I went here just to get a toilet paper roll holder and on my way through housewares, Deandre greeted me and asked if I needed help. Not only did Deandre take me directly to what I was looking for, but he was SUPER friendly on the walk over! He asked how my day has been and follow up questions, too! He also gave me the cart he was using for a different task, which led me to buy more stuff.I really appreciated his genuine good nature and I hope that I run into him next time I shop.

Great prices, anything you need, never much of a wait at checkout. However...I could live without the loud, less then friendly overhead pages that start at about 10:15pm then 1030, again @1045 & 1050 & 1055 & 11 re/how soon the store is closing. This followed by an even LOUDER CLUNK!! because the employee doesnt have proper paging ettiquet. One bad apple shouldnt spoil the whole bunch but its been at 3 stores in the area. Perhaps Mr. Meyers should consider training overhead paging to staff or use a recording?

Whenever I come to Lynnwood I shop at Fred Meyers. This is just a great store to do your shopping within. They’ve a coffee bar right inside the door and the produce is next to none. I hope here frequently for the family and the prices are low enough not to break the bank, but still give you plenty or room to fill up your basket. I’m always impressed by the sales as well.

Per usual, the employees were friendly and helpful. Since I go there alot, I know the place well, and some of the employees, too. Always a great place to shop!

Their Pharmacy has put me on hold without letting me know they were putting me on hold. I get it. More customers than staff. You guys are busy but human decency still counts.

Why are the staff so rude? Each and everytime! I try to smile, be nice and I leave feeling so disrespected with eye rolls, sighs and mumbling. Not just once, but everytime I’m here. Now, I know the people by name to be careful of and I avoid them as I’m here shopping a lot. For example, Sydney in the produce department and Marie the unfriendly cashier. I recently was looking for carrots in the produce section, the bin was empty, just then Sydney comes around the corner with produce and I asked, do you happen to have carrots on that cart? *sigh* *eye roll* “I’m getting to it!” Is all she said. I said “oh no rush I was just wondering if you happened to have some today” now she’s mad and says “I’m getting to it!!” I came back about 5 minutes later, Sydney is stocking the carrots, a woman comes up and asks (very nicely) a question and she responds the same way and storms off. We both look at each other a bit shocked and she says “I was just asking a question, sheesh” I told her I just had the same experience and we just laughed it off. I could go on about my experiences with Marie and the two younger guys that man self checkout but the point is, interacting with staff at this store is extremely uncomfortable and I usually do my best to find what I’m looking for to not get in their way or be snapped at. It’s so sad because Fred Meyer is a great store but some people really hate their jobs here and don’t want to make customers feel welcome, they want to create hostility.

All the Fred Meyers’s are about the same. But this one posts hours of being open at 6am, yet all their doors are locked…. Both sides of the store…

A nice place to buy good quality items from A to Z under one roof at reasonable price.

One stop shopping. The area has had an increase in crime. They close all but one door at 7:00pm.

Customer service is great, but I wish that the pharmacy hours on Saturdays was the same as during the week. I have to take a bus to get here,but by the time I got here it was closed. The medication I was coming to pick up Ive been off work for 3 days now I have to be off it for the 5 days pick it up on my day off. Which is inconvenient for me. I wish can this can be fixed.

I love Fred Meyer for its convenience but not this location. No Murrays cheese counter! Big letdown 😭 Also limited selection of prepared, pre-packaged deli foods, like no fresh shredded chicken breast. Decent store otherwise. Seems like its always under construction. They do have the mochi freezer, if thats your thing.

Flipping shuts the side and front doors at 7!!!! Only way to get in/out is the far end of the store. Hopefully there is not a fire. My suggestion is keep the front door open and close the others then those that park at the garden entrance doesn’t have to push their heavy cart down the rough parking lot!

A BIG Shout Out to the grocery clerks who help in the self- checkout lines at Lynnwood ! Taelynn,Susan,Buffy, and Casey all go above and beyond their regular duties to help the elderly and disabled customers . I truly appreciate them forall they do ! All through the pandemic they came to work and greeted their customers with smiles.I recommend them all for employees of the year!

