Incredibly easy staff to work with. Super friendly and helped make everything happen. I’ve been dragging my feet on a new car and can’t believe I waited so long. That was too easy. So 3 years later and 2 more Motors and several trips the the Ford dealer to have this 2015 F-150 worked on. While the oil leaks arent the fault of NWMS they should disclose if the Motor has been replaced before you buy the vehicle. I bought the truck with 28,000 miles and it already had the motor replaced and it wasnt disclosed until I broke down 2 weeks after the purchase because the transmission pump went out and the Local Ford dealer told me this. Anyway I still have oil leaks and the Truck is on Motor # 3 it has 54,000 miles. Got to love that 2.7 ECO Boost! Anyway do your research people make sure they disclose everything. If you are unsure walk away!

Purchased a 2019 Subaru WRX 1700 miles. Clean title, single owner. No declared issues. Felt fine at first.After owning it for 1 week noticed suspension issues, steering issues. Visit to Subaru dealership. Discovered aftermarket structural parts. Clear evidence of impact. Engine is missing mounting components and is misaligned. Repairs will need to be made in stages. Total severity of damage is still unknown.Update: NWMS is inspecting the vehicle now.Update: NWMS repaired the bent bolt and transmission mounting bracketShes riding a nicer now. I will still need to see how it runs over time. I still am out the value of the factory warranty and the value of having an impacted car now, but thanks at least for doing this repair. Heres hoping it holds.

We traveled to Lynnwood Washington from Oregon to meet nw motorsports salesman, Miro. Couldnt find the truck we wanted in Oregon. Miro was great to work with and he found the truck we wanted. No fuss....no muss, just quick efficient work to get us through a very pleasant buying process. He handed us over to Jay, in finances and again we were handled with friendly professional efficiency. We love our truck!

Overall experience was good. Paul Young was the sales guy (floor manager). Not pushy at all. Took the F-350 for a spin and told him Id call him the next day with my decision. Came back the next day and bought it. Not much budging on the price but he did bring it down a grand. The only thing with my experience that couldve been improved was the wait time to sign all the documents. There was nobody else in the place but my wife and I, and we had to hang around doing jack for over 30 minutes until we could sign the papers and get out of there. Other than that, things went just fine and so far so good with the truck. I would do business again with Paul.

LT made the buying experience incredibly easy. When I had said I didnt like the first car I tested he managed to find something from their stocks that I definitely did like but didnt see before coming down for a test drive. After negotiating for a while, we managed to end up at a price point we both liked.

Jesse was great and really helped us out finding a new truck for us. We had been looking for a while and he could tell we knew what we wanted just a matter of finding it. He searched all their locations and let me test drive a few he had on lot, then found us one in Spokane and had it delivered. I was very fortunate for this because we traveled A little over 2 hours because we felt we were going to get the best experience with NWMS and we were right. I would definitely come back to purchase another vehicle in the future.

Just bought my new-to-me Golf TDI from Damon through Joydrive and it was the easiest car buying process ever! I started the process Thursday afternoon and had my keys in hand by noon Friday. Damon and Brian (sales manager) drove the car down to my home so I literally didn’t even have to step foot into the dealership (helpful considering I totaled my car which made it a bit difficult to get to Lynnwood). Paperwork took less than 20 minutes and I didn’t have to wait in a dealership at all. Damon didn’t just answer my questions but also was quick to show me some extra features and even point out the minor imperfections which I really appreciated. He genuinely wanted me to make an informed decision about the car! Very professional and has a good sense of humor, ask for Damon!

My husband recently started his own company and we were in search of a reliable truck. We have been searching for over a month for the right truck. We stopped at Northwest Motorsport and spoke to Paul Young. He listened to what price point and the type of vehicle we were looking for. He was upfront and told us that he did not have a vehicle that could fit but that he would give us a call if something came through. He gave us a call about a week later and we came back down and the vehicle he had found was perfect for what we needed. I appreciate their hard work and patience through this journey. I sold and purchased a few vehicles from Northwest Motorsports over the years, but my most recent experience left a sour taste in my mouth. In the past, the paperwork process was great as it was all digitally captured and accessible via DocuSign. It was quick, easy, electronic, and always had everything accessible online. To me that made it a no brainer that if youre paying for a premier vehicle, you get a premier experience the whole way through. The manual paperwork process they now are back to made it feel like it was just another car shop. Not sure Ill be going back there anytime soon or recommending others to do so as well.

