Great wal mart! No fresh food offered, yet, all the essentials as to many varieties of products for everyday savings! Amazing layout with ease to navigate through store. Great associates maintaining their zones!

We did an online order and pickup.Overall the process was smooth. I placed the order as a guest which did not allow using the app to let Walmart know we were on our way.Pickup locations in the parking lot are in front of the main entrance. There was a number to call, and in a few minutes they delivered our items to the car.

The register credit card machines do not work. And the employee or employees that they have standing guard over them dont know how to work them so theres no point in having those people there wasting money I think a company the size of Walmart can afford to put in new credit card readers so that they work. And they could better put to use the foreigners that they hire to work in their stores in other areas where they might be useful or heres a thought train these foreigners how to do the job that theyre actually standing guard over.

It took literally 5 minutes for the curbside pickup. Best return policy.

Crowded and not everyone was wearing a mask. The parking lot is a mad house, almost go hit by a car that didnt know simple rules of the road.

Always has what I need, when I need it. Lines never long. Parking is always available. Staff is nice.

Its Walmart. Like all other Walmarts: its a Walmart. I used to shop here often when I lived in the area, I also recently punched a bike here since they have a pretty good selection on site and you can actually ride the bike in the store👌🏻

The upside: The door greeter was very nice and the store was clean. We were able to find workers when we needed something and everyone here is usually in a good mood and makes shopping here enjoyable.The down side: The parking lot is always full and crowded, it is hard to find a good parking spot and some customers cut you off to take parking spaces. Also a lot of people like to park in the handicapped parking spot that arent handicapped at all. The best times to go are morning and early afternoon otherwise be ready to battle for a parking spot.

Went in to buy fragrance spray, which is all behind locked glass cabinets and I had to push a call button to get service. An employee responded to call within 3-5 minutes, which was nice because my ride was outside waiting in vehicle. Employee then searched on his phone for another product I was needing to purchase and then verbally directed me to the products location, which was/is near the Electronics section. Employee was friendly, patient, and willing to help me with my shopping questions.

Best ever customer experience ...Dr. Kwan very knoledge, patie ce and kind. Jessica is very patient, professional, king, polite, and respectful.

Went here for the money service. Notice how nice the shopping carts were and being sanitized. 😷 I went early in the am and there was no lines for the cashier.

Everytime I use 164th walmart website as isle reference it’s always incorrect, I end up finding the item I was looking for in completely different isle🤷🏻‍♀️🤥

I like that they have things I cant find at Fred Meyers. Took about 3 tries to get a cart that was usable but that seems to be the norm there. Still like I said I was able to find a curtain rod for a reasonable price which I was happy with.

Pretty bug. Had a better clothing selection before they put in all the grocery aisles.

Customer Service is awful! Take 10-15 min per person and the line is always ridiculously long. Unable to return my item which I just purchased few days ago. Item arrived damaged so I need to return it. It’s a $200 item and it can not be returned because they can’t find my order in their system!!? Not mention the person working there has no manner at all!

Ive noticed a serious decline in product availability, service, cleanliness, product quality and so forth at Walmart lately. Not that it was known for excellence in any one of those things, but it seems as though its gotten worse all across the board. It also seems somehow that the employees are asked to do more while getting paid very little and thats reflected in their attitude and performance.

Only 1 employee at customer service, took 30 + minutes to return an online order. Then when checking out at self scan nowhere informed me credit only. After scanning all items and bagging them asked for help with cash. Then I was informed cash could not be used. This is definitely a new thing and no signs or employees to indicate this change. Then had to go through a regular check out and there were only 2 opened check outs took over 25 minutes to FINALLY get checked out. My shopping time took a quarter of the time I was in the store. The rest of my time was spent WAITING!!!!! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE!!! If there are specifications to check out it should be made clear and more employees should be called when too many customers are waiting at customer service and registers!!! What happened to customer service????

Low prices fast shopping. Especially love online with walmart. Surprised to see my order delivered next day early!

I walked around for a few minutes before realizing there is no meat or produce section in the store. You have to go to a supercenter for that. Very strange.

