I visited Sofia E. Day Spa for the first time yesterday for a deep tissue massage with Donna. I can’t say enough about her talent, warmth, professionalism, and knowledge. My body was in pain in specific areas, and over worked as well. (I’m a fitness instructor.) I felt longer, lighter, and more relaxed after, and I know my muscular function improved. After viewing the other services available I quickly decided that I would go back (the next day!) for a facial with Eleni, the owner. I got the VIP hydra facial and it was beyond amazing. My skin is smoother, clearer, and most impressively the lines around my eyes were greatly diminished - the before and after pictures were really amazing. And all of that was topped off with a really nice overall glow! Eleni is as kind as she is talented, and everyone who works there reflects her welcoming energy and positive attitude. It’s the kind of place that feels like home, and you’ll leave there holding your head high. As I left and thanked Eleni she told me “you deserve it!” and after a not so great week, that meant so much. All of the stars for this place - the ultimate go to for self care.

Sofia E. Day Spa has become one of my favorite places. It all started with my eyebrow waxes. Brows are so important and I do not trust anyone other than Sarah with them! She knows all of the current trends and how to maintain natural beauty. Then I slowly started going to Sofia E. for all of my needs! Spray tans and lash extensions especially. Their staff is so friendly and the owner Eleni is always smiling with a positive attitude. It is my go-to beauty destination.

I visited Sofia E Day Spa and was booked with Juliana for a dermalinfusion treatment. I always read about this and finally decided to try this facial. My skin has been breaking out recently and throughout the facial she gave me great skin advice and recommended products that would suit my skin perfect. She gave me a whole new skin regime to try, and my skin has almost immediately cleared up and looks the best it has in years. She was extremely knowledge and friendly, I highly recommend asking for her if you visit!

I have been seeing Ali for a half year now and she is absolutely wonderful - patient, thoughtful, sincere, and has a great attention to detail! I walk in stressed, and walk out rejuvenated and calm. My skin loves the glow hydrafacial treatments and I do too :) Per salons recommendation I switched to Jan Marini skin care and really like it. My skin is much clearer, so I will continue with this line and once a month hydrafacials.Lastly, I would recommend to be clear about areas that concern you the most, so that Ali knows what to give special attention to and you walk away happy :)

Eleni, the owner is amazing!! I dont trust anyone else to do my eyebrows other than her. I live in the city and go out of my way to make it to Lynnfield to see her! She is so friendly and outgoing and makes you feel like you have been going there forever. Aside from eyebrows, the hydrafacials are amazing and my skin has never felt better. I definitely recommend coming to the spa if you want to feel relaxed and refreshed!

Excellent spa- I highly recommend them for facials, massage, etc. I have been going to Eleni for the past year and love the results. She runs a great spa environment. Ive also had excellent sports massage sessions there with Jason and highly recommend his NeuroKinetic therapy session.

I recently saw Juliana for a spray tan and it came out amazing! The machine they use is heated, so it felt really nice. I went today for the first time and had a fantastic experience. I was running 15 minutes late to my appointment and the staff was so understanding and friendly. They took me right in for my massage followed by facial appointments and didnt rush the treatments. I had Beth for both treatments and LOVED her! The massage was so relaxing but my favorite part was the facial because we got to talk about skincare. Skincare is one of my passions and Beth was so knowledgable with 30+ years experience! We had a ton of fun. Highly recommend the location and Beth as the aesthetician.

I cant say enough good things about this place! Especially Eleni! She asked me to trust her to help clear up my skin. As a late teenager, I had cystic acne, that did clear up eventually, but years later break outs just kept happening and happening. I thought nothing was going to help and that I would just have to live with it. After just 3 short months of Eleni doing hydrafacials and her product recommendations of Jan Marini products, my face has cleared completely, I NEVER break out anymore and the overall texture of my skin from previous scarring is incredibly transforming. I still continue to do hydrafacial treatments with Eleni and I will never turn back because she has completely changed my skin for the better and I dont think I could ever thank her enough!!

With Eleni’s expertise and adding the the hydrafacial once a month, my cystic acne has really cleared up! After my last hydrafacial Eleni gave me the starter kit by Jan Marini and gave me strict instructions only to use this skincare and nothing else! My face truly looks SO much better! Will be purchasing the Jan Marini skincare line once my starter kit runs out, and of course continue with my monthly hydrafacial!
