Been coming here for over a decade and I’ve always been helpful and quick and honest and I am glad to come here. Visited many Les Schwab locations around Washington and always had excellent service just like here so if you’re looking for a tire place might be comfortable recommending them.

Absolutely willing to help me with a nailed tire, even though i couldnt produce a receipt and they couldnt find me in their system. Such a relief. Thank youFinally got back in to have this tire fixed. Staff is so understanding, non-judgmental, and generous. They replaced my cracked stem, they fixed the tire with my car completely loaded, and for no charge! I will once again, buy my next set of tires at Les Schwab. Thanks so much!

Ive always had great service here.Not sure how I could get a 3/8 X 2 bolt in my tire, but they removed it and plug patched it for me at no cost.My parents go there as well for all their car needs.Great tires! This last set of All Terrain tires are awesome. Great traction, nice and quiet.

Wow! These guys made my day. Yesterday I went out to my car and my tire was completely flat. It was after hours and I couldn’t leave my car parked where it was, so I had it towed here. I thought I was going to have to come in and wait, but when I arrived, they had already done the repair (outside in the rain.) Plus, they did not charge me. After the way my week has been going, this was a break I sincerely needed. Sometimes good things DO happen! Truly grateful for this kind of service.

Im a long time Les Schwab customer (personal and business).My wife was shopping in the Lynnwood area and noticed her tire was flat. I drove up and changed the tire with the spare. They were literally minutes from closing. We called and they said come on over We drove it over to this location and as always they came through by staying after hours to fix the tire and put it back on the vehicle at no charge.They were all super pleasant and went out of their way to get the job done efficiently. Not a single staff member or customer coming in/staying/or coming out of the building wore a mask.With the delta variant on the rise for covid in the u.s. this wasnt a safe experience. Very disappointing.

I want to say something here. I am a 3rd gen Les Schwab customer and will always go there. To me their warranty is as good as gold. When I came in this morning with a flat they had me in and out in no time. This has been quite an enjoyable experience considering my reason of vist. Every member there was professional and kind. Do yourself a favor, stop in and see them. Yes, Les Schwab isnt the cheapest around but they are the best.

Im not a car guy, and even less so a tire guy. Les Schwab offered me better tires and a longer warranty than any of the surrounding competition, installed within an hour while I waited (and remained on-the-clock at work via their in-house WiFi, which was surprisingly fast for a tire shop.) On top of all of that, the customer service and customer interaction was top-notch. Ill be coming back here for anything remotely related to my tires, regardless of offerings or pricing from other local shops.

Friendliest tire service around!These guys helped me out when my tire sensor was going off. I waited an hour in their customer-friendly waiting room (ex: outlets & USB ports all over the place for phone charging) and they’d checked my sensors, filled my tires, & resealed my problem tire.Emily in the waiting room was friendly & the tire tech was SO helpful. I tried to tip but hey don’t accept tips.I’ll definitely be back to Les Schwab when it’s time for new tires 👍🏻

Les Schwab, first of all is one of the best companies in the country. But this Les Schwab stands above as the best of the best! I live in Tacoma and drive all the way to this store because of the excellent service they provide! Scott takes the best care of everyone, and Im convinced he would give the shirt off his back if the customer needed it. Not only Scott, but everyone at this store really make you feel taken care of and literally part of a family. The prices you pay for the services you get are outstanding! I have taken all 3 of my cars here for years and never once have I had a problem, and my tires/brakes/shocks have even outlived their warranties. Do yourself a favor and dont settle. Excellent in every sense of the word best describes Les Schwab as a company, but above all this location! The least I could do after all that the highway 99 store has done for me, is leave a 5 star review. Best customer experience Ive ever had with any company!

Worst Les Schwab experience ever. I have always had great service up until I dealt with this location. They scratched my $1500 wheel extremely bad and then denied it over and over. Please consider going somewhere else before stopping here.

This business is operated by a knowledgeable and caring staff. I had a tumultuous day that resulted in a valve stem breaking while attempting to fill my tire with air at a gas station. I took my tire in and it was fixed within half an hour... free of charge. Guess where I will go for my next tire purchases? You got it.

I like the service and prices, but they just dont hold up masking. Several customers and employees not wearing masks, and I just watched the guy that drove my car back for service LOWER HIS MASK to sneeze as he got into my car. I hope he doesnt have COVID.

Professional service, even got the rare tires for my work van same day, did the whole brake job and tire replacement before they closed for the day. excellent crew, all very professional and respectful.

I popped a tire and didnt have the tools to change to a spare so I called right when they opened and within 20 minutes Alejandro was there and had my tire switched in a few minutes. Once at the shop I ordered the tire and it was there in a few hours since it was a oddball size. But the whole process was pain free and excellent customer service from everyone. I always recommend les schwab to everyone and how this one took care of business is why. Awesome job! Thank you

This is my go to place for tires and alignments, fantastic service every time. A few weeks after an alignment I had some noise from my suspension, they inspected it for free, and found the cause and it didnt even end up being because of them. Great team there.

Great service and a great facility! Steve was incredibly helpful and understanding of the alignment I needed on my drift car. Much better service than I have experienced at other tire shops, would highly recommend these guys and Steve especially!!