Terrible as usual. Went here @ 8am. Some smart person had loaded all the shopping carts the wrong way so that they were all stuck together... EVERY. LAST. ONE. I didnt even know this was possible until another customer told me thats why you couldnt get ANY of them to pull apart. People were complaining loudly, the employees ignored the situation and did nothing to fix the problem. As usual, disgusting.

I wish we didn’t have to come here but we needed a coffee maker on short notice. I never felt safe once here and it seemed like I needed to be high on something to fit in. I was sadly sober so I stuck out like a sore thumb. Fortunately my soberness assisted me in moving quicker than most I encountered. We survived and had fresh coffee in the morning.

Always out of so much. The brands I usually buy are no longer available. Seems they are going to their name brand of groceries only and I find them to be not as good.

Big store as expected. Aisles are clearly marked but didnt find what I was looking for. Lot if empty spots on the shelves in the toy & game department

Update:*No returns or customer service after 7 pm. No way to know beforehand, just until you go there and someone tells you.*If youre returning something you bought from walmart.com, you will need to box it and taped it. No matter if you received the item in a bag. They will not give you a box from the recycle bin. You will have to buy it from the office supplies.-------------------Always sad to see how poor the customer service is at this location. Even from managers (yellow vest). I have one account for my household, the lady didnt want to release the sunscreen because my name wasnt in the order. This particular problem was the first time that happened and it came from a manager. No wonder where the problem is, the absolute unwillingness to give good customer service just by talking. To assist me to change whatever I need to do on my app, on my phone with the order in front of her. Human to human. You can shop here but be prepared to deal with extremely poor customer service.

Walmart is Walmart. If you need or want it they usually have it and at a lower price.

This is one of The worst walmarts and worst Customer Services i have ever been to it is The closest to me and at all costs i will drive double the distance to not shop at this particular walmart nor will i encourage anyone else to ever. In a nutshell i went to exchange my sons birthday clothing he had got from his grandma for a size smaller as they were all too big they held them at customer service while i went to the boys section to pick out the sizes based on memory only as to what i was exchanging and in the time that i was getting the right sizes somebody had put back all of the clothing that i had brought in and after many conversations with management and being treated as if i were attempting to steal from them even providing a receipt with in days they did not honor The exchange and they basically stole my sons birthday clothing from his grandma absolutely disgusting!

My husband and I got into an accident inside the car wash. The lady in front of us couldnt drive forward and we tried breaking and throwing it into park!!! Nothing worked. Her car wasnt to damaged, but my front end is all torn up. Will never go there again!!!!!!!!

Nice clean location, safety first with a door greeter handing out masks to those who need them. Able to grab what we came for, went through check out quickly.

Always a problem with their pickup. This latest one took the cake. Ordered pickup for 6p-7p and it was delayed until 8p. So I go there and the lady on the phone proceeds to tell me they stop doing pickup after 8p. Not a fan.

The pickup location doesn’t have a very large or easily findable sign, with that aside it was very easy both in and out of the lot and the conversation with the associate was both pleasant and professional.It was a pleasant experience and I shall be returning to pick more items again.I will take a picture of the sign and I hope it improves!

Walmart is always busy, but I can usually find specific items that I am looking for and the staff there are always helpful and cordial.

Great selection of womens clothes and pajamas at the Lynnwood location (vs others in the area: Everett, Marysville). I think this store is considered Super, so theres lots of products overall, including food. You can order online and pick up in store, which I love. Yes, masks, have to be worn. No, they do not check your temperature upon entry. And no, theres not a line to wait to get in! - Those seem to be the questions most asked on Google, so I answered them here to save people from having to ask! 😊 5/17/21.

Went in to buy a battery for a vehicle. Good price. Customer service was excellent. Amount of time and effort required to buy a battery at this Walmart is incredibly long and difficult. Just dont come here for car batteries and youll be okay.

The store itself is pretty standardly organized. Everything is fairly easy to find, and there was no mess when I went in the store. My only current gripe is that they dont carry Ice caffeine drinks, which was the sole reason I last went in. Other than that, its a decent place.

Its okay. Its better than the one on HWY 99.

