I understand pretty busy place. How everWhen you physically go inside and have to wait 15_20 for a cashier, um sorry thatsUnacceptable.

Horrible service. I waited 30 minutes for an order that was never printed to be prepared. At first I thought they could be backlogged or busy with drive thru and mobile orders so I didn’t mind the wait, however after 30 mins one of the workers asked what my name was and they said the ticket never printed. If I wasn’t asked I would’ve continued to wait there for nothing. Waste of time.

I decided to walk in because they had a huge drive thru line, little did I know they would literally finish that whole line before making my single drink mind you I was the only person inside.

This place is unbelievably bad. Its slow, the credit card machines are very difficult to use, and even after repeating your order two, to three times, somehow, even though the sticker is right, your coffee is still made incorrectly. It even takes longer to get your corrected order than it does for your original order. The rating on this place should be much lower, most of the reviews are completely irrelevant to the actual quality, and service, of this place.

Forced drive through due to low staffing but the quality was good and despite the line, moved fast with online ordering.

One of the worst Starbucks I have ever been to. Waited in line after about 30mins we made it to the window...not their fault just wicked busy. The problem I have is when I ordered they didnt tell me they were out of stock with the main ingredients of my drink. I would have ordered something else. It was a melted mess it was just gross. And I wont say anything to them I would rather just pay and never go back there.

The snacks were amazing. The bites (depending on which bite you order, ex. Potato, Cheddar, & Chive Bites) are soft, chewy, and tasty. Although I cant say the same for the coffee. The coffee was smooth but sour and I used 5 sugar packets just to at least get a sweet feeling when typical coffee uses only 2-3 packets of the same suger, although I ordered without suger hence the extra 4th star instead of 3 because google surprisingly doesnt have 1/2 stars.

I love the Staff at This location..always friendly.. As I have a special request when i do go...my dog loves the puppy Chino..which is just wipped cream in a cup...but she loves it! And its free! My puppy greets the drive thru employees with an Eager Happy face! She knows when we are at Starbucks! Thanks for being so sweet to myself and my pup! You guys Rock!!!Good coffee and good food. Electronics friendly!!

It wasn’t bad at first but one of the works spilt my drink a little and didn’t even say sorry maybe you should teach your workers some manners NEVER COME TO THIS PLACE.

After waiting for 30 minutes on the drive thru, I left without my food.

Good and hot coffee, good service

I went in for an iced coffee, a skinny latte, everything bagle with avocado and an almond croissant. First they didn’t print my order so i waited for 40 min then they didn’t give me the avocado spread and they gave me an buttered croissant. They when they did my latte had gotten cold.

I am IN LOOOOVE with Starbucks🌟💗 There is a new drink out & its UNREAL/AMAZING🔥 Totally recommend! Its called The pink drink Strawberry flavored, kinda like a smoothy but better! So creamy & fall, FRESH FRESH Strawberries on top🍓😋 Gotta try😘

My experience was wonderful! We had a wonderful breakfast experience. The food was delicious, cheap, and affordable our family had a great time. We came here because of the recommendation of a friend. Will definitely be coming back. I was impressed that the owner was running the cash machine and taking orders.

Poor service to Delivery Drivers, it takes a long time to prepare the order, they forget that we are only Drivers, but customers who ask for the order should be treated the same way as customers who go to the store.

So hit and miss,no consistancy,when your drinks arent what youd hope and paid for,you wonder why you continue to be a patron..Starbucks has to realize that they are not the only game in town....

They’re always consistent and so kind! every time i go there and they’re busy or if it’s quiet they still give me the same quality and service. they’re trying their best to be organized even when they’re swarmed with orders.

I have only rave reviews for this place. This a delicious deli style cafe. 9 of us stopped in after a local recommended it. They had a line but it was fast. The manager noticed we were a large group and took the time to gather some tables together so we could all eat together. Every one of us got a different item and we all had nothing but rave reviews. The prices were more than reasonable. If you are near the underground garage this little deli is right around the corner and worth a planned stop!

I ordered something online and when I got to the store in 3 minutes it was already ready! My bagel bites were not ready and took an additional 5 minutes. I ended up ordering more bites which came out quickly, the barista also apologized for my initial wait and gave me a $4 gift card for the wait. Customer service at its finest! I will be back at the location!