This is the second time I’ve been to this location and each time I was charged nothing for excellent customer service, diagnosis, and given a separate locations info to repair my special vehicle problem.Steve was very knowledgeable about my car and recommended another repair shop knowing it would cost him business to make sure I got the best help I could get.He even followed up with the part info and a quote for repair after I left and paid nothing! I absolutely will come here any time I have questions or problems.

Tires were wobbling at 60mph. Brought daughters car in to have wheels balanced. Turns out my struts were the culprits. They still finished the job of balancing the tires and remounted them. I asked them for an estimate for the job, which they gave me - along with the keys to my car. No charge for the balancing, and done in under 20 minutes. Thanks guys!

We brought a tire in yesterday for repair, they called us to come in and get it out back on the next day. Came in and dropped off the car and was told 45 minutes. Over an hour later and we are still in the lobby looking at the donut on our car they havent touched. They have had 2 bays open for the last 30 mins. I have heard them tell everyone whos come in 45 minutes. Les Schwab is usually pretty good but this location seems off. They didnt even ask our name or which vehicle was ours when they took the keys. We wont be back. I have changed this from 1 star to 3 because a young gentleman employee who worked at this location heard me asking about why wed been there so long while he was dealing with another customer and he alone went and got our car, changed the tire, and got us out with impressive speed all the while apologizing for the front counters lack of organization. I wish Id caught his name but he came up to us with all this good news and humbleness while we were still waiting for the front desk woman to help us. He was around 510, early 20s, with dark short hair and brown eyes (I think). For one of their youngest employees to show such astute customer service tells us something right is going on there and we fully appreciated his service.

These guys and gals treat me right and take good care of my vehicles. They fix flats for free, dont over-sell, and are always honest and trustworthy. I am a customer for life.

So this location has been the best spot I’ve taken my car. Another store down the street had horrible costumer service after I purchased tires and senors from them and when I asked them to fix something that they installed they quoted me 2 hours. Took it here in Lynnwood and they hopped into my car to find a solution right away. TAKE YOUR CAR HERE FOR TIRE NEEDS NOT THE EDMONDS LOCATION. Les Schwab has amazing employees and I appreciate the way they run their business. I went there with a flat tire and I didnt have enough money to buy a new tire so they were gonna just switch the rubber for a affordable rate. When the went to remove my tire they seen a fixable situation and fixed it at NO CHARGE to me at all.most companys wouldnt have even tried to work with me nor would they have fixed my flat f or free. THANK YOU LES SCHWAB FOR having such a friendly and caring staff my day went from really bad, too really awesome ! I 100% would recommend to everyone

Went there for replacement. The guy who replaced my tires was really friendly. Front desk lady was also kind, but I didn’t like how she wouldn’t come to assist me until she finished chatting with the other lady (Their conversation wasn’t about their work). I got my car back in reasonable time, would highly recommend this place.

I didnt buy tires here today because realistically I have to shop around for the best price. But theres a girl who works here named Heather, and she is one of the technicians who fixes the tires and puts the tires on and does other work and she was so unbelievably nice and cool, understanding and not pushy, and really on top of her game and good at what she does. I would give her specifically five stars. Plus I think its cool that a woman works here. We watch a lot of car repair shows; one of them being All girls garage, but this is the first time I ever saw a girl mechanic in this area. She was really quick and on top of it, plus she communicated really well.

I had a flat tire after an American Girl Doll Birthday Party! We were to say the least deflated. But Les Schwab got our tire repaired and back on the road within 1.5 hours. Such a hardworking happy crew!

I have traveled over 30 miles to reach these great guys who have a professional manager Travis Bullock and Rob who always greets you with a warm smile. I have been going to them for over 6 years and they have a great team. I really enjoyed working with Ryan who has gone out of his way to service my wheels and tires. Travis and Rob have a philosophy of no job is too small or too big, they have the get it done right attitude and it shows on their work and staff, GREAT JOB and keep up the good work!

Fixed my tire

The service is always amazing! I drive from Vancouver Canada to this store because they always do a great job, the customer service is unmatched to any other. They are honest, reliable and trustworthy (rare this day in age to find). Rob is fantastic, he the reason we keep coming back and why I drive 120miles for tires, breaks and any other issues I have!!!

I dont ever really leave reviews for places but I was extremely pleased with the service here. I came in for a hole in my tire and the receptionist who was delightful, had my car checked in quickly and I was on my way. The repair was not only quick but when I cae in to pick it up they said that they had done the fix free of charge as a courtesy. I was impressed with the punctuality, professionalism and overall service I received. I will be coming back for all of my tire and break needs. Thank you for the great experience!

Brake pad came loose on our car on a weeknight at 440pm. When we called they said come on down as quick as you can. We got there in 10 mins and in less than 20 mins they had the problem fixed and did it for free!!! Professional, courteous, kind, quick. They got a customer for life.

Got a flat, these guys are great! 2 nails and a screw... A week later, same tire, low pressure light, take it to the dealer assuming they damaged the air pressure sensor, nope, 2 more nails they missed, rusty now. Hmmm.Next time I will have them re-check.