I only go if i have no other choice. Some staff are cool. Some are quite rude!!!! I Generally find what Im looking for. Every once in a while theyre out of stock on the item i need.

Its REALLY hard to find help at Wal-Mart, sometimes I question if anyone actually works their, I walked around for 15 minutes looking for someone to help me & ended up going to another Wal-Mart.It seems to be a reoccurring problem with all of the stores, it was bad before the pandemic & now its 10x worse. I rang a button in a department for assistance and nobody came, I did this two more times & finally left after 40 minutes

Got a money order. Super quick process. Was in and out in less than 5 mins.

It’s a usual Walmart store not a supercentre. Lovely staffs willing and ready to help but I think they need more staffs at their customer service department as there seem to be an overwhelming number of people to the number of staffs at customer service. As usual, Walmart price is always competitive. So much toll backs, reduced price etc.

I like that type of store and get a products once a while. I use to be visiting more often but Im moved to king county.

I used love this Walmart but now it has adopted a pay per bag policy. Which makes me not want to shop here anymore. They now make you pay for these expensive plastic bags in the middle of economic and jobs recovery when people are hurting. Totally wrong timing... I hope the management changes this policy.

Like this Walmart bigger than Everetts 2 Walmarts, just always have secret shoppers follow u but in a manner of almost stalker like and so much they make it seem like u are the one stealing when not its uncomfortable and makes u want to hurry and leave

The store was very organized and clean. Staff was also very friendly.

It took over 30 minutes of walking around trying to find someone to help get a toaster oven off the top shelf. I asked this older lady 1st as she was walking by, and she literally told me that she doesnt work in customer service and walked off. Then I walked over to electronics and asked a girl for help. She paged someone to help us, but nobody showed up, so after waiting another 15 mins, I had to go back and ask her to page someone again. She told me that she would help and went to grab a ladder and got the box down for us.

Went in early to avoid all the crowds and usual lines. Quickly found my items and used the empty self service checkout area. This has got to be the first time Ive ever encountered two Walmart employees that greeted me with a smile and thanked me for shopping.

Very clean and well laid-out. The staff was friendly. I also LOVE the push toward reusable bags.

Its not that bad they just need to do a better job of keeping the store stocked. They also need to have a way for someone to get jewelry that is locked up. I was going to get some jewelry but didnt want to hunt someone down to get it out for me.

Selection is a bit lacking because of covid, but its Wal mart, they have all kinds of stuff.

I know this is every Walmart nationwide... But because of the fact that they can be jam packed with customers and all 4 open lanes out of 23 are a mile long, you will see 64 employees standing around or walking away as soon as you notice them... But otherwise great place to shop

Youre better off driving 🚗to the full-service supercenter 5 miles north in Everett - much better customer experience at the Everett location . too many India-Americans who think they are superior here in Lynwood 👎

It was okay, however it was busy and I waited awhile in line and then the person in front of me had to have a price check, however the checker was sweet and it wasnt her fault, so I rate it as good.

They dont ever have any cards, that really sucks. The prices are pretty decent though.

Box stores are so overwhelming and give me sucn a wonderful upper back tension that I almost wanna cremate myself.

Well its a Walmart, cheap prices, the floor employees were very helpful and this time they didnt forget to ring up the body spray I had to have someone bring to the register for me so that was better than my last visit. This location also send pretty clean, though I had no reason to venture into the restrooms. I was only disappointed that they dont have many older boys pajamas, that was one thing I was searching for for my 14yr old son and they only had one that was somewhat not too little boyish. I also noticed they dont seem to stick a lot of XS sizes in the womens seasonal clothing area.

Standard walmart experience, lots of people, nice pharmacy staff. The greeter and mask checker at the entrance was friendly and wished me a nice night.

Almost every time I go theres someone whos causing a scene or making other shoppers uncomfortable. Great prices for cheap stuff, but attracts the wrong crowd.

Pretty clean & well maintained- I had a few what the heck moments with employees scurrying past me muttering about not knowing what to do (once I can understand, but this was at least3 or 4!).... but otherwise a decent shopping experience.