A totally subpar Fred Meyer. I have had trouble with this location on many occasions. Rude employees, weird stocking. I only come here because it is next to the laundromat and usually end up walking out on my purchase due to the rude deli manager, rude customer service, strange product placement, etc. Management across the board needs to be fired and replaced with newer better units. Go to 164th, better layout, friendlier employees, less traffic, cleaner.

Blatantly covered up the expiration date of this product under a Great Deal sticker. Disgusted by what might be considered a health code violation of selling food products beyond their expiration date.

Usually, what we need is available, BUT we can never find Strawberry Rhubarb pie in the Bakery of fresh pies. It would be great if they had some instead of the basic pies of apple, cherry and peach lacking variety in cakes too boring plain Jane, nothing exciting.

Return registry ALWAYS SUPER slow. The cashiers need to learn how to move faster.

This is NOT a safe place to shop!!We now have the UK strain of Covid in Snohomish county, and despite the earlier hour I went into the store (on a Sunday) I encountered no less than 18 people blatantly baring their noses in this store. A few were employees, and a few were vendors, and the rest were customers. When asked about their enforcement policies, I was told Kroger says they cant tell people to properly wear masks to shop there.

Shopping between 7-8am Thursday 5/21/2020, I expected some chaos. Instead I easily found most items thanks to the new, detailed signage. When I asked where the pine nuts were, the clerk stocking the shelves smiled then escorted me to the spot. The same happened in the linens section. I asked for help reaching an item on the top shelf. The staff person nearby quickly helped me then assured me he would rearrange the stock so all could reach it. The cashier and bagger at station 2 were patient, friendly and efficient. Senior dreamland! Thanks.

Asked for help and she just kept looking at me... even said... hello and she just looked at me. In all fred myers there is no urgency to be helped. Waited for 15 mins until another worker came out to put chicken and he looked at me to do something else... been ignored for total of 30 mins and a customer and I were getting upset. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Don’t bother getting a job here. Management is a joke, and will retaliate against you for calling them out. My manager, the clothing department manager, misled me and told me I had to put in 2 weeks notice in order to transfer stores, and when my transfer didn’t work out they wouldn’t let me rescind my 2 week notice even though I didn’t even have to put in a 2 week notice. The union who is there to protect you is also a joke because if you don’t have documented proof of every interaction, Kroger’s attorney will just say it never happened and HR is completely willing to lie and go against you. That’s cool, I’m getting a lawyer now. Try lying under oath in court.

I have been shopping and purchasing gas at Fred Meyer for sometime, I usually stop by Starbucks with my travel cup and get some “Hot Water”, never a problem. This morning I did my shopping and as usual went to Starbucks for some hot water, the person there told me I had get hot water in a Starbucks cup, which I would be charged for. I also experience while walking into FM from the parking lot, an employee or 2 smoking which being a non smoker, find very inconsiderate. With that said I will no longer be doing business with Fred Meyer.

Do Not fill your prescriptions here if you want to get them!! They always mess something up. Forget to fill. Waiting over an hour for prescriptions.

After the remodel, they have doubled or tripled their grocery and sundry items. Self checkout stations have been quadrupled with new machines. Pretty amazing. A maybe downside is that the store feels more corporate now, lost a bit of its old skool character, but thats progress. Regardless, the employees are great, always have been. Lighting is very nice in store.

Self checkout has been efficient with the changing world in 2020. While some other grocery stores are trying to put in a few, Fred Meyer has plenty to let you run in and out with not much of a wait.

Great place to walk around and shop around

This location has always impressed me. They have a great selection, they are more often than not in stock on what is on their shelves, and they restock quickly. The staff here is hard-working and patient with their customers. I am often stopping by throughout the week, and am very pleased with my experience each time. The only thing that would give this location five stars is a drive through pharmacy. Other than that, this Fred Meyer location is one of the best!

This is my favorite Fred Meyer in the area. It is huge, has plenty of items and there are multiple entrances depending on where you want to shop in the store.

