Had a situation where rapidly needed a good mattress for a patient in assisted living faculty. Found a good mattress and base combo at a good price. After setup. discovered the height was not what was needed in assisted living facility. Returned to Mattress Depot and exchanged, with no hassle or penalty, for a thinner mattress. Great service - even in dealing with three different salesmen in the Lynnwood, WA store.

Did not expect to get a professional experience. I went into the store was greeted and shown variety of beds. The best part was being able to find the perfect one. Thanks to Justin I was able to go through and find which bed fit just right. I was worried about the price but same time wanted to pay for what I was getting comfort and place for my body to recharge. Thanks to Snap I am able to get a bed worthy. First off, I had an AMAZING experience, all thanks to Justin Wright at Mattress Depot USA Outlet!I had just left Mattress Firm, and I was annoyed because I just wanted a sales associate to listen to me and not try and up sell me.Upon walking into Mattress Depot USA outlet, it smelt clean and sanitized and was very organized. First of all, my husband and I dread mattress shopping. We almost never can agree on the same one, laying on too many gets confusing and then there are the dreaded mattress salespeople! We found one at another location who was really trying to upsell us. We had a budget and wanted to stick fairly close to it. So, we left. The next day we stopped at Mattress Depot and had an entirely enjoyable experience shopping because of Nick in the Lynnwood location. We explained what we were after and he pointed us to a mattress he thought we would both like. I decided to try the next one up in the line and fell in love with it. So, basically I upsold myself. Nick did not sit and stare at us while we tried out the beds like most of the salepeople do. He left us alone a little bit so I felt like I could relax and think about my purchase. We had also told him we wanted traditional box springs, not realizing how large the mattress was we purchased. The day it was delivered, we knew it way WAY too large and required a pole vault to get into it. We called and he immediately arranged for us to get a bunkie board, which eliminated the need for the box springs and the bed fell down 9 inches. Now it is perfect. I highly recommend Nick at Mattress Depot in Lynnwood if you are in the market for a mattress and dont like the constant lurking sales person! It will be a relaxing experience.

My partner and I had been to just about every other bed store in Alderwood before going here. Justin was the only person who treated me and my partner like we were both going to be in the bed together. It was an amazing, and dare I say it, fun experience. Besides being treated right, Justin also worked with our budget since we were just moving into our new place and were on a tight budget. Yes, we spent more, but its been a few weeks and we love our new bed. Highly recommended!

Honest advice, no pressure, good deals and products all have excellent warranties. Compared to the name brand store up street it was clear that I was getting good value for my money at Mattress Outlet (has a new name now). Owner, Will, was pushy in trying to sell a mattress. Didnt seem very knowledgeable on the products. Everything was thats a good mattress. It was my first time buying a mattress and came into the store just looking to see what my options were. Once he senses I wasnt buying he verbally pushed me out the door and told me to comeback when I was ready to buy.

My wife and I had gone to a couple other nearby mattress stores looking for Sealy models to compare to the one we have. Unfortunately in under two years, our mattress has a major defect and Sealy has agreed to replace it. We were up-front and honest with all of the store personnel we encountered and in most cases we were treated like we had the plague.Once they learned we were not buying- their whole attitude changed.Then we went to the Lynnwood Outlet store and were greeted by Justin Wright. We again explained why we were there and he could not have been more helpful and friendly. My wife and I purchased a new matress from this location. We have been looking for a while to buy a new matress but couldnt find any in our price range. We walked out of this store feeing excited becuase not only was the staff helpful, but we got an even better matress then we thought we could afford.
