They answer every call and assist you even after the sale is made to make sure you were happy with the purchase.They do sell used cars so one has to have realistic expectations and I would really suggest getting a warranty for at least 6 months to have a peace of mind.I’d definitely buy from them again.

Probably one of the best car buying experiences i’ve ever had.I bought my 2014 bmw 328d wagon from them. I originally went up there to just look at it. A friend had bought their bmw from a guy named Ali there and that’s who we decided to go with as well. From the beginning everyone there was super nice and pleasant. We took the car for a test drive and after they left us alone while we looked over the whole car which I greatly appreciated. I tend to be known to be very trigger shy when it comes to buying cars, so I absolutely hate when i’m pressured into buying something. In this case, I was pressured more by my friend to buy the car then the actual sales rep Ali. The buying process was very smooth and would totally buy another car from them.After buying, about 30 minutes driving back to Tacoma from Lynnwood, the check engine light came on. We called Ali and told him what was going on. He had us take it back to their shop to have the problem addressed and fixed. They easily could have said, ‘ well you drove it off the lot so it’s your problem now’, but they didn’t.That just goes to show the type of people that work there. Very honestly and pleasant experience!

This company was awful to work with. We had an agreement to buy a car. Purchase order was sent to our bank by their salesman. Checks were issued to buy the car. We called to confirm the date to pick up the car but no one would call us back. Another day went by without a phone call. Finally the manager calls to tell us he SOLD the car to another dealer and the car was gone. Luckily, I got in contact with that dealer & bought the car from them. Chevy of Everett sales team was AMAZING & flawless. They called me and texted me over 30 times in one day. Great communication. If you have to travel to buy a car, don’t shop at Seattle’s Finest. I asked numerous times if they needed a deposit on the car we wanted & was told no. These guys aren’t honest to work with unless you just pull up & buy on the spot.

I didnt really plan to exchange my beloved Volkswagen GTI for a newer model... Until I found a Volkswagen R close by, at Seattle Finest Motors. Ali replied to my email within minutes - on Thanksgiving Day!Seattle Finest Motors is a small business close to Aurora in Lynnwood. The property shows an impressive selection of high end cars, from Audi SUVs over Maserati to Corvette. Ali answered all my questions, especially about my car of choice being an import from Canada with a few owners on CarFax. He presented me with all paperwork, including a recent inspection report from a Volkswagen Service close by and information about a new clutch this car received before being offered for sale. The test drive and no pressure attitude convinced, and I was offered a fair trade in value for my GTI. Seattle Finest Motors doesnt offer a warranty with car purchase, but I was presented with a few options to add a short term warranty to my purchase.Long story short, I own a new car now. :)

Testing their 09 Subaru, super stiff steering and they told me that’s normal for subarus. No tf it ain’t.I tried explaining to them about how they were great rally cars in the UK. “I never heard of them being in rally. I don’t know about that.”Then my truck worth $10,000 -$15,000 on the market they told me was $4,000 trade in value when I was told very differently through the same KBB website they use.I know when my truck has been touched. They didn’t look at it instead left my keys on the seat with windows down.I explained to them that’s bull, the guy points at the $30 tow package and says ehh I mean this adds to the price.STAY AWAY FROM HERE

Very disappointed, strangely nothing to do with the vehicle but the service was dreadful. Went to look at a vehicle, was given an estimate for my trade in which was below even the cash offers online. So, I put my vehicle up for sale on Craigslist the next day and was offered $5k over the offer price from Seattle’s Finest Motors, to top it off it was from a dealer who was going to sell it on for a profit, so well done Seattle Finest Motors, clearly got yourself a great deal by not offering a realistic trade in value. I decided that the car i liked was good enough to pursue so contacted them again for best price despite not agreeing to a trade in, their response ‘we are not lowering the price due to the work we put In to get it ready to be sold’, so not only was their trade in value a joke but they were not willing to negotiate on the asking price... I am persistent and decided to take my wife with me to see the car I was interested in despite the dealers poor effort to win me as a client, this was my last attempt to buy the vehicle. This time I had a second opinion from my wife to back up my frustration with the salesman who once again acted like I was doing them a disservice being there despite not a single other person there to buy a car. Either this place is a front for something else or the staff don’t care if they sell a vehicle, both are up for interpretation but I can hands down say that if it were not for the staff I would have bought the car I was interested in. Way to go Seattle’s Finest Motors for succeeding in driving off your clientele.

