I have found their makeup suggestions just perfect for my skin tone and texture. I like their selection of makeup lines - especially Trish McEvoy. Looking forward to when they can open again.
Love going to this store!! The staff is so knowledgeable and really took the time to help me find the right products that work for my skin. Lisa the store manager is the sweetest, she has helped me out the past few times I’ve gone in. A+ all around!
I absolutely love Blue Mercury’s concept and I really want to continue supporting them and even though I still do, you make it so hard!! The stores of New England always leave me disappointed. Ive been a loyal consumer for years thanks to the Philly store. I only go there to shop, not to get services done. I easily spend $150-$250 on products during every visit, but I every time I go in, service literally doesn’t exist. The employees complain about their job and talk among themselves. Sometimes my purchase gets linked to my email, sometimes it doesn’t. Sometimes I get free samples, sometimes I don’t. Inconsistency of service is what frustrates me most. I feel judged every time I walk in b/c I’m in my adleisure clothes with no makeup. Blue Mercury... please step up your service game!!!

I’ve been using their products for the past 2 years now and have seen a significant improvement in the texture of my skin! They have soo many options for different skin types. Their SkinCeutical products are a must try! Truly lives upto what it promises!
Juliana and Nicole couldn’t have been more helpful and we’re beyond friendly! They have excellent knowledge of all their products and after listening about my sensitive skin provided me with just the right skin care regiment.
Very disappointed in this establishment. My husband and step sons went into your stores today for my step son with Autism to get a ceiling fan picture. He collects them and has over 6500 pictures thus far and has been collecting for over 20 yrs.They asked permission to take the picture and one of the associates was very helpful and accommodating, until the manager came out. She was very rude, nasty, pushy, and down right disrespectful to customers in her store. Telling my husband and step son to hurry up and get out. I will not be going back to this establishment again if this is the way management treats customers or potential customers. I wonder how the employees are treated.

I was having a HORRIBLE day, cried all my makeup off and had to be at a business dinner in 15 minutes. I walked in to Blue Mercury with a red face, red eyes, tear streaks down my face and told the two employees there the short version of my problem and asked if they could help me look somewhat presentable. They were SO warm and inviting, helped me get my game face back on for my meeting (literally and figuratively) and I walked away with my faith restored in humanity. I purchased three of the items that they used on me and could not be a happier customer. I will go back again and again for all my make up and beautification needs. I cannot specifically remember the two employees names, I think it was Jeremy and Sarah? THANK YOU for turning my day around.