Warning!! Do not purchase a gift card from this Fred Meyer (or for that matter, any Fred Meyer). Your gift card balance WILL be stolen within a day or two. This has happened 3 separate times to me (different days, different gift cards), with me being out $650. I spoke with the manager, and while acknowledging that they are aware that this is happening, they would do nothing to refund my loss, and they do nothing to warn customers of this problem. I suggested they stop selling gift cards, as all cards are likely compromised, or at least put a sign up warning customers, but they have done nothing since we spoke. My suspicion is that the theft is from someone who works there. I even filed a police report against the theft.Fred Meyer corporate customer service is HORRIBLE. After spending hours on hold on the phone, they would do nothing for me, and were short and rude with me. Although I have shopped weekly at Fred Meyer for many years, certainly spending many thousands of dollars, they do not value their customers at all. They have no problem with a loyal customer of theirs being out $650 due to a defective product that they sold.

Love my Fred Meyers. Have not been to this location in many years. It is so spacious in comparison to Burlington! I really liked the variety in the furniture area and my son was having fun looking at toys. Actually stopped in for batteries and found some Duracell AAA batteries on sale. Just what I needed.

No mask enforcement. Waited 45 minutes in the checkout line. Save your sanity and us a different grocery store.

Been coming here for years. Feels almost home-y. Fun Fact: I believe this was the largest Fred Meyer store at one point in time. Prices are always competitive versus other local stores. Friendly employees. Definitely one of my favorite places to shop.

Great customer service

Prices are very good on groceries, outdoor patio, and liquor. The quality of the hot bar was very good as well. We ordered ribs, chicken tenders and potato salad. All of it was hot and surprisingly very good. The selection of high quality organic food was actually equal to whole foods and the prices are lower. I would reccomend you stop by and see.

Been coming here since I was a little kid.Service is ok, cashiers are nice and friendly. Many familiar faces over the years which means they likely pay well. Dont show up too early because nothing will be ready on time in the deli and bakery. Some times they dont even open the entire store on time.They do have a sufficient amount of self checkouts which is the best way to get through.Apparel has the best deals.Bathrooms, at least the mens one usually has one absolutely destroyed toilet that they have to close. Its a crowded uncomfortable bathroom.It can be hard to find someone that works there when youre away from the registers.

Fabulous location. Employees are readily available and helpful. Store is consistently well stocked. Facility is clean. Parking plentiful. I deduct one star for two reasons: 1) bathrooms are outdated and would greatly benefit from renovation and 2) there seems to be a chronic shortage of the short style carts and hand baskets. the store manager says that the short style cards are very popular and are being stolen so theyre having difficulty keeping them in stock. However the baskets just seem to not be making their way to the front of the store where theyre available for everyone customers as they should. Overall, this location is my go to for groceries and general stock.

Great deals, easy quick in an out. Went for a birthday gift for my gal. Picked up a three piece pajama set off the rack. My creation, for $55 would have been over a hundred were it not for the current mark downs.

Has something of everything. Easy and quick to find. A lot of great deals. Countless employees around to help and welcome you. Its my go to store for any quick stop because you can find almost everything there! Open and clean. Gets very busy on the weekends and in the evening time.

They carry a wide variety of of grocery items (produce, meats, fish & deli like most big chain stores) and staff has always been courteous and goes out of their way to accommodate my needs (I have a mobility impairment). They are very good about not trying TOO hard though (like some places where employees can seem to be lurking around every corner - asking what you need help with. Prices are reasonable., in line with other grocery stores in the area.

