This has to be one of the worst CVS’s in the country. They are consistently just closed at random times (despite being “24hrs”), prescriptions have taken more than 4 days to get filled, and the pharmacy does not answer the phone and is unwilling to help. There are other CVS’s in the area. Go to those. Better yet, go to Walgreens

They need to fire whoevers running this store, because last night I came to this location and no one was there in the doors where locked when it clearly say 24 hours on the side. So I called the lakeshore In Euclid location, in thats another 24 hour store, I ask them was I able to walk in? they said yes, u can. come in, they also said they dont know why the Richmond location is not open when they are the same hours as them. So yes someone is either up there not doing they job right or they just short staff

This store is not 24 hr. They close daily with an excuse of system outage. They simply arent a 24 hr store unlike their signs say.

This is supposed to be a 24 store. I have stopped there several times to find the doors locked. Last night is was 10: 30, the lights were on but the doors were. locked. So frustrating. They used to be my go to store, not anymore!

Stopped in this morning at 6:30 to get some snacks and drinks. Went up to the counter and the girl working told me to use the self check out. She literally just finished with two other customers at the register. I asked why she didnt ring up my items there. She said she didnt want to do it anymore. After asking again she started yelling for me to use the self check out. So i simply told her that I would be calling to complain and leaving a review of my experience. I have never had a problem in this store. This is my home CVS for prescriptions and have been going there for years. I will probably be taking my business to Walgreens in the near future. Hope other people dont get this treatment.

Must work in customer service. Urgent.

I went to the store with my kids at 7:30 on April 28th 2021.The rep thats 6 feet tall at least, with no name tag, doesnt respond when I say hello. I then put my stuff up on the counter to be rung out. He doesnt give me a total or asks for my cvs card, he just stares at me. I pay by debit card. Then he gives me my bags without a receipt. I said have a good night to him, and he does respond again.Horrible customer service! Dont hire people that dont want to work there!

Supposed to be a 24 hour store yet there is a sign on on store daily stating due to syste. Outage, will reopen at 0600. Then when you go to the store at 0615, the sign is down and the doors are still locked with no staff in sight.

Don’t bother

This pharmacy is now terrible. Don’t know what happened but they should be ashamed.

Went in to buy a thermometer. The price on the display said $9.99. The lady told me that it doesn’t matter what the price says it matters what it is and she doesn’t know why says 9.99 she is charging me the 17.00. I even took a picture of the price . Nobody willing to go look.

Have a doctor with chronic asthma. My childs pediatricians sent her meds to pharmacy via escript. We currently have no insurance so cost of steroid for asthma would be $30.00. Leaving work i decided to grab an GOODRX card to see of they would help with cost. When I get to pharmacy, advised that I have discount card. Was told i would have to come back in 24 hours for them to re-process my script if I wanted to use discount card. So basically point is not to go here expecting to use good rx unless you have the time to wait..

Worst CVS around

This is a review for just today, maybe. My wife is sick with the flu and so I decided to rush up here given that theyre open 24 hours and all, only to find a printed paper on their door saying they are closed until 8am. This is extremely disappointing to say the least!

Very nice 24hr location. Staff always friendly.

They never have my wife medications. And when they don’t they just send you away with no help. We were with Walgreens forever and if, on rare occasion they didn’t have a medication, they would call around and find another location that could fill the prescriptions.

I neededTo purchase a few things before starting work at 6 AM and I went to CVS thinking it is 24 hours and it was 4:30 AM and no one came to the door and it was locked but all the lights were on somethings not right about that

Not really 24 hrs they should take the sign off and update on Google. I have gone numerous times only to find a paper on the door stating theyre closed due to staff issues. Very misleading.
