Went in to see if my vacuum that I had purchased was under warranty, I was about to walk out after I was told that it only had a limited warranty and as I was walking out ... I believe it was the manager a tall thin guy.. very respectful, very customer service oriented stop me and told me to let him see what he can do for me.. he checked to see if they had it in stock and then he told me that he really appreciated my business and that he was going to be able to help me with the exchange... Im not going to lie .. I was really impress in the way he handle it but most important the way he made me feel as a valued customer.. this is the autozone where I do all my business and I have to say ever since this manager started working at this location Ive seen a lot of changes around the customer experience.. I want to say his name is Frank based off all other reviews... Tall, thin, clean cut and carries himself well... Just want to say that this person is a great asset to the company and is always a great experience since hes been at this location when I do my shopping here.

Im a girl so people usually try to take advantage, but the cashier Frank was so helpful and just had a good energy about him. Customer service was A1! He needs to be promoted.

I went into the store and Frank said we had to wear a mask and when we came back in with a mask he said that’s better with an attitude, no way to talk toa customer. On the other hand the employee Pablo was great and very knowledgeable. I appreciate Pablo!

Employees have a good customer service, but one of the managers that work on that specific store # 5447 in lynwood is the reason of why I rather drive 20 mins from my location to his store, his very helpful on all ways weather you need a question about your car issue, he always gives you the best options of what your looking for, very respectful with employees and customers...I see it this way, he wants all customers to walk out the store with what they came looking for, and honestly I always have left the store happy and satisfied thanks to his excellent service.. I give this manager (FRANK) an (A+) for his excellent, excellent service...every autozone should have one of these great managers on there store...👍🏼👌🏼👏🏼

I walked in to this store last week and the manager was very rude and unprofessional. I asked her for her name and title and she responded by saying I am the store manager you dont need to know my name.It all began I asked a question regarding the price match guaranteed. I showed the manager a price that I had found on Amazon for the same part at a lower advertised price. She became very agitated by the question (I still dont understand why.) and tried to find a reason not to honor the price match. 1) She said it has to be the exact same item and item number, which it was. 2) That they would add the shipping charges to the total amount, which was free. 3) That it could be free shipping due to Amazon prime subscription, which it was not. Then she said well it sound like a better deal you should order it from Amazon because Im not going to price match. When I asked for a reason she said she didnt have time to be explaining.

Daniel R., a good humored and helpful employee checked my battery and alternator and explained all the processes needed to make sure the car would run well. In the end, it showed the battery was the problem and then directed me to a battery needed for the car: which I purchased.Jes

Wow amazing service my truck was running like you know what and the spark plug pop out and and I was replacing it and drop a bolt in where the spark plug goes and the gentleman in Auto zone help me by letting me use some niddle noise plyers and boy did they work out grate and I got some machanical fingers and they wouldnt work so he let me borrow the niddle noise plyers and people if you borrow tools bring them back to the gentleman so other can Barrow them great store great service

Through out the years this has been my go to Auto Zone out of many around my area this would be the only one I come too reason why for there’re costumer service,attentive,friendly and always going out of they’re way to help a customer out my husband couldn’t bring my car so I came with my 2 children not knowing what to order and how to place the item I bought for my car Elizabeth store manager withou asking me went out of her way and offered many products that I actually needed and helped with my purchase then came along employee Franky C. Amazing amazing amazing extremely thankful he didn’t have to place the lights I needed he gratefully stated it’s ok it’s service free of charge I felt so bad because I didn’t bring any tips but he made me feel comfortable and said it’s ok to not worry it’s he’s job and he’s more than happy to help me. This auto zone made a good choice having these 2 people working here helping our community when needed. Once again thank you team auto zone for helping me today I appreciate it !!!!!

Great friendly service! I was unable to find the automatic trasmission fluid for a specific car.. The manager explained there are different types for different cars and what not to mix in regards to Dexron VI..He confirmed by reading out loud the back of the product. I thanked him so much..I needed this product to go to work tomorrow!! Wished I caught his name! Again, thank you!

My radiator just popped and started leaking as I was crossing the imperial hwy bridge. So I took it to autozone since it was on my way and near. They helped me a lot! I changed the whole radiator and some popped hoses. Thanks to one of the workers who helped me change it and guiding me and loaning me some tools and a water tray to mix the antifreeze!

Service was pristine this girl Virginia really helpful.the only problem we had the coil teter in this location was bustedbut other than that good experience
