sold. They did not have the courtesy to call or even apologize for wasting my time. There seems to be a lack of management as nobody stepped up. This was not my first bad experience at this Tesla dealership.

Amazing car. Messed up loan paperwork then they did not order plate. Must follow up like crazy with them Need help in customer service and following through. After on the phone with them for a while they told me they are not a dealership so they are trying to figure out plates. FOR Real.. LOVE THE CAR.

I picked up my pre-owned driving machine from this location and gained an abundance of knowledge of how this driving machine operates. I am a very demanding individual and I was extremely satisfied with the experience. I now have more technical questions, and Im sure they will be answered. If they dont know the answer, they search to get the information rather than make something up. My machine was shipped in from a dealership in the south and I was told that it had passed the 70-point mechanical inspection. Once the paperwork was complete it would be detailed for delivery on Saturday. I was unavailable to take delivery on that day, but because I was excited, I stopped by the dealership on Sunday to preview my machine. I was disappointed and concerned to find that the inspection was not completed or even begun. After a phone call on Monday everything was put back on track, and the car passed the 70-point inspection. Impressively however, they decided that some parts would need to be ordered to correct a couple of potential problems before they would deliver the machine. This showed me their dedication to high standards ensuring the machine would be up to my expectations for delivery. Most people, including mechanics that worked on my previously owned cars, would not have been concerned with the items they addressed. As I said before, I am a demanding person and Im extremely satisfied with this location as well as the complete experience. Thank you to everyone I dealt with, youre awesome!

The greatest place in the world is a Tesla service center. The staff at every center are the most courteous people I have ever met. So respectable and knowledgeable makes purchasing the greatest vehicle on the planet easy and hassle free.

Car is great service so far is not. Purchased the car close to 2 months ago and they have not been able to get me my license plate...I know problems happen...but the infuriating issue is that I have to email and call repeatedly before I get a response - their follow up is not good. I am incredibly nervous about what is going to happen when I need service. Really thought the experience & service would be different - I get much better service from Lincoln than from Tesla.

After showing significant interest in proceeding with a test drive to determine whether or not if like to purchase, the employee assisting me declined to test drive with over an hour and a half left for the day with no other customers on the entire lot. Considering it is an investment, a test drive would have been helpful. If it was too late in his shift, up front communication would have been appreciated rather than wasting my time.

The un-dealer car buying experience. Makes you wonder how and why the archaic, obsolete, dysfunctional, and inherently adversarial normal dealership model has survived as long as it has! On second thought, never mind, dont waste precious time thinking about the why, just say a silent thank-you to the Lord of New Personal Transportation (aka Elon) and head over to Mayfield Rd to bask in the glow of a new dawn in the automotive industry.

Visiting this place makes you want a Tesla not only for the car and its features but also to get the expert help they provide, and be part of the Tesla family (or cult, like some say about Apple). Youll understand why nobody likes their Tesla, they LOVE it.

First off, anyone buying a Tesla is probably reading the news. So, if you dont know, you should know this is an expanding company that is doing its best to keep up with insane demand. Given the fact I bought my car during the sunset of the $7500 EV credit, I do think they were particularly swamped.That being said, Josh and the Mikes in sales were wizards. They actually got me out of a 4 month lease so I could get in a Tesla same day. They were very savvy with text and email. Most of the sale was done before I arrived on the lot.There were some bumps in the road (forgive the pun) but the team was responsive and rectified them to keep me a loyal customer. The product is amazing and manageable if you have a DIY attitude and understand you are not buying a product from the established dealership / US automotive paradigm. Ive never been happier with something Ive purchased, and for a new company they did an amazing job giving me a professional experience.If you want a Tesla, this team will make it happen for you. Theyll go the extra mile because they care about the product they are selling and want you to be happy with your purchase.Thank you everyone at Lyndhurst Tesla!

We saw just the Tesla model S. They didnt have all the models on display. We were interested in the model 3. But overall the service was good and information provided was good.

Great car but service is kind of terrible. Literally delivered my car without windshield wiper fluid and when I asked that they add some they told me they were all out. I think I had to ask like 3 times if they were being serious. How does a car service center not have wiper fluid? Also my vehicle was delivered with adhesive all over, the exterior, the interior, right on the windshield - which was really annoying because, as I have already mentioned, they were out of wiper fluid. Overall delivery was smooth and quick. I think I arrived for delivery, signed paperwork, looked over the car, and was out of there in like 45 minutes. It was the fastest car buying experience Ive ever had.

If there could ever be anything better than a Tesla vehicle, its a Tesla employee. Im on my third Tesla, and found that their mechanics are more customer friendly than sales staff at a world-class resort. The sales people also surprise by listening and putting the customer first, with natural courtesy.

Service at Tesla is beyond amazing. Rudy took care of us when crap hit the fan, but not from Teslas wrongdoing. Extremely patient, kind and informing. A hidden gem at Tesla. Truly goes above and beyond. The type of service we received from Rudy and his team are the reason we purchased a Tesla in the first place.

Nice car. The Tesla sales team on the other hand is complete disappointment & failure. Scheduled car pickup for a given date by Tesla, arrived for the appointment to find out the car never arrived. No reschedule, no call to mention that the car is not there. 40 min drive for nothing. They rescheduled my appointment. On the day of the second appointment tried to reach them by phone to make sure the car has arrived as we still had no call from Tesla. The delivery team does not answer phone calls. With a luxury service like that, Tesla is going to go very far.

Where do you get electric for the car and dont tell me plug into your house what happens when youre out on the road you cant go to a gas station theres no electric and Im not waiting 2 hours to charge up anything that I paid 30 grand for lets be real period.
