Dr Thompson was great, very patient with me because I haven’t worn contacts in a while and I had forgotten how to use them. The staff was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend to everyone, it is a very easy experience! I would say the best experience I have ever had getting glasses. I will not go anywhere else again.

When I arrived I found out that the provider was Out of Network with my insurance. This is after I got a call the day before asking me to confirm my insurance information, and the person on the phone said they would call back if there were any issues. The appointment itself was great though!

Today, i got a call from their office (the day before my whole family’s appointments) telling me that my insurance is not taken. We have been seen here for about 6 years. I was told that my insurance doesn’t pay them and that the doctors office just eats those appointments. However, I have the EOB’s that tell me how much has been paid every year! I am so frustrated with this office right now! This is not the first or even second time that the office has messed up Insurane and copay information regarding my insurance. Please beware of this here. Too bad, because I am good with the medical service!!! We will not only be leaving them, I felt it important for others to know about these issue! This is the first ever negative review I’ve ever written.

The exam was wonderful Dr Kathryn Thompson is awesome she will explain everything in laymans term so that we can understand it.One thing I did not like was the field testing, with wearing masks (which it is mandatory which I get) its fogs up the lens on the machine and sometime it hard to see.Other than that everyone was wonderful! :)

The office was very accommodating and professional during my time there. They had the machines throughout cleaned before I went in. My doctor was insightful during the exam.

Not the best experience. Apparently I was scheduled for another appointment other than an eye exam so they got noticeably irritated. Then they went on to give me the exam and said my eyes were perfectly healthy however, I am getting migraines and thats what Im experiencing. They then said, It might be something in the brain or a tumor of some sort, might want to get that checked out if it continues. Im sorry, WHAT? Who says that? You are not the right Dr. for that and you should not be telling that to your patients! Very unprofessional and will never go here again, nor will i recommend to anyone!

Everyone there was very professional and friendly as well as respectful and helpful....from reception to pre-screen to exam to picking out and fitting frames. And to top it off, even with current COVID-19 restrictions and limited staffing, I should still have my finished glasses in under 24 hours. This was my first experience with Lens Crafters and I plan to make it my go-to for eye care in the future. Thank you to all of your wonderful staff!

I have NEVER been treated nicer or with more respect anywhere in my life. Not only were they gentle, but also warm and welcoming. Definitely a 5*, A+++++, etc. I actually look forward to going back now. 😊 I have NEVER felt that way about any visit to a Drs office. Please, give them a chance. You wont be disappointed.

Dr Thompson is the best. I am not an easy patient. Id say I border on high maintenance. She is very accommodating and listens to me. She makes me feel comfortable and welcome and always has my best interest. I will always go back to her and the Lens Crafters in Lynwood

Me and my wife got our eyes checked and got the glasses from Lens Crafters which was great. The front desk is responsive. However, we did end up in getting caught in the $50 rebate trap. They asked us to buy the contacts for my wife so that we get a $50 rebate which is a scam. After the eye checkup on 4/12, we were able to order the lens only by 07/31 since Ive to move out of Seattle for work. The office staffs were prompt in sending the receipt and other details required to raise rebate request. However, the rebate form clearly states that a rebate could be applied only if the lens was brought within 90 days from the day when the eyes were checked. In spite of that, the front desk folk did convince me that Im eligible for $50 rebate and placed an order for lens on 7/31. Once I received the documentation to request for a rebate, I wasnt able to place a rebate since Im more than 90 days mark. This is absolutely insane and serious communication fault due to which I lost my money.

Dr. Bernstein has an excellent bedside manner, which is especially helpful with a child/ pre-teen, and he explained everything clearly to my daughter and to me.The assistant (Angelo) who took my daughter through the pre- exam tests was also great; he was happy to answer my daughters questions, and he has a good sense of humor, and a great attitude in general.

An extremely thorough exam. It was also the first exam that revealed I needed slight correction for my right eye. I think its likely that earlier exams were not thorough enough to catch this. Dr. Kathryn explained everything and didnt pressure me to purchase glasses since the correction was so slight.