I have been shopping at this Fred Meyer for pretty much my entire life. Today 3/5/2020 was an interesting experience with one of your veteran employees.Casey, whom always has been quick, efficient, and a pleasure to interact with. Took it upon himself to rebuke me.A gentleman was in front of me making a larger purchase hundred something dollars. When asked about his Fred Meyer rewards number he politely declined and proceeded to hand his money to Casey. Casey however was adamant about giving this gentleman an application, which he could not find nor find from his neighboring cashier. During his search, I asked the gentleman if I could put in a number for him. Yes, go ahead please I entered my number, received a thank you from the gentleman, and I told him that sometimes you get discounts on items that are on sale.Casey then proceeded to tell the man, that I took his points and if there was another number he could use. Gentleman said maybe, but its not with me. I would have to check for the number that I dont have anymore Clearly this man didnt care about the points, and just wanted to pay his items and leave. Casey then rang him up, and the gentleman again gave me a thank you before leaving. My turn.Immediately I was told that I took his points and to not do that again please I answered with something along the lines of just trying to get him discounts. Which, I was told and corrected that you dont need the phone number to receive the sale price. That he(gentleman) could hold onto his receipt and present it later for said points. That again, I TOOK his points.Now, I understand where Casey is coming from and is just following procedure. However, I kept my composure and wanted to lay into Casey, possibly start a scene and get a manager involved. Frankly I just wanted to get my items and go, was already waiting in line for 10 minutes....I just dont care, nor did the gentleman; about his points.. Points, no points, I DONT CARE. I am here to buy my grocery needs, never use those points that seem so damn important. Was I wrong about the sales, yeah, I can admit that. However I dont deserved to be reprimanded with such rudeness. If the guy cared that much; would of told me no on my offer, and also remember his phone number to begin with. We both didnt care to make an issue of it, but clearly Casey did. Anyways, this wont prevent me from shopping there, or even interacting with Casey again, guy is good at his job.Though I recommend that Fred Meyer addresses that all employees, veterans or not, need to treat people with respect, I give it to you, so its what I expect in return. This review could of been avoided, with a better composure on Caseys part.I purposely avoid self check out, so people not machines, have a job.

Impressive variety. I can usually find what Im looking for. Pricing is very competitive when compared to other stores in the area. Good store brands. Condition, product facing and general cleanliness could use improvement. The building itself is old, and it shows. Staff is friendly, but can seem over worked at times. General store layout seems logical, if not intuitive.

This store was bad to begin with but is even worse after the remodel, which still is not finished. The new layout is horrible. Completed sections are still empty of product even though those sections have been done for weeks. Employees just standing around having conversations instead of working. The one on 164th is better, go there instead, or do what I did go to a different brand. Fred Meyer doesn’t deserve your business.

Fred Myers is a bit intense. Its a big store. Prices are either the best or comprable. Its well organized and prices are clearly marked. The four stars is purely a result of my own personal discomfort with these types of large ultra super markets.

Super Rip Off Steals Money In The Checkout Lanes Been Doing It Since 1970s

As far as grocery+ stores go Fred Meyer is one thing of the best. Get used to one and you can be successful in all. Clean and generally easy to navigate. (not counting for other patrons). This particular one is friendly, helpful, but a little lacking in the more esoteric item variety. Still the best for the daily one stop shopping.

Well organized, clean carts, nice greaters and staff are pleasant. 164th st needs to learn from them!

So insane. 9:15pm and people are pouring out of three check stands open and the self check out is worse. When asked who was in charge a lady at customer service said she was. I alerted her to the insane amount of people in the lanes and she never called for more help. This is beyond stupid. As I am waiting in line with at least seven people behind me, the cashier went on break instead of opening another line. This is why you will all go out of business and online everything will take over. I came in for a 12 pack of soda. It took me 20minutes. That is beyond ridicoulous

Visited this location and within five minutes a man stole my I phone and wallet. The Police were super easy to speak to and found the video owned by Fred Meyer with the man pocketing my wallet. Lost cash, Debit cards, Drivers Licence, SSN Card, and Tribal membership card. This location has no security and should to protect people shopping.

Just spent 10 minutes in self check out with 3 items! 4 minutes waiting for the age approval for booze and 5 minutes waiting for the self check out clerk to check out all of the items in a ladies cart like shes a regular cashier! This happens all the time! The hipster manager with the bid gages had to remove the anti theft device when he was working on the other self check area!IT IS A SELF CHECK AREA FOR A REASON!!!!!!!

I like Fred Meyers selection of organic foods. I appreciate that they have their natural foods section & a few vegan varieties of things. Their rebate program is wonderful, as are their sales & digital coupons. I enjoy using their app & I appreciate the Free Friday giveaway. This particular Fred Meyer though has some issues. It is an old store & is not well kept up. It is dirty on a regular basis. The staff seems frazzled often & can even be rude. Shelves are often not well stocked. The checkout lines can be quite long, and the parking lot is a poor design which makes coming & going difficult.