I got a decent deal on my Ram 1500 here. However, I notice that they try and dress up the vehicles more than other dealerships and try to hide any type of damage that you will find a couple months down the road. The sales people are also VERY pushy. You can hardly get out of there. My wife and I also went there recently to test drive a ford edge. We had no intent of purchasing, just wanted to get a feel for the vehicle. we ended up spending over an hour there because they kept pushing and wanting to sell us on different cars in their inventory. Personally, I wont be returning.

I’m ironically a broker now so I understand loans and you guys really stuck me there. 30% APR is a lot even for first time buyers, so if you are one wait a couple years that’s an advice you won’t get from these guys unfortunately. Paul was a fantastic sales man. Drive was long but northwest Motorsport makes any drive worth coming. They were outstanding all around I recommend to any person to come get a car and will definitely be back again.

Bought a 2001 Dodge 2500 pickup. Nice truck but dealer clearly tried to hide its problems. Ill mention two. First, he claimed it had a recent full service including an oil change. Lie. The oil was black as coal and clearly had thousands of miles on it. He said diesel oil is like that. Wrong. Not fresh oil. Second, he claimed a fresh repaint. Okay, it looked okay from 20 ft, but more than a month later I climbed up to look at the roof of the cab. No paint. In fact it was severely scratched with no new paint. Dealers response was tough luck, its out of warranty. Would I buy again from this dealer? Maybe if the deal was really, really good but I would learn from my mistake and never believe anything he said.

I found Northwest Motorsport through AutoTrader when expanding my very narrow search of cars to others I didnt know much about. I was looking for a very specific make, model, color, year, mileage, price, etc. compact SUV and honestly was not being very realistic. After doing some research, I decided to test drive a few cars that they had on the lot. The selection was broad and competitively-priced, and even when they didnt have the car I was interested in on the lot, they had it brought from a different one for me to look at. I was able to test drive a few cars, inspect it, and ask questions without ever feeling like I was receiving a sales pitch. My sales member was Russell Ralph, and I truly could not have asked for a better person to help me find what I was looking for. He treated me like I was family and made me feel very comfortable with the car and the dealership as a whole. I have never received such stellar service from a salesperson of any kind, and I would recommend him and this dealership to anyone I know who is looking for a car. They take care of not only their cars, but also their customers. Russell was very respectful of my opinion and concerns, and never made me feel as though he did not value my time as much as his own. I wound up purchasing a different car than I had walked in thinking Id get, and Im 100% happy with my decision.They run financing through and compare rates at different credit unions, so chances are youll get a decent deal - but do compare rates on your own beforehand so you know what sort of number youre anticipating if financing and what you could get elsewhere if they cant meet your expectations. Do make sure to bring a copy of your insurance and drivers license if you would like to test drive - it seems to vary completely based on dealership regarding what is required (one Toyota dealership didnt even ask for my license)...

Its a nice truck but i was never told why i had to pay more money on a trade in like 10k on a truck that had the same value as mine other then the fact of it would help my credit plus the truck was supposed to be sold at 26,700 amd in the paperwork it was put 28k...my old truck was loaded on top of it and this 1 is not..it has nice wheels but so not loaded and same value w no electronics??? My old truck was paid off and i never got a real answer so i ask my self why am i paying 10k for the same value ..Not to mention rite before this happened i was asked how do i survive being a custodian for the school district as i replied i work 2 jobs during the summer ????

The service was nice enough. However, when I was test driving a truck, the guy completely dismissed the wicked vibrations/jumping of the truck. I was trying to listen to the sounds of the truck when driving. The guy kept rolling up your windows, turning up the radio and talking. He knew there was something major going wrong with the truck. Overall poor buying experience. The finance guy slipped a $350 charge in at closing without out discussing it, the salesman failed to follow through on an after the sale request but claimed he did, and they put the wrong type of oil in the car. If you choose to do business with these people review your paperwork very carefully.

