This week I went to the AT&T store in Lyndhurst NJ. The 3 guys were very kind and the manager was very honest and printed out the deal they were going to give me. After talking to my family we switched from Verizon and it was painless. Ive have been looking to switch to AT&T for a while, but all the other stores I been to just left a bad taste in my mouth. I recommend the AT&T store in Lyndhurst and I also recommend to stay clear from the Rt 3 store in Clifton NJ.
I would steer clear of this store. i went into the store on 2/14 because the speaker on my phone was broke. i could only hear people if the phone was on speaker. i told the employee, i did not care for a new phone and would prefer to keep my old one. the woman employee and the gentlemen in the store both told me the phone was broke, and i needed a new one. i had some old phones at home, and the gentlemen was helpful in telling me that AT&T would give me $300 credit if the powered up. i spent a few hours in the store waiting for a new phone to be processed. after a few hours, when we are almost done, i think the employee slipped telling me he knew someone who could fix the speaker for $30. i was dragged through a few hours of painful processing, so the store could make a sale. Im in sales, and i get it, but i always try to do whats right for the customer, before looking out for my own pockets. that has given me longevity, and trust with my clients, and a successful career. i figured i was this far along, i might as well get the new phone, however i wasnt happy. i went home, and called them back right away to tell them to cancel the new phone, and that i didnt want it. they told me the order had been processed, and it had to be shipped to the store, then shipped back to AT&T. that was fine. i was credited back the $76 on 2/29, and thought everything was resolved. now, months later we are still being billed for the new phone. AT&T claims this is the stores fault, and they did not process the return correctly. This whole situation left a sour taste in my mouth. 2 stars since the employee seemed nice, and tried to help me get a credit for my old phones. the rest of the experience sucked.
Isabella at this store is WONDERFUL!! I’m not from the area, just stopping by to ask a couple questions about a new phone. She was very friendly and inviting. She made me feel safe about visiting a location I am not familiar with in these uncertain times. 10 out of 10 recommend this store and Isabella in specific. She is an absolute doll. Thank you all!
ATT in Lyndhurst is the only store I will go to. The manager, Jonathan Kunz can solve any tech problems and is a great salesman.

He has taken care of so many issues with corporate for me. The time that he has spent and follow up is unbelievable. I can’t say enough. You don’t find many loyal and caring employees like this. Im posting this on behalf of my mother, who does not have access to a google account.My mother comes into this store all the time to get help with her flip phone, she does not really know how to use it all that well and I am not always around to show her. The young lady that works in the store always helps her out and treats her nicely even though she does not have to help her at all. My mom comes home and talks about how sweet she is and Ive tried calling to thank the worker but the number seems to be disconnected.
Right from when I walked in this store it was a positive experience. The rep John greeted me and was very professional. He set me up with a service transfer with the same number from my old provider and was able to get me the same iPhone 7 that I had previously had. He also hooked it up with this awesome cleaning tech spray. I was out of there within an hour and the process was very pain free and service professional.
The manager here was amazing. He fixed the trouble I had with the Carlstadt AT&T store and got me my phone. They will take care of you here. They will also look for the best plan for you and your family
Excellent customer service. Anthony helped me upgrade 2 lines. He answered all my questions and even responded to an after hours text regarding one of the new phones. He called us and made sure we were set up with the new phones. I have never had such great service!

I spent a while in the store because I wanted to upgrade to the new iphone but I had forgotten my password to my icloud. Came in for a bill issue and met Orlando. He helped me and told me about a promotion. Compared to the other AT&T store he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I ended up getting two new phones and he set everything up for me. I really appreciated his patience I’ll be sure to recommend everyone to come to this location.
Came here switching from T-Mobile. Orlando was there and helped me with the whole transaction. He was super super nice which I was very pleased with. He made switching really simple and even helped me transfer my info from my old Samsung. I’d recommend coming here and talking with Orlando he takes his time and doesn’t rush his customers.
One of the only AT&T stores in the area with someone whos trustworthy and knowledgeable. Jon time and time again has helped my wife and I with upgrades and numerous additional services at this location. His customer service skills and patience go above and beyond. Orlando is a life saver! Came in because I needed to pay my direct tv bill. Talked with Orlando and he was shocked how much I pay for my cell phone bill with Verizon. I was paying over 100 a month with Verizon!!!!!! After he showed me how much I could save I switched right there. He transferred my number and made everything really simple and now I pay 50 a month and that makes me happy. He insisted on transferring my contacts and pictures for me and gave me a really great experience! Go in and ask for Orlando you won’t regret it!

