I just love going to a store and feel like I’m being watched. And then when we leave my bf over heard the workers to say watch me because I asked to try on a lot of shoes. I like my Jordan’s I bought but will not go back. The workers was some guy and a tall girl with curly hair that stood at the door watching me . I never felt so devalued as a customer😡😡😡

There were a lot of employees just standing around, and far too many customers waiting to ask someone for the correct size of shoes. This busy store is grossly understaffed, and I noticed many of the male employees talking to each other much more than helping customers. With that said, there was 1 younger sales associate who was trying to assist multiple people... He was very friendly and hard-working (tall, thinner build, dark curly hair). I bought my son new Nikes, and as we were waiting in a long line to purchase the shoes (they only had 1 cashier working), I saw that the Nike emblem was coming off the bottom of the brand new shoe we were buying. I asked the girl at the counter about it, and she said We can order you new ones, then explained it would take 3-5 days. I told her that we wanted the shoes now, and asked if they could offer some kind of a discount, since it was the last pair in store that was in my sons size. She said, No, we dont do that, and then told me that they will just send the shoes to their warehouse as unsellable. Im pretty sure that the shoes must make it back out to the market to be sold SOMEWHERE though... Like a discount clothing store. I was definitely insulted by her response, and felt like saying, So youd rather take the time and resources to send your last pair of Nikes, in this size, to your warehouse, and then inevitably onto some discount store to be sold for WAY less than you would by just offering me a 10 or 15% discount??? BAD business practice there!!! We will never purchase shoes from this store again.

Today We visited your branch at Alderwood mall Washington State around 6:30pm. We were looking for a pair of pants and hoodie. After about 10 min, we found a pants and hoodie. The pants was XL and hoodie was L. I accompanied my friend to the fitting room and first stood by the curtain that covers the fitting-room. Shortly after my friend first asked me if I can find the size L for the pants, I found of the clerk who had beard and was friendly who helped us, I gave a pants to my husband to try on. Then my friend asked me if I could help him find XL & 2XL of the hoodie. I asked the same gentleman helped us earlier and he again helped me. Since the fitting room was spacious enough I also went inside to sit a little bit as my husband was under indeed and kept trying different sizes.Suddenly a young man, who later introduce himself as manager called Kiren, came to us and with very loud tone of voice and abruptly said “ who is in there?” I responded and he continued with the same tone of voice “one person ONLY!!”. I stepped outside and he continued “ How many clothes do you have?” I was very shocked why he would treat us that way !! As I was trying to answer he interrupted me and asked the same question!! As eventually I answered him and at the same time my friend came out of fitting room, the Manager looked at us again like to make sure we gave everything back!! He told yelled at us that non more than one clothes we shouldn’t have taken in but there was no sign indicated this rule.We then approach to spoke to the manager which the same guy told us that he is the manager and before I said anything handed out the corporate office business card.I and my friend deeply sadden with this service and felt extremely discriminated as English is our second language.I am hoping you will take proper actions about this unacceptable behavior, As I am expecting a follow up.Very rude, racist store manager !!!!

Great customer service but not a lot of variety for kids shoes, sizes 3 to 6.

Stood there looking at shoes for about 20 minutes without a single employee asking if I needed anything. Countless employees walked by me and even a few were on their phones. Pretty bad customer service if you ask me.

I honestly am so dissatisfied with this store. Their staff is terrible, they have such attitude, only socialize with each other, ignore customers, obnoxiously chew their gum and when they were out of my size I asked to try on a similar shoe in my size and they gave me a completely different shoe made out of different fabric. I was in the middle of trying shoes on and the staff asked if I wanted them to put them back, before even looking in the mirror or having time to assess my own opinion. Before checking out I was about to use my Samsung pay and he told me that Apple Pay doesn’t work and he wouldn’t even let me try it - he just kept repeating himself and smacking his stupid gum. Overall, a terrible experience and I will not be back any time soon, they need to fire and restaff the entire team. If Footlocker and Finishline is gone, they should try harder so they aren’t next. When I used to go into Champs I would feel welcome and felt like I had help from educated employees.

Just had a very bad experience here. Refused to give a refund for a defective pair of shoes. When asked for store manager, the manager did not even care to come out and said no over intercom. I never write negative reviews but this is not the first time we had an issue with this store. Too bad.
