I LOVE my Walgreens but be aware they do not wipe down the carts or baskets. I asked there to put mine when I was done and I was told to just put it in the mortal rack for baskets. I asked why? They told me they don’t have the staff to wipe down the carts and baskets. So bring your own wipes if you are concerned.

If you are thinking of applying to this location think again!! One of THE worst management I’ve ever experienced ! They do not properly train you and don’t care about you at all, you’ll get written up for just about anything .

This place is so complete. The employees are so helpful and welcome.

We love this wall greens, very convenient, but way overpriced on some items, you can get a bag of stuff to be 50$, otherwise a nice corner store.

This is the main drugstore I go to. The people who work there are very nice and helpful. Prices can be on the high side. Although I’m a loyal customer and I do like this store they’re constantly making mistakes. I always have to check my receipt before I leave. My most recent example is I have a health products card, which is used like a credit card that my insurance company pays for some over the counter things. It is clearly marked on the shelves what is covered. I go to buy these items along with items that are not covered. When I look at my receipt I noticed they charged my regular credit card for the amount that should have been charged on my health products cards. I had to see a manager and I’m still waiting 2 days later for it to come off my credit card.

The pharmacy staff are some of the rudest people I’ve ever dealt with.

I am livid and absolutely disgusted right now!!! About week ago, I purchased Walgreens brand “rolled gauze for securing dressings 1 roll”. I am just now opening the box, since I finished a 5 roll pack, to find that it is empty! So I paid a little over three dollars for an empty box!!! I thought I was getting what I paid for, however please staff of this Walgreens establishment, check the products to make sure there is no theft involved before someone buys an empty box! Now I’m going to be checking boxes to, but hopefully no staff thinks that I’m trying to steal a product because now I’m unsure if I’m getting what I’m buying! Never will I ever go to this Walgreens again!

I wanted to leave this with ZERO stars. The pharmacist, Mark has absolutely no people skills. Very rude.

Unbelievable, rude with mean demeanor older African-American cashier. Snapped at me with nasty comment through her teeth, because I inserted credit card too early. Even gentlemen witnessing her customer service, had a shock on his face.

This was a typical Walgreens store. No problems or issues. Nice and clean. However, if youre traveling east on Mayfield Rd its not simple to get in the parking lot. You have to turn left on Brainard road and turn in which is ridiculous because traffic is always backed up and in the way on that side. They should get rid of the slanted entrance on the Mayfield Rd side so you can enter from there.

I used this pharmacy monthly until the older guy took over and was very rude and hollared at me! If you cant work with the public and be professional, why do it?? I have now went to a different pharmacy which Im glad bc the pharmacy staff here are so rude!! Would NOT recommend!

Do not fill meds here!!! The pharmacy staff are rude and have had a a couple times the prescription was delayed due to the pharmacy staff losing it. This place is a nightmare and others I know have been treated like they are not human to them

Worst pharmacy between mayfield and brainard!!!

As hard as i was watch in the store to make sure i didnt steal anything no one asked me for if i needed help and yes i did need help. I was so lost looking for eye drops. There was so many different drops i didnt know where to begin. My eye was so red and itchy i really couldnt see well, i really couldve used the help

Yet another Walgreens, staffed by an overly rude, belittling and judgmental pharmacist! Walgreens must mean to hire Doctors, instead of Pharmacists. I havent met a Walgreens Pharmacist yet who doesnt think theyre a doctor! Sometimes even challenging the Doctors orders, with their own expert medical advice! Stay Away!!

Until you get rid of that grumpy, unprofessional cashier not sure of her name, shes African American and always have a unpleasant, unwelcoming demeanor, one particular evening Ive seen her snached a item from a customers hand because the young lady was checking the color of the lipstick which i think was very rude and disrespectful, Ill never set foot back there ever again and i told her not to also.

Staff is very helpful.

They will let you stand forever to pick up your orders.

This is your average Walgreens drug store.