I had tried to buy a car here they let me walk with it and apparently the bank had not approved the deal cause they had me come back not once not 2 times but 3 times rather inconvenient and every time the loan got high it went from 21k to an end of 29k. At that point i decided i wanted to return the car. I had put a down payment of 3k down on the car i had the car 16 days. The finance guy said i had 3 days to unwind the car after the last deal which i decided was smart. After i tried to return it someone threatened me saying they were gonna tow it to my place and i was gonna have to pay for the tow. Eventually i did return the car we agreed 20 dollars a day i had it and .30 cents a mile. I thought that was fair as i did drive the car. The total came to just over 700 dollars. When they gave me my deposit back i only received 1550 instead of the 2280 i should have received. I have called and tried to get ahold of finance for days to no avail and i also briefly talked to customer car who said to call back in 24 hours if i didnt hear anything. I called back and did not get an answer. A friend of mine also had a terrible experience with these people. I just want whats fair and to get my 730 dollars back.

We had a great experience. Deryck helped us look at a car we were interested in, and let us really take our time. After our test drive he was busy with other customers, but introduced us to Jared so we wouldnt just be hanging by ourselves. We decided the original car wouldnt work for us but Jared really worked with us to find what we were looking for. Really great customer service!

Test drove a 2014 Lexus. I noticed a couple scratches on the bumper. The interior wasn’t cleaned and should have been detailed, then the car salesman explained that’s would you would expect from a a 6 year old vehicle.Also,The salesmen kept calling my current a “hooptie”I ended up buying another Lexus from a 3rd party owner, and I got it fully inspected by the Lexus dealership.

We were looking to purchase a car, but we were undecided on what we wanted. We ended up purchasing a car from a different dealer. But wanted to leave a review due to awesome experience we had here. The sales guy, Raz who greeted us when we arrived was exceptional. He was very helpful, took his time showing us several cars and answering all of your questions. There was no pressure to buy. We will definitely consider this dealership in the future.

Do not buy a car here!!!!! They make the car looks very new and clean, but if you are bad luck get a problem car they wont fix the issue for you!Here is my story:I went there and bought the car. On the first day, the car looks very good and new. Second day, we found out the car have many problems! Air conditioning is not working. The wheel bearing had a really noisy sound. The worst part is the oil leaking. My husband go back to talk to the manager. And then its a long story....They said they do not care what happen. Then I stop my check in the second day because the cars value is less than payment. After one week, they said they will fix the problem, so the car was gone for few days and we still not driving much..and the transmission oil is leaking again!! Apparently, they didnt really fix the problem and just help us sealed it. We went to the Ford dealer, they said that only sealing could not fix the problem. Then another long story....we are so sad and angry. I spent another three thousands to fix the car. They said they will fix, but they did not really fix. When you are buying the car, they are really friendly,but if you go back looking for some services,they are just like who you are and I do not care you.They only make the car looks good!!!!There is a guy ask the name and contact information in google feedback, I never get any help from them!!!!!Saying sorry is not helpful.

I would have done a 3 tops, but Bob from the finance department is the best. When there were issues, he went above and beyond to make sure we left happy. I will now happily recommend anyone who is looking for a car, especially if you are looking to finance. Very patient, willing to listen and gave us time to think it over

Our salesman, Elmer, was AWESOME. He was personable, worked with us on several test drives, until we found the car we wanted.The only issue we ran into.was the ridiculous hour long wait to sign paperwork.Once we got in to sign, we were done within 10m.Would recommend!

Bought a car a little over a year ago. I recently got a flat, took it in for repair and it turn out that ALL 4 WHEELS are bent, really visibly dented bent. They had put new tires on it, so they knew that it was like that when they sold it to me. I know for sure that I didnt damage the car myself. Also the e-brake was out and it was very clearly freshly smoked in.