For being a huge national chain store, they actually have a decent selection of organic, quality, and local goods. They do a decent job with their inventory and their garden section. It is convenient to have such a large array of products in one place. The one area I feel they really fall far behind is not offering ANY humanely raised meat options. Factory farming is bs, so if meat is on my list, I go somewhere else.

This store is huge; they offer a wide variety of items. We went in for some ready food, they have a deli and offer sushi as well.

Came to this location for a return and a couple essentials for the home. Im not a regular Fred Meyer shopper, but do enjoy the experience while I am there.1. Customer Service department (Desk) was great! I came in with a shirt with the price tags already ripped off (all intact) to be returned. After turning my house and car inside out searching for the original receipt for refund, I was not lucky enough to find it. The Customer Service clerk was happy to refund at least part of the cost (store policy:lowest price marked within 90 days) with no questions asked. All that was required was my WA state issued drivers license and I was given store credit, which was fine since i needed to buy a couple things there anyway! All in all, pleasant experience given my circumstance.2. THE REASON WHY I GAVE 4 ☆s INSTEAD OF 5:The Health & Beauty aisle was setup in an odd way (my opinion), making the Q-tips more difficult to locate than i wouldve liked. I walked up and down the entire section where I THOUGHT it would be and found cotton balls, makeup sponges, loofas, nail care etc at least 4 times until i tracked down an employee who pointed me in the right direction.Overall, my shopping trip at this Fred Meyer location was pleasant and I would DEFINITELY shop here again in the future.

This Fred Meyer has it all. Its huge and you could wander for hours within. I especially love the collection of kids toys and games, and the clothes (particularly athletic clothing and shoes). The grocery section is also fantastic and theres even a decent pet section...we got a few great toys for our puppy.

Overall good selection, good pricing. Their dairy department could use faster, more often refill of items. Always crazy busy store. Nice staff.

I love to go this Fred Meyer because this is convenience. I can buy some grocery with low price and find everything easily, but rechargeable batteries. By the way, I dont feel boring even I just keep walking around in there:)

Massive parking lot, massive retail space, massive options for your dollar. Conveniently located and a one stop shop for all your needs. Why the one star deduction? Because ultimately, places like this put smaller shops out of business. Its just a fact. Also, slow checkout process. Because its not in their interest to be fast. The longer you stick around, the better chance you buy something else.

Great groceries, but this is the 4th time Ive been to this location and their daycare is not open when it should be. Its part of the reason I take my child there and he gets excited to go and its very hard when you have to tell if toddler they dont get what you already told them that they can have. I hope they get it figured out.

Close to lots of other errands that I run. People always friendly and products are excellent at a reasonable price. Also, a FM gas station is nearby. Very convenient, one stop shopping.

Youll find some interesting folks here.... Not the most inviting looking place on the outside. The employees here are good. During the Fuchia, and free potting soil event, the employees were absolutely amazing! It started to rain and it was FREEZING, but they made sure everyone was taken care of.

Freddies had everything I needed for lunch in the next 2 days. Moving around the store was very easy and logical. The self serve cashier was friendly and helpful

Other than the wait sometimes, this place is pretty cool. Basically has everything. Registered my car, picked up my prescriptions, and shopped for groceries all in the same spot. Staff is mostly pretty nice too.

It was the worst shopping trip I have . Opening prices things were tagged incorrectly cple of my produce items . My deli item rang up the register price instead of the grand opening price which by the way was handwritten in the deli label .cashier was rude when I pointed it out would not check the prices told me to go to customer service to get it adjusted. . The starbucks is running a special on grande drinks but ring up . Regular price and makes me wait only to tell me they are out of what I ordered. The line at cust. Serv. Was crazy and only 1 person working. Look on a grand opening maybe you should have proper staffing.not coming to this store againIm sticking with Safeway.

The place is gigantic and it has 10 times the products selections but still no Quaker Oats Peaches and cream hot cereal. They never have it on the shelfs. Please fix and i will buy by the case Quaker Oats Peaches and cream hot cereal.
