The lady that checked us in was awesome. The doctor was great. Up until the point of looking at glasses and checking out, everything had gone really well and this review would have been 5 stars. I am only giving 3 stars due to the final lady we dealt with. She was rude and her derogatory behavior was extremely unappreciated. If our experience before her wouldnt have been so good, then I would not be returning here. I will never deal with her again if she is there when I go in next year for my appointment.

Paid almost $600 for an eye exam, frames, high index lenses... 2 weeks later I pick up my new pair of glasses. Which did not have high index lenses. Paid an additional $85 for lenses with a higher index... my thoughts are they messed up on my lenses & I had to pay for their mistake. Like the optometrist though. Everything else though. Not so much.

The doctor is very nice and always takes the time to listen to any concerns you might have. They have a decent selection of frames, and can match a pair you bring in (they have to send it to their lab though).

I have only been their once and was treated with dignity and respect. I got a piece of metal stuck in my eye, my good friend recommended Eyecon. So, i called them and they squeezed me in for last appointment of the day like literally i called and 30 min later i was their and they took me in right away. I paid the $150.00 walk in fee. Dr. Godines did this thing got the metal out. Wrote me a prescription for eye drops. I also came in for two follow up appt free of charge. May i say that nothing i wrote is watered down or sugar coated.The staff made it a priority to take care of me and i am very grateful. Its a clean facility with friendly staff that KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND KNOWLEDGEABLE OF THERE PRACTICE. Thank you Eyecon Optometry for your amazing customer service...

Set an appointment with them after being told that Id be paying $150 for an eye exam and contacts. Confirmed what I paid for that week and was informed that my contacts should be arriving by the following Monday or Tuesday. I waited that whole week just in case there was a delay and called them this past Saturday and then they changed their whole story and said I didnt purchase contacts and only paid for an exam and contact evaluation I am so angry with this place.Then today, I ran over to Costco to purchase contacts only to find out that Eyecon had given me an eyeglass prescription instead of the contact prescription that I came in form. This isnt place is extremely sloppy. I dont get how they have the ratings they do. I wouldnt be surprised if a majority of the reviews are fake.Now theyre saying I have to make ANOTHER appointment?? God this place is a joke. If I have to come back in, LET ME KNOW. What a bunch of idiots.How convenient that the eye doctor isnt in all week

My daughter and I both enjoyed the Doctor and staff during our eye exams. The latest in equipment eye scanning technology and clean facilities. Good selection of eyewear.

Such a wonderful experience here. After a horrible experience with alderwood optical we came to eyecon looking for a pair of glasses. We went in and were given kind, accommodating, service. They picked out multiple frames that would fit my husbands prescription and found us a wonderful Calvin klein frame that was on sale for a steal!! They even adjusted them until they perfectly fit his face. We were so happy when we left and are so excited for the new pair of glasses!

Every time I’ve needed an appointment EyeCon has gotten me in right away. Dr. Godines and his assistant are good people. They are genuinely kind and make an effort to get to know you. The office is super clean and is a warm environment. I wear contacts and glasses and Dr. has always given me the paperwork showing both rx’s. They’ve never pushed me into buying something that I don’t want or need. I have always preferred to wear my glasses because previous Drs could not get me into comfortable contacts. Dr. Godines found the most comfortable contacts I’ve ever worn allowing me to ditch my glasses more often. If you’re in Lynnwood look no further for an eye doc!!!!!

My experience has been a complete 180 degrees from the last reviewer. I was referred to EyECON by my former optometrist who no longer accepts my vision plan insurance. Coincidentally EyECON is located less than a couple miles from my home. I called them for an exam and they accommodated within 3 days. I found Dr. Godines and his staff to be very friendly and knowledgeable. They answered every question I had in respect to my exam, insurance and choice of new prescription frames/lenses. The clinic itself is state of the art, I was very impressed and have immediately recommended my wife and several friends to them.

I stopped by Eyecon because my husbands eyeglasses had lost a screw. We had not bought the glasses from them, but they graciously replaced the screw, no charge, quickly. Ill certainly check them next time I need glasses!

Rude and unhelpful. Had to hunt them down to get my lost box of contacts. The man helping me find frames was condescending and rude and wouldnt let me choose what I liked. Wil not be returning.