Had my own personal complications I choose to take on yet Id say they did an excellent job giving me all the info I needed, all the warrantees were provided (not forced or coerced) and provided additional personal calls from Farzad(owner) when concerns came about my vehicle came up. I saw a 2018 Volvo XC60 T6 on AutoTrader, it had low miles and the price was right. Called SFM and got Habib. He helped us with a test drive and answered our questions, there was no pressure. I ended up trading my S60 for the XC60. The paper work went well and Habib made us feel at ease. After the purchase, though it still has the manufacturers warranty for another year and half, I took the car into Volvo for a buyers inspection. it did not have any issues and got clean bill of health. My purchase was a good one and the price was great as well.

Drove up from Oregon as Seattles finest had the year/ color/ and price G class I was looking for. They were very helpful and transparent with the sale. Drove home no problem but a few days later an output shaft sensor went bad. Understanding the vehicle had no warranty I called Seattles finest anyway and they covered half the cost for repairs. Vehicle has been great since and truly appreciate theyre willingness to help.

I initially raved about this dealer. Treat you great when youre in the door looking to buy, but after you leave not so much. Car I purchased was listed having navigation, but was missing the SD card. I contacted them about getting a replacement, and have never heard back. Like I said, great when youre there, but not so much after you buyCar has had some problems, but its used, so it is what it is. Overall, an experience one would expect from a used car lot.

Customer Experience is what I look for particularly in the service industry and I can tell you that Seattles Finest Motors hit the spot. I worked with Alex Budz, to purchase a Subaru Forester. The entire staff was very helpful and friendly. They took full responsibility for problems the car had off the lot and put in quite a bit of work into the car without question. Alex was never pressuring and always communicated the status of the car. They allowed me to easily have the car inspected by another mechanic, and always provided anything I asked for without question, pressure or trouble. I highly recommended working with these folks and would purchase another car from them in the future.

Facility itself is very clean - I was visiting during the covid-19 period and had to schedule an appointment ahead of time. Everyone that I saw interacting with customers was wearing a mask. Very dishonest dealership. I agreed to buy a car at full list price, they agreed to fix the sound system first. They told me they would tell me when it was ready. This was agreed upon verbally and in text. Waited a few days, hit them up and they said they sold it to someone else. Very disappointing. Get everything in writing or it means nothing with these guys. I see now that Im not the only person to have an experience like this with them.

Scheduled to look at a vehicle at 4pm. Showed up on time for my appointment, coming all the way from Arlington. When I arrived to view the vehicle, they told me someone else had just looked at it and was discussing buying it so I couldnt see the vehicle. Complete waste of time and they could have easily let me know beforehand that there was another appointment for the same vehicle. Wouldnt waste your time with this place

We came to check out a motorcycle they had listed on Craigslist. What ultimately lead me astray was their backpedaling on what they listed in the advert. The bike was fine, could have been cleaned better, certainly not in excellent condition, and their attitudes were fair. But, they wont finance in house, and you need cash in hand to test ride. Surprises me they didnt suggest copying my insurance card and license, theyd be covered there. Anyway, seems this place is another dime a dozen high end dealer making a quick buck.

My buying experience was seamless and easy from beginning to end. My Tundra was priced right and dealing with Alex was very enjoyable. Everything was low key and friendly and the truck was impeccably prepared. I usually expect to spend $1000.00 fixing the little things and maintenance on a used vehicle but they had already done brakes, tires, fluid changes and filters (standard practice for them).I’m telling all my Oregon friends that it is certainly worth the trip to Seattle to be treated so well!

Did not buy a vehicle here because what was advertised was not what I found. I called ahead to ask about a vehicle and was told it had no issues, just had some big maintenance done, and would be a great purchase. When we got to the car and started it up it had a check engine light and a traction control system light on. A quick look behind the wheel revealed the CV boot was blown. Would have been a great car and a no brainier purchase if it matched the ad and the pitch I got over the phone, but alas...

No pressure at all. Easy going. They got me the best rate possible. Our next car purchase will definitely be from these guys again.