Blonde girl had bad attitude, poor customer service. Took our order in such a bad manner. I ordered couple things for me and my friends and throughout the process I felt pressured. At the window she showed no care and got our order wrong. Not a crack of smile. She does not belong there. Killing everyone’s vibe. Pretty sure everyone who went through drive thru that day had the same vibe from here.

This is one of the best in the Boston area. They should model all of their coffee shops like this one. It has everything -its specious with bench seating, side tables, a conference table and theres even a fireplace with soft chairs around it, but its never lit, instead they turn the air con up when its 30deg outside to keep the lounge bulls out. It also has outdoor patio seeing.

Paul is the best. He remembers my favorite drinks and is so pleasant and engaging. Best way to get ready for work.

I come here just about every morning and I almost always have a great experience. But this morning was a little weird. One of the staff asked me three times about a coffee i didnt order. And then look at me like I was a complete fool and obviously have no idea what I ordered! Lol. And then they forget my straw, but I didnt want to ask because they pretty much slammed the window shut

Okay, so, let me tell you about my morning. I work at Sprint down the street from this Starbucks, so naturally, I go there a couple of times a week. Wicked friendly staff each and every time. But, hear me out, cause this time it was extra sweet! Yesterday I had gone there, and they had informed me that they ran out of cold brew. No biggie, sure I was bummed out, but I just bought a cold brew bottle at Price-Rite. THIS morning, I was having a wack morning, and this time they definitely had the cold brew! I had made light conversation with the employee that had told me yesterday that there was no cold brew, jokingly mentioning that there’s definitely some today. When he handed me my cold brew, it came with a card cause they ran out of brew yesterday! It was such an awesome gesture, and I definitely feel like this Starbucks has hands down been the best one I’ve been to in a while. Definitely get your drinks there cause they’ve never messed up a drink of mines, and the staff is wicked cool!

The lemonade is the best hands down but Id rather have Dunkin Donuts for coffee

Friendly staff, clean facilities, excellent decor, and many places to sit. Perfect for a rainy day or anytime you might want to hang out! Lots of parking and also a drive-thru.

I witnessed something today at this Starbucks location that was pretty upsetting.I’m not sure of the shift managers name, I believe it was Trish or Trisha. I had went to the drive-through and ordered 3 drinks and 1 sandwich.The barista taking my order was an old friend of mine, and I knew that she had just started working at this location fairly recently.She had rang something in wrong (TOTALLY okay) and had to have one of my drinks remade. I was sitting at the window fairly long. This shift manager, Trisha or Trisha, came up to the barista at the window and proceed to yell at her, IN FRONT OF a paying customer (me) asking her why it’s taking so long and it shouldn’t take 5 minutes to get drinks out.This was unprofessional, unacceptable, and honestly quite embarrassing to see because I KNOW this is not the Starbucks I am used to.I hope this changes. Again, Starbucks is incredible. I needed to post this not because the barista was an old friend of mine, but because this just broke my heart.

Service here is mixnuts. If i go in on a particular day, when a particular manager is there, i dont bother and walk out. Other times the employees are courteous and will tend to my special dietary needs.

Staffing issues and a few miserable employees, plus parking availability being iffy. Not one of my favorite locations for this coffeehouse chain. Theres a reason I refer to this location as Ghettobucks. Definitely not a reliable place to meet up with someone for business or pleasure. However if you want Starbucks via the drive up its not too bad. Its predominantly drive upUpdate.. its gotten better since the last time I went here... Still not much parking, but cant really fix it.. Been a changeover in staff a few times. Coffee was good, though I do think the barista/cashier was a little inexperienced but overall a much more pleasant experience than in the past... Still not a great place to try to meet someone if they have a vehicle...

This place has staffing issues. They clearly dont have enough people on during peak hours like Sat.AM. I stopped in this morning; it was very busy and I expected to wait, but not 25+ minutes. The guy who ordered before me left in anger before he received his drink. I watched people who came in after me get their orders, so I finally asked the barista if he had my order. He mumbled, probably here somewhere. and didnt check. I waited a few minutes more and also left without my drink.

The last two times that I have been to this location they have messed up either my order or not heard myself repeating that I will be using a Reward. The latest time I was there I ask for a hot version and confirmed twice over the speakerphone. But at the window the cold version was made instead. As for the taste of the drink it was on point but not what I was feeling drinking. Will give this place likely only one more chance before three strikes and you are out.I would ask them to just remake the drink but in reality it isnt worth it when you are at the drive thru. And looks like my experience isnt a isolated one either might be time to look for more training, new employees, or better management oversight.
