Clean space professional service. Waiting area has tea coffee and hot chocolate machine lots of seating avaiable and a little room with charging ports while you wait. And wait you will can be 1-2 hrs for an oil change which is the only down side

The entire suspension system in my car needed to be replaced as a result of an accident. Despite a prior terrible customer service experience at Kelly Honda, I listened to the tow truck drivers advice and had the service performed at Kelly Honda. Never again!The service department did not contact me with any updates on the status of the repair over two weeks until they finally let me know the car was ready to be picked up.Every time I called for an update, the service department took two minutes to pick up the phone. Then, when they transferred me to someone who supposedly could answer my question, the phone would ring for four minutes or longer...either the line would disconnect, or it would continue to ring and no one picked up the phone to answer my question.One one occasion, I tried twice to reach reach a service adviser without success...when I called back again and asked for a manager, I spoke with an assistance manager, explained I was unable to reach my service adviser, and asked for the status of the repair. He said hed find out and call back. I never received a call back.When my wife went to pick up the car, she was told they could not release the car because they never had me fill out paperwork authorizing the insurance company to pay them...they still needed to have me sign that form...they needed to submit the form to the insurance company...and we needed to wait until the insurance check arrived in the mail before they would release the car. They did not explain why they failed to have me sign the authorization form during the two weeks they were working on my car. We had a choice to wait several more days to get our car back, or to pay by credit card and wait for the insurance company to reimburse us.Overall, we had a terrible customer service experience.

Whoever gets good service here must be lucky...Unfortunately, I don’t have such luck with the Honda Service Centers I’ve visited, including this one. I recently paid over $200 for scheduled maintenance which was to include a wash, vacuum alignment, etc. I waited about 2 hours, which I’m okay with so long as the work I paid for is being done but after 2 hours of waiting, not only did they skip the wash but they also didn’t vacuum the interior. I mentioned this to a staff member who immediately took the car back to wash and vacuum but the only thing they did was wash...still no vacuum. To make matters worse, the next day, after driving and testing the alignment, I noticed it was still the same - absolutely no improvement. So I had to take it BACK to get it serviced and wait another hour for something that should’ve been done right the first time. No apologies or reimbursement for the inconvenience and time wasted. Trust is the foundation of any relationship and they lost mine. Next time, I’ll take my money elsewhere.
Went for a recall saw my car was done it was in parking lot for an hour I told someone it was sitting there done asked who service adviser was said hes probably printing paper work sat for 1 hour while car was done in parking lot before someone came and got me
As always, my service experience is always excellent! On this particular visit, and I apologize I forgot the date, however, was my maintenance oil change and Robert Batista went above and beyond in his friendliness, his customer-service, and making sure was comfortable in all areas!He approached me by name and remembered my vehicle. Robert is an excellent asset to the Kelly Honda Family!!! Cindy Rodriguez!
Getting the right person on the phone is difficult. The wait times for proper service are a bit longer than Id like, especially in the heat of the summer with a known AC problem. But once the service manager called me back everything seems to be on track to be repaired properly. I will update this when the problem is actually resolved.

Great people working over there. Went without a VIN and was still assisted unlike at other dealerships. The parts dept is very friendly and knowledgeable. Would normally not buy new parts but if I would I for sure would come to this location

I am one of the people who respect punctuality, and the time of the people ... they gave me an appointment at 2 pm, for an oil change, I arrived at 1.40 pm ... they told me it would take an hour to an hour and a half .... I have been waiting for almost 2 hours and still have not finished doing the work.Bad policy, they do not respect the time of the clients .... they would have to correct this bad habit .... 😡
