I moved to Lynn two weeks ago with a previous issues in my car Essex Auto repair solved my problem. People are friendly and not pricey. I wonder why they have so many clients.

On Christmas eve they were glad to oblige with requested repairs of a timing belt. It took about an hour to get it done, but they allowed me a spot in the office to sit warm until it was. The price for repair was $50 less than what surrounding shops were asking for the repair and my car runs great now! Informative, honest hard working mechanics.

A very honest mechanic. Very fair prices. I will wait for anyone who can show me a mechanic so confident in his work that he wont mind you staring at everything he does to your car. A big plus, because he tours you around the undercarriage of your car (if its already up there) and warns you about things that may wear and tear in the future. You can just feel this guy isnt trying to screw you over man.

Felo (the owner) is truly a great guy. Ive required their services many times over the past 20 years and theyve never let me down.The business location itself is poorly maintained but the friendly service, very reasonable rates and professionalism of the owner is what makes it one of my go-to spots for car repair in Lynn.If your budget is tight and you need to get your car repaired, this is the place.

I have brought several major jobs here as well as routine maintenance. Felo and the rest of the mechanics are top notch and the prices are very fair. They have definitely made me a loyal customer. Give them a try - you will not be disappointed!One thing to note is that they primarily speak Spanish. I do not but there is usually an English speaker available or people who are happy to help with translation. I have not found it to be problematic

Awful business. Nothing but pure unprofessional people work here. Loud talking, blasting music FROM CUSTOMERS CARS, SWEARING AND USING RACIAL SLURS AT 10AM. SMH wish they would just relocate. Such a bad look for the community.