Went to the store looking for pricing because I was thinking of changing from Sprint. The store manager and assistant manager worked really well together to get me the unlimited plan with a free phone. They also spoke to me about FirstNet and I told them I would send my cousin over.
Went to the AT&T store in Clifton where I was rudely turned away since I had a simple question about my account. Came to the store in Lyndhurst where I met Orlando. He answered all of my questions! It was like night and day between the two stores. After all the questions we got into a conversation about my account. I had a prepaid account and was explained the benefits of a postpaid account. Thankfully Orlando was super patient with my silly questions! Needless to say Im a happy customer and I dont have to pay my bill until next month! Thank you so much Orlando!

The manager is always very helpful. He knows the phones that he sells and can help you select the right one. If you buy an unlocked phone from elsewhere, he can also activate it for you.

After weeks of looking for a new cell phone company I figured I would stop in to ask some questions and was on the fence and wasnt planning to buyhe answered all of my questions and his professionalism was simply incredible I asked him before I even switched if it was possible to save voicemails as my mother recently passed away and I have many of her voicemails on my current phoneall the places I went to said I would lose them, but Orlando made the extra effort to help me saved everything even though I wasnt a customer!after that I was sold and ended up moving my lines from Tmobile and he took his time moving the data to the new phones and gave us promotions that helped us save money compared to tmobileout of all the strores I went to this by far the best att in the area and Orlando is again the reason I will come back and tell everyone I know to buy at this place

This AT&T store is a authorized retailer, but is one of the best that i have ever been in. The store manager and rep work together as a team to help with my needs. They also convinced me that direcTV was the way to go. I was a little hesitant at first, but they asured me that i would be happy with it and they were 100% right. These guys know there stuff and they dont rush you or force you to get anthing that you 100% dont want. They give you a break down of everything they sell and also tell you a estimted price of prorated charges. I love this team and i send everyone i know to them.

My employment discount was removed for some reason. The folks over the phine asked me to go into the store to resolve the issue. I came here to see the person who had helped me a few months ago. They are under new management and the service is awful. Asked if I could have the store number where the old staff is now, and was told they dont work here anymore. I called the old manager but hes no longer with the company. They new person there said that is not something they can assist us with and rudely turned me and my wife away. He said we had to go to another Att store. We ended up having the issue resolved at the Rt.3 store. Completely out of our way but worth the trip.

I upgraded my phone to a Samsung galaxy note 7 that day, after a week phone was recalled, i went back to that store and store manager cacao is his last name told me I had to return everything that they gave me with bundle promotion, the phone was recalled but I had to return everything. I returned the tablet, watch and the phone and store manager tried to give me a two generations older tablet!! but i didnt want the tablet that he was trying to get rid of, because I was the one who was going to pay monthly for 2 years . He got upset and told me If I want to return the tablet and dont get another tablet instead .... he is gonna charge $45 fee .I said I want the same tablet that I had to returned, he said he cannot give me the same tabled I returned, I take the tablet or he charge me $45 fee. I got out the store and called At&t customer service they wanted to talk to store manager but he was ignoring then I gave him the phone after he accepted to talk to them after he hang up the phone he told me I had to return the watch too otherwise I had to pay $300 . I was shocked. !!! I said okay boss I return the watch.....HE SAID IF YOU RETURN $45 FEE IF YOU WANNA STAY WITH THAT $300 !!!! I called AT&T customer service again they told me to take the phone, tablet, watch and leave the store and dont go to that store again. AT&T told me this about Lyndhurst retail store on Valley Brook Ave and you think what customers think about this store and store manager cacaoI went to a corporate store of AT&T in Clifton and they took 10 minutes to replace the phone and gave me good amount of credit for that nightmare in Lyndhurst
The salesperson was very friendly and helpful with my wifes iphone upgrade, and offered us a free ipad with the upgrade! Sounds good right? We already have a tablet, but who wouldnt want a free ipad? However, the salesperson failed to disclose ( or perhaps was not informed of ) the terms and conditions of free ipad offer. Spoiler alert! Its not free. AT&T bills you $10 a month for access to your existing data plan for a minimum 24 or 30 months, So you end up paying $240 to $300 for a $250 tablet, which uses the data youre already paying for. As a bonus, there is a $45 re-stocking fee if you return it, even unopened. We are currently disputing the fee, and the staff did try to assist us with AT&T customer service to remedy the situation. The staff were very friendly, and helpful, but I would ask for all terms and conditions in writing and upfront before accepting offers such as this one, so you can make an informed decision. We wouldnt have taken the offer if full disclosure of terms and conditions was made at the time.
Called ahead to make sure that they had had the phone I needed. Had waited around for 20 mins while Mr. K. was reluctantly clicking away on his social media page just for him to tell me that he cant sell the phone because they have NO simcards at their location. It had taken 30 mins to get to this coclusion. I had my baby with me, hungry and tired. No consideration and so rude.

Came to this att office just to pay my bill. They sent me a phone in the mail but it wasnt on so I asked them to help me out. They got all my contacts list and text messages transfered over from my old phone.
